1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: August 19, 2018, 04:45:09 PM
Hello. I want to hear your opinion. Cryptocurrency is a bubble? How long will it last? Is it worth continuing to invest in it?
In my opinion, when crypto starts to be accepted by all parties, the bubble will begin. While at present, fluctuations are formed from the pros and cons, which if kept balanced will make crypto survive very long.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy Eth? on: August 19, 2018, 04:38:29 PM
Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already?

Primarily I'm choosing ETH because I think there are less foreseeable limitations than BTC, and it seems like ETH is basically accepted everywhere BTC is. Plus its cheaper  Grin

Is now a good time to buy it? Should I wait?
What are you waiting for, because now almost all altcoins have very low values. So if you have chosen Ethereum, maybe this is the lower limit of this year's price. Indeed there are still other possibilities, but I think the potential to grow larger than the correction, in the range of $ 300 now.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO on: August 19, 2018, 04:27:01 PM

I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO. I need advice from you. please give me a list of trusted ico

Of course ico is the best place to expect a big leap in value, even though the risk is also the highest.
But I think for now, bear markets make many projects that have difficulty making their token prices rise. But if we are ready to wait in the long run, I think there are still many good projects worth investing in.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more on: August 19, 2018, 04:18:56 PM
I have already joined hundreds of airdrops but I got nothing until now. I will never join AirDrop programs any more.
- Each airdrop rewards only some token, that its value from $5 to $20 (calculated by the ICO price)
- Most of the token are dead now (just spammed projects or shit coins)
- Some tokens have been listed on Coinmarketcap now but the token price is terrible low. The value even equal to the transaction fee if I send the tokens to exchanges.
There are still some who actually send tokens to airdrop participants, but nowadays almost all tokens have very cheap value. But if it doesn't take a lot of time, I think that following a good airdrop can also be used as an investment for the next few years.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any signature bounty campaign for newbies ?? on: August 19, 2018, 04:10:37 PM
I have heard abouty bounty campaigns and i searched and found that you have to be a member of bitcointalk and have a good rank...but i am just a newbie..are there any good bounty campaigns which are accepting newbies in their campaign
Maybe you can find some, although it will be more effective if you wait at least a few weeks to get a little level increase, because it seems like there will be more choices.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question : How do you educate noncoiner about crypto? on: August 19, 2018, 10:11:52 AM
To see bitcoin on 1 million dollar or Ethereum to 10000 dollar, we must all understand that it takes mass adoption to get on that point.
And mass adoption begins from home, so how do you educate your friends and family about crypto?

Do share so we can all learn from each other's method   Smiley
I think there is no more effective way than letting them know that we can succeed with crypto. And for the first step of course we have to succeed first, and after that maybe whatever we say about the crypto concept will be heard by people around us.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: August 19, 2018, 10:03:34 AM
Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin
I think the market is changing a lot, and Altcoin continues to grow. At the current stage, volatility is more influential than a technological potential. And now we can say that many altcoins will survive, or all of them will not survive. But I think crypto will continue to exist, and during that time the altcoin will continue to compete.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptassist will develop its own fully licensed spot exchange on: August 19, 2018, 04:44:05 AM
Cryptassist will develop its own fully licensed spot exchange to offer users an unequaled trading experience. The exchange will offer the ultimate user friendly platform to cater for both established traders as well as first time users. A 50% discount on trading fees when paid with CTA. This exchange is not only for CTA but functions as a full exchange.
Cryptassist aim to change the crypto world!!!

I studied it, and indeed this was a very ambitious project. I think this project will be the answer to the digital economy in the future, even though it was launched in a situation that was not too precise.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My first three days in day trading. on: August 19, 2018, 04:23:00 AM
So after doing a TON of research I rearranged my schedule and decided to try my hand at day trading.

I decided to start off really small, so I only put in .02 BTC to see where I can go with it.
I've been using only cryptopia.

After three days...I'm up to .0338711 BTC! Wao! I'm a rich man! lol...

I was pleasantly surprised that a simple strategy brought steady gains.
I spent a lot of time trying to figure out indicators of coins that were about to be pumped.  I looked at trade volume, spikes in value, market cap, buy/sell order history, etc.
I am going about this very cautiously, so when I felt like a coin was about to or in the beginning to middle stages of being pumped, I would buy it, and right away put in a sell order that was slightly higher for a small gain.  I tried my best to not put in too much and resell for a lot higher and the result was steady (but tiny gains).  As I get comfortable with this I will probably try larger investments.

I know I'm very amateurish but it feels good to get better at something yeah?

Anyone had similar experiences in day trading?
Maybe you do have talent in daily trading, but I think the one that makes you successful, is that you are at the moment all the coins are experiencing very good growth. But you can do it at any time, because fluctuations are available for games like that, it's just that the risk level will be different now.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: August 18, 2018, 04:17:46 PM
ETH will allow $2T of underground economy to become more structured (and possibly less underground) through DAOs.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2013/04/23/americas-2-trillion-shadow-economy-is-the-recessions-big-winner/

If it captures 1% of that $2T, it is equivalent to $20B, which would put ETH somewhere around $150. Those who sell for $2 will shit bricks, eat sand and may even commit suicide in the years to come. If it captures 10% of that ETH will be $1500. I know it sounds crazy, but so did the Internet in 1995.

Once it's launched their main focus will be on scalability, which I think is the real reason crypto is not ready for mainstream. Once they can handle 100K TPS (and I'm sure they will), it's game over.
Indeed, that Ethereum currently costs $ 300 and may have been very close to $ 1500. But maybe nothing will be like Bitcoin, and this is good writing, because at least we know that altcoins like Ethereum also need a long time to grow.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much you can profit from altcoins on: August 18, 2018, 04:09:09 PM
I want to find out why everybody wants to invest in altcoins, what I want to ask is, how much money did you get from altcoins so far?
It depends on who you ask, and I don't think any response will have much effect. So if you believe in this technology, then invest. Because Bitcoin buyers in 2010 also have the same risk.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Negative Mind Will Never Give You A Positive Life on: August 18, 2018, 04:00:10 PM
I think there is more optimism in this industry, even when the seven months of the portfolio continue to be corrected. But of course losing money is a different matter, because unfortunately, most of those who are very optimistic about blockchain technology, are the ones who suffer the most losses in their portfolios.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: August 18, 2018, 03:46:05 PM
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..
Well, maybe this is the most disturbing mindset in crypto buying and selling strategies. I think after we decide to sell a coin, we should not think about what happens next, because that is no longer our business.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin or litecoin ? on: August 18, 2018, 03:30:51 PM
Well? Let's hear it.

Bitcoin, because there may be too much competition in altcoins. And if calculated from ATH, of course
Bitcoin holds stronger than any coin.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: holding and prices will go up ? on: August 18, 2018, 03:13:03 PM
Everyone is holding and saying prices will go up again what can make prices go up again ? I do believe it will go up but not like last December unless something comes in and changes the market so what do you think it could be ?
The market needs new investors who enter this industry, while the whole world almost knows that this year crypto is experiencing a very difficult period. Of course prices will rise again, but it may take several years to build momentum.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does Bitcoin price affect ICOs on: August 18, 2018, 02:29:34 PM
I have been wondering how directly and indirectly fluctuations in the price of bitcoin affects ICOs performance at that time. Anyone who knows this can assist in the explanation.
I think it is very logical, when the price of Bitcoin rises, then many Bitcoin holders get profits, some of which will be used to buy Altcoin or ico, and of course it will apply when the situation is the opposite.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in the cryptocurrency market? on: August 18, 2018, 02:21:41 PM
If you’re still in crypto after you’ve:

- been scammed
- been dumped on
- woken up in complete shock
- bought the top of a pump
- panic sold the bottom
- listened to Official McScamFee

Say me why do you still believe in the crypto Smiley
Maybe because more and more people are starting to think that crypto will end, this will be even more interesting. Because that may be a sign that the lower limit of marketcap is getting closer. So keep believing, because that is only the initial capital to get long-term benefits.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN you believe in 100% on: August 18, 2018, 01:57:53 PM
what is the one ALTCOIN you believe in that you will never sell? and why
Ripple. When the younger generation, who are closer to technology as policy makers, then perhaps the digital economy will dominate the global financial system, and Ripple may indeed be prepared for such an era.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good projects this year? on: August 09, 2018, 07:31:57 AM
have you seen the project from CryptAssist? this project is very good. You can also see projects from SKYFChain. I think this is also a very good project.
Why did you mention two projects that you didn't even participate in? Why don't you promote the signature that you use?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 08, 2018, 02:50:23 PM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
There is nothing you can do unless you change your thinking concept, that crypto is a long-term investment. The market will fluctuate, and will probably return to the highest point. So if you don't immediately need the money, then wait until the market recovers.
