1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: February 03, 2021, 10:12:12 AM
Just avoid the site at all costs guys.

they say they suspect that I used multiple accounts

Instead of just locking the unverified accounts they locked my winnings of 0.08 btc

that would be hard to convince players to leave this site because not all have a same experience as you .
you are accused by having multiple accounts and that is against the rules they have but other players are playing fairly with one accounts thats why they dont have issues with cloudbet .
locking your multiple accounts is easy but you can create again but if they confiscate every winning of your accounts have , that will let you think twice if you will come back again of doing abuse .

I'm accused and they provided no evidence. They told me they connected me with some unverified accounts, but the truth is they didn't like that I was winning.

So be careful, because once you start winning, they are going to do you the same way they did me.
2  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: February 02, 2021, 10:01:18 AM
Just avoid the site at all costs guys.

They scammed me for 0.08 btc and are ghosting me everywhere (including Curacao Gaming)

Their explanation for this made no sense, they say they suspect that I used multiple accounts (which are not verified btw) and that's why they are locking me.

Instead of just locking the unverified accounts they locked my winnings of 0.08 btc I made on a maistream bet Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder.
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares on: February 02, 2021, 09:58:24 AM
Sorry to read about what happened to you, it is a lot of money to get scammed.

I found your scam accusation thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5277995.msg55256756

Same thing happened to me.  Except they stole $15,000!

If anyone is willing to help me in this case, please PM me.

I deposited 125 BCH on same day lost 60 BCH, tried to withdraw last 65 BCH and they stole it!!  Froze account saying I'm USA based and gave all sorts of reasons why it's illegal to send me back my deposited money.

I need the money to live my life.

Still no response from Cloudbet or Curacao. That 0.08 btc is now worth more than 2800$.

Horrible scammers
4  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: January 14, 2021, 01:27:04 AM
I dont get that - I guess I am missing something. But what does it even mean, using bot or software on a sports betting website?!?!

The fact my request is being ignored also says a lot - seriously, if they go on like that, it wont take long and they will have very much deserved being tagged...

Exactly, what does this even mean??? What did I do to deserve this?

I really thought that this can never happen to me because I thought that Cloudbet as a reputable bookie, but it looks like I was wrong. No proof, no nothing, just locking account out of the blue after I placed no bets for almost 3 weeks due to being on a vacation!

So everything was fine prior to this. Maybe Cloudbet wanted me to continue placing bets in hopes of me losing money? I have no clue, but all I know is that 0.08 BTC is a lot of money for me and can potentially be worth even more in the future and I want it returned.

UPDATE
If you wanna read full story about Cloudbet scamming me and refusing to give me my 0.08 BTC, you can read it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228999.0

My final thoughts to you are: Do not use this betting platform as if they can freeze my funds on a verified account and blatantly steal me 0.08 BTC, they can do this to you with much larger sums of money.

In this entire process, they made up many lies and changed their argumentation about freezing my funds multiple amount of times. Don't use this platform and let me be your sacrificial lamb to see how dirty they can scam someone just because they can.

It's been more than a year from this and it's still not resolved. No response from Curacao Gaming. Cloudbet refuses to budge. My 0.08 BTC are still stuck.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: January 14, 2021, 01:24:49 AM
UPDATE:

No response from Curacao Gaming for 8 months.

They still didn't return me my money.

Hi Everyone!

Thanks to all for your comments.

@Coach0909 We have not received any registered complaint through Curacao gaming, they act as an intermediary so if you have sent an email to them it’s very unlikely they will ignore it.

@nexus48 We're sorry for the late reply. I'm glad to hear that the issue has now been resolved. Our technical team will always work at their best to resolve any technical issues that may occur while using our services, and they will be resolved at the earliest matter.
If you could provide your account details via PM, I'd be happy to look into the conversations between you and the CS team to see why you were not replied to.

@bakasabo Thanks for your comments, we certainly don’t like the negative feedback on the thread. Glad to hear you enjoyed the competitions, we’re looking forward to sharing some new forum competitions soon!

To the wider community. Our support is 24/7 the only exception is when agents may be offline for a break. We have Live Chat and Email service around the clock. If none of our agents are available you can leave a message and within 30 mins you’ll receive a reply.
Our CS team helps facilitate the resolution of issues with other Cloudbet departments, which may not be available at all times of the day, so we ask that if you have an existing case raised with our support team to await their response first.

Wishing you all a great weekend.

You avoid to answer anything yet again. SHAME ON YOU Cloudbet.

I'll contact Curacao Gaming again and see why the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

You took my hard earned money. You're a disgrace to every betting platform and I hope newer visitors recognize this and avoid your platform.

Seriously people, just bet on Sportsbet.io, bet365, marathonbet, pinaccle etc. I had 0 issues with them. Avoid Cloudbet at all costs or you're going to end up like me or worse.
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares on: July 08, 2020, 01:00:59 PM
It does seem somewhat petty on part of Cloudbet to hold on to this and receive all the negative publicity just for the sake of 0.08 BTC

Maybe there is a lot more to this but Cloudbet are not openly mentioning it, they have gone quiet anyway and stopped posting about it.

That's why I'm here to tell my story. If they are not sharing something with me privately then that's on them.

But there has 100% been a mistake on their side and they need to give me back my money.

The fact that they let me deposit money and just block it when I win the next bet (Wilder vs Fury) with the same money is extremely fishy to me.
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares on: July 06, 2020, 05:44:25 PM
It is quote sad to see this issue going on for so long. I question the motives of Cloudbet to hold on to your funds.

They might well be right about you having logged in from various IP addresses which matched other users logging in from the same IP addresses but their refusal to settle this issue means they are losing credibility.

This issue is still not resolved.

It's incredibly sad man.

They told me that those suspicious accounts were active from same IP all the time and I told them that's impossible.

But then I asked them are these suspicious accounts even verified, because I verified 8 months ago?

If they are verified, how did they get verified if they had same IP as other user? Their KYC verification lasts for 1-2 weeks so they should've noticed that if that was true.

If they are not verified, then why are we even having this entire conversation. Lock their funds until they prove you otherwise and warn me as an existing user.

In either situation, it's Cloudbets fault.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: July 06, 2020, 12:08:56 AM

These are generic replies without any proof as I said multiple times. Cloudbet refused to talk with more details and offer any proof even when I contacted them privately, so that is why I'm writing here.

Millions of people placed bets on Wilder vs Fury. It was a 50-50 match up by most of the bookies and limits were sky high.

Ban the other account/s they are suspecting on same style betting since my account is KYC verified and I'm obviously not faking anything. They stole money from me and are now lying to everyone.

600-700 euros (0.08 BTC) is a lot money to me and I will not stop posting until I get my money back.

So many questions from @Cloudbet are left unanswered and they are unwilling to admit their mistake.

TLDR: for everyone new tuning in: They let me deposit money and bet on Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder and after I won they froze my account with allegations of multi account usage.  Huh Huh Huh

Hi, Coach0909

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our actions, we have not refused to speak with you on any occasion. Our position on this was clear and has not changed since our post dated 29th February 2020. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228999.msg53933923#msg53933923

You have exhausted our complaints procedure. I understand and respect that you do not wish to accept our decision, which was taken following a detailed investigation into your account and linked accounts. Details of such we can not divulge on a public forum, to do so would expose certain fraud detection tools allowing users to potentially circumvent the system.

At Cloudbet we want to deliver an exceptional experience to our players, from lightning-fast bets, best odds and a wide variety of markets to a healthy list of Casino games. We do not wish to aggravate or cause unnecessary stress which takes the fun away from playing. That said, our terms of service are in place to protect the site and if found to be in breach of the terms we must act in accordance with the terms. You were found to have breached these terms, as such, we have acted and provided you with an explanation behind the reason to close the duplicate accounts and freeze unlawfully accumulated funds.

At this point, as much as we do not wish to go down this path, we will need to refer you to Curacao gaming as there are no further details we can discuss relating to your case. We will, of course, liaise closely and provide supporting evidence to them to back up our decision.

Warm regards,
Steve
Head of Customer Service

Dear Cloudbet,

First of all, my request was never that you give me any details on a public forum, but you can discuss an investigation with me privately through mail since I'm a part of it and you basically frozen my money. You refused to do this multiple times.

Secondly, you let me deposit a money and place a bet and locked me out instantly when I won a mainstream bet which is shady as fuck from you.

Thirdly, close every fucking account you think is involved if they are not verified and you detect suspect behavior from them, but don't close mine when I clearly verified I'm a real person playing from a real unique household. I verified to you 8 months ago and if you noticed that someone has been active "all the time from the same IP as me", then you should've banned that account instantly and not punish me later on when I have nothing to do with it.

I asked you multiple times if those accounts which you accused me of are verified, yet you never responded.

  • If they are, how did they pass your KYC procedure, where you verify the identity and uniqueness of each player? How, if you "investigated" that there were more accounts with same IP, you didn't instantly ban those accounts and punish them and not me?

You wrote to me that accounts you accused me of where all them time using same IP which is completely impossible and has to be a mistake, but even if it were true, it was your role to punish this behavior as soon as it got noticed and if not then, during KYC procedure, which by the way lasts between 1-2 weeks.
  • If they are not verified, then there is no more talking, ban them and freeze their funds right away and warn me that you suspected suspicious activity, until you get some additional information from them to prove you otherwise.

I as a verified player need to be protected.

Locking me out without any notice and in such a dirty way where you let me place a bet and win is completely unprofessional, because had I lost, you would've done same thing on the next deposit when I would've won.

And finally, I already contacted Curacao Gaming, but have yet to get a response after waiting for almost 4 months.

Seriously, anyone who has read my detailed post about this situation can see it clear as day that you violated so many terms in this entire process, that it's incredible that you keep any reputation what so ever. I'm not going to mention all of them, but rudeness, lying and refusing to communicate until I made a post on bitcointalk were just some of them.

Incredibly unprofessional to say the least.

If you have any integrity left, you are going to answer my questions here which I asked more than 10 times already. You keep avoiding them because you know you made a mistake.

Question for the win: Why do they allow me to deposit money and place a bet on Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury and insta-lock my account when I win with all these accusations that don't hold the water?
Maybe after they found 2 accounts have same bet style on same event, not only because of IP address issue.

These are generic replies without any proof as I said multiple times. Cloudbet refused to talk with more details and offer any proof even when I contacted them privately, so that is why I'm writing here.

Cloudbet you're refusing to communicate and you locked my funds (~600 euros at this btc price)

Written everything here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228999.0

To this day 4 months after I started the above topic and tried to communicate with you, I've got 0 response and proof that I violated any of the terms. You froze my account after Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder bet which is most mainstream bet in history and you took my entire winnings.

Not cool.

Start acting professionally, do the right thing and return me back my funds.
They replied to your accusation and it's pretty clear what they said in there; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228999.msg53933923#msg53933923
Honestly I don't think you will be receiving any more refund from them. Read the reply again.

Also the thing I want to add is that it looks like people don't really care about others unless same thing happens to them.

Then they come back crying and writing on forum and same cycle continues. I thought Cloudbet was legit even though there were some warnings, but this is the most bizarre situation I've been in.

So I hope same thing doesn't happen to you. If it does, I pray you don't get responses like you are writing to me.

Only question you need to ask yourself is did they provide proof (and I answered this multiple times in my post): No, they didn't provide any proof.

  • Other questions: If they are claiming that some bets matched, how many of the bets matched? Is it 1,2,3 or 20+.
  • Did the user have activity always from same IP? If yes, provide proof.
  • Are the user/s KYC verified? If yes, how did they pass verification if they have same IP as other user/s?

They need to protect existing users. I can't be responsible for other accounts. Only my own and if I verified myself I consider this as a closed and easy case in my eyes as I did nothing wrong ever since I created my account there.

Is this how you treat your customers Cloudbet? Over 5 posts left unanswered with this post being 1 month old.

Why are you keeping my funds locked if you can't answer these simple questions?
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: May 01, 2020, 08:17:25 AM
Cloudbet keeps ignoring my requests on returning 0.08 BTC they stole from me. I posted multiple times here and I will continue to do so until they provide me with answers and return my funds.

Cloudbet, do you have an answer to my questions? This back and forth situation has been lasting for over 2 months now. Please act responsibly and fairly to your customers.

I'm not going to let anyone get away with locking my funds unfairly and without any existing proof as I did nothing wrong.

Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? It's been taking for 2 months now and Cloudbet is refusing to provide me any evidence.

Is there any legal procedure I can do to get my money back? If someone has some advice for me please share it.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: April 11, 2020, 03:07:56 PM

Yeah that's gonna happen since evading those question doesn't really helping them and people should take extra precaution since that site doesn't even cleared what people pointing on them so maybe he's been paid to promote cleobet in every post he do that's why he always talk about that here.

The only one that is paid, is you to defend scamsites like cloudbet and sportbets.io, with an army of higher ranked accounts, pushing the old posts away.

Do you really think we are stupid?

ultrloa : You are efialtis and many more other accounts.
You have at least 10 accounts here, and are hired by cloudbet and or sportbets.io
I will burn you to the ground

Let us clear up the situation what happened with user Coach0909
