One of the benefits of this project to the sellers is they will get a 50% Ad profit share, which is good because even though you can't sold or all of your product are sold you will still receiving your benefits, and also the buyers will also benefits another 30% of Ad profit share if the product is being sold.
Not only in buyers and sellers who are being benefited from this project, but also those who will invest on it and the freelancers who will become part of this project as well. With these benefits offered by BIDM its no wonder they are selling like hotcake. Usually we see projects that will present a certain concept or idea but does not offer any profit sharing on advertisement. This is an additional encouragement for traders to use BIDM platform and for investors to invest more on BIDM. I agree with you. Great concept. I can see that a lot of people are also loving this project since a lot are getting involved and are curious. This means people want to learn more about this project. I think that this is a sign that there are already a lot of investors and a lot more to come. I mean, of the great solutions this project has for the freelancing and hiring in the internet, who wouldn't see this project's potential? I am sure this project will be a success.

This is nice but since the demands for job is greater than the demands for freelancer applicants, the bidding system will favor the employer i think. If i am the employer, posting a job and a job descriptions for a price of $500 for instance. Since job seekers are more than the job offers, there will be more and more freelances applicants that will bid the job for lower price like $400, $300 etc. since there are other bidders, so the tendency will be the employer will take the one who has the lowest bid but could give a good service too. Let us not forget that even in freelancers there are also competitions. Ya you’re right. Yes it favors the employers but also good for applicants. Even though there is a tight competitions everywhere in finding a job, it is still a good thing that Bidium freelance platform provides this kind of opportunity for both employer and applicants. An applicant does not have to go out of his house just to find a job and an employer also doesnt have to provide an office just to recieve applicants. That's exactly right! I was wondering does bidium focus on a specific job for freelancers? or is it a typical freelancer site wherein all jobs are available? I'm just curious. hoping it reaches alot of freelancers, you don't see a 0 zero transaction fee site everyday.  I dont think Bidium will control the advertisements of job posted by employers, as to which one is allowed and which one is not. As long as they pay they are allowed to post. Bidium will just serve as a freelance job hunting place i think. Applicants can just scroll as much as they want and find the best offer that suits their skills. I also hope they will have offers that suits my skills.   Well, the truth is there already exists a lot of freelance hiring sites for free out there (yes, absolutely free, not a single cent to spend), even Bidium recognizes that and even made a comparison chart as one can see from their other channels. No dude. I think you’ve mistaken exchange and trading platforn into freelance platform. Bidium exchange and trading platform will be decentralized and built on blockchain technology. They have to or else they will be left out because almost all of the exchanges right now are decentralized also at blockchained. With freelance platform decentralized in a way that applicants and users will not be bound by their geographical locations anymore. As long as they pay they can use the platform, pick their choice of job and also the same for the employers. Hi Jnissi! Sorry to burst your bubble but even centralized platforms can accommodate applicants without being bound by any geographical locations. Anything on the world wide web can reach anyone in any part of the globe as long as you have an internet access. So that nullifies your point on geographical boundaries under a decentralized platform. Just trying to clear things up here. Having a central authority would mean that the website has the authority to decide what happens on the platform. Being decentralized freelance platform could mean that they can't easily make harsh decision with regards to user accounts since everything is traceable. Being on blockchain is really good for any industry since it gives everyone more options. Also, with this one, since it's cryptocurrency, they can provide lower fees and also faster transactions. On existing freelance platforms, payments and commissions may take up to two weeks. Since this freelance platform will be implemented on blockchain and involve smart contract, payments are immediate. Bidium can't achieve the hardcap in just a couple of weeks. Just imagine, the gap of their token sale is just for 5-6 weeks. I don't know what they are thinking but to be honest, bidium has a potential to be failed. The period is too short compared to other project who had more than 11 weeks.
If they can't reach the softcap, there is a possibility that they will extend their ICO. In my opinion, the team knows it already. They will not indicate a specific period if they know that it is delicate. Probably, the team already estimated that 5-6 weeks is enough because their project will be sold out fastly. This is not possible, who knows maybe they can reach the hard cap in a short period of time, and we don’t know what if there are many investors that invest on bedium, nothing is impossible we just need to relax and wait what will happen next. That's right, it is not impossible if they reach the hardcap in just a couple of week. All we need to do is trust and look for a positivity of the bidium team, maybe many investors will invest in the bidium so that the time/weeks they allotted is only limited. Yes, let's trust the positivity of the Bidium team as most of them were experienced in crypto and IT field. And I believe they made a thorough research on what the marketplace and freelancing platform need. I think many investors will be interested to invest with this new projects that crypto world has to offer. |

Volume? Not sure but it already said 2 million per second like that system can handle volumes of trade I think. They offer secure and reliable high performance system. They will be launching DLPE as well. Well, some people don’t believe on that so high volume that can handle in just a second, but igues they can that is why they say that it is a world class exchange, and besides why don’t they try it first before they talk about against the project. We won't know unless It is fully operatable and it launches successfully. Iknow that the exchange is currently running and online now but I still didn't try to trade on their platform. That's right! Once its fully operational you will surely hear something from the cryptocurrency traders feedback. I have checked their website and its running and users friendly. I've heard that XBrick exchange is currently running but I haven't tried it too. But I will try it soon for me to personally experience the new exchange platform as well. |

This is just PRE-ANN and no one can answer you yet rather than the moderator of XBRICK exchange. There is no update regarding with this new ICO but I already seen it in a medium and view their telegram group. As what I discovered, Xbrick will just run only for 10 consecutive days. I am bit interested because of that information, but I don't think that it will be followed by the team. 10 days of ICO? This thread was made long time ago but still, there is no update in this announcement thread. I think that Xbrick will extend their ICO because 10 days are not enough for a project to become successful. Xbrick is an exchange platform and I think it needs a big amount just to launch their exchange. The amount they needed can't be filled in just a couple of days. Maybe, this is just starting and they will announce for extension anytime. Well I think your right, a short period of time is not enough to make some business become successful, but not all the time, who knows that the XBrick is will succeed even in a shorten time, we will find out what is the next plan of the team after this ICO run. I think this is just an intro. I think they are still preparing for the Main Announcement thread. I am excited to know more about this project. Cryptocurrency is gaining popularity as the day goes by. We really need more exchange platform like Xbrick. This is true that Xbrick still has more to offer to us because we see and downloaded the Preliminary whitepaper on their sites. So I think this whitepaper and project is still in its experimental phase that will improve more until they release their official whitepaper. Actually all whitepapers of the ico project appears on this industry was all in stage of experimentation, In fact in the end after their campaign project few of the ico are only achieved their goal target according to their whitepaper and road map accordingly. Planning in advance is good but one should be flexible also to determine what the market needs. XBrick is a good project although I have few recommendations myself to improve XBrick XBrick token XBC will be used to promote the blockchain technology through initiatives such as educating the public on the benefits of blockchain, hosting global blockchain forums and summits, creating university scholarships, and encouraging researchers to explore blockchain technology. if Xbrick can develop a software that can integrate wallet to an exchanges that pretty good though .
I do not think that the KYC or know your costumers of the xbricks will lead your identification into danger because the xbrick has already a software that is very.difficult to.hack and also the xbrick will make your identity private if you will invest to their company Why are we afraid on KYC from Xbrick while we do KYC on our local exchange to convert our cryptocurrencies to fiat money? XBrick uses Blockchain technology to their system which is well-known that is difficult to hack. We put our trust to those systems that are not using Blockchain Technology which I think is more vulnerable for hacking. |

I know some exchanges practices there are some tokens that are very well known in the community, especially on telegram and twitter. They offer votes for the community and put a # on it to help the company to get listed on an exchange, were in Xbrick From time to time, they will select crypto currencies that considers to be high quality to be listed for trading. ok got it! but did you know that Xbrick offer trading fees for each executed transaction? This trading currently ranges from 0.10% to 0.15% of the executed amount. Different fees are applied according to whether the order is maker or taker as well as the trader’s VIP level. That's quite high for me some exchanges trading fee ranging 0.01-0.05%. Well this is new exchange i guess they will decrease that fee in the future. And by the way are you guys in favor if Xbrick could have an ICO again? i mean to promote the exchanges just like yobit have right now. Its good that XBrick is selective with the tokens that can be listed and that they are trying to create a platform for more high-quality tokens. But this may also cause delay in the growth of the platform, traders prefer to have a wide variety of tokens to trade.
Well, the way I see it, the reason being is to make it look more prestige by having only high-quality tokens to start with. But it doesn't end there, Xbrick will select cryptocurrencies it considers to be high quality to be listed for trading from time to time and may charge a listing fee as stated on page 32 of the Whitepaper. This would also create an income to XBrick somehow if I'm not mistaken. They will also run a token voting campaign wherein everyone is welcome to nominate their favorite tokens. As to the delay in growth, well will see how they will play and change the game as the day and campaign goes by. |
