1  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 200% deposit bonus, 🕡 valid for 48 hours! on: June 13, 2022, 08:51:41 AM
Another update. Support promised me same day withdrawals for the last 2 days now and have sent nothing. I even spoke to the owner yesterday who gave more false promises. I think its quite clear they are trying to buy time to continue their scam and have no intention of paying.

BitLucy.com is 100% a scam casino. They do not pay players.

This is my experience as well. I have been trying to get my pay out for weeks but support have a new excuse every time.

I understand they are a new casino but it just isn't possible that they can be trusted when they say so many lies.

You probably should have lead with the fact they restrict crypto withdrawals to specific users on a crypto forum. I don't think most gamblers on here are comfortable providing KYC documents given the number of hacked sites we hear about and identity documents being found on the dark web.

Thanks for the help though, i realise you're trying to help them out.

It seems you don't properly support crypto withdrawals. I played a little today but upon looking for the withdrawal option i was told they arent available to everyone. Is there some criteria we need to fulfil in order to have access?

For compliance reasons, crypto withdraws are not available to everyone at this time.

I saw on twitter you were effected by the OVH fire. Hope no one in the FJ offices is too stressed out! I've been there with similar situations and it's not much fun.

Looks like it will be a few days before they bring up the surviving servers, I suggest you get some red bull in for the IT team Grin

All the best guys.

Those guys advertise no-verification as well but they kyc'd me over a measly 6mbtc.

I found the problem. It turns out that in order for the problems to disappear, you first need to change the mobile operator that provides the Internet. After talking with the manager, I did not receive a permanent answer, but when using an international provider, the problems disappeared by themselves. By the way, there were difficulties of this kind with other resources.
mobile operator doesnt only provides internet but it provides signal , calls , messages and others . internet has nothing to do with this issue imo but congrats if you already fixed your problems .

We are open to all regions.
What some users do is add an incorrect phone number, however we don't advise you to do that,
because it could lead to potential issues later down the line.
but if they add incorrect phone number how will they get a code ? unless if your website dont need codes or phone number confirmations but yes it is not advisable because what if the site requiest for your attacthed phone number for future verification purpose . your doomed

This is why we advise you to not use a different number.

Hopefully your number works in the end. Good luck and enjoy all our games on offer at Haz Casino!

I think you need to clarify these terms a little.

Quote
Betplay’s Welcome Bonus
200% Bonus on your first deposit!

Deposit Bitcoin regular or with our first industry leading Bitcoin lightning solution and receive 200% of you deposit to your balance.  The bonus is awarded when the turnover requirements are fulfilled. You can withdraw the bonus right away when it has been awarded, no strings attached!

·       The welcome bonus can only be activated once when making your first deposit.

·       The welcome deposit bonus offer is only available to those who have made their first deposit up to a maximum of up to 50,000 u₿.

·       To receive the maximum bonus of up to 50,000 u₿, you must wager an amount equal of 30 times the value of your first initial deposit. The player will then have 7 days to claim the bonus and after that 30 days to complete. If the player fails to do so, the bonus will be forfeited.

Max bet to be able to 100% wager your bonus is set at 1,000 u₿.

Are you saying the bonus can be awarded after the user has wagered their deposit 30x, but after this wagering the user has to manually claim it?

What is this about having 30 days to complete the bonus after it was claimed as well? At the start of the terms it says it can be withdrawn right away.

EDIT:
Went ahead and made a deposit to test this place out. The bonus terms are incorrect, its actually 30x the bonus amount which needs to be wagered rather than the initial deposit.

It seems like the bonus is applied post wager so you can't use it for extra playtime like most other sites. As i'm not particularly a fan of these post wager bonuses, i just turned over my deposit a couple of times and attempted to withdraw. It hasn't dropped back in my wallet quite yet so i'm assuming they require manual approval (to be fair it has only been an hour).

Quite like the site design though, plus it will be good to see the microgaming/netent slots when they are added (their logos show at the bottom of the site but don't seem to be searchable yet)

Not deposited here myself but it's hardly a surprise things are going down hill.

It was clear a lot of the initial support posted in this thread was actually 'investors' posting positive comments in an attempt to grow the platform. The downside of these casino's which issue tokens to investors prior to launch is that you really cant trust any of the positive feedback.

The icing on the cake was when the former employee posted his private chats with the owner where he openly bragged about making a fortune carding people. I mean... seriously, why would you give this guy your money??
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: VerveCasino.com - Daily Rakeback, Weekly Lossback - New bitcoin/crypto casino on: January 27, 2021, 03:48:06 PM
There is many many people claiming of foul things from verve.

1) They claim instant withdrawals however several people have been told “Please wait 7 days for a review of your play”

2) on wagers they have made up rules as they’re going forward. (Blackjack, table games count 27-30% with no mentioning of theyre version of plinko) however once the member beat it they claimed plinko was also 30%)

3) They don’t addresss the issue they just block you.

4) personally I’ve had good experiences but all I’ve seen recently is everyone with proof as well saying they’re starting to stall if your on a wager with a payout if your winning .

There were some posits in this thread the other day from a user who they were claiming had been able to place bets without funds in his account. They now seem to have mysteriously disappeared without explanation.

It's the same with a few complaints on twitter.

11  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 2crazy.com 🎲 licensed casino 🎲 Soft Launch 🎲 Live Casino - 150% BONUS on: January 19, 2021, 04:13:42 PM
It is not a bug, he broke the terms and conditions which i stated at the top of my posts and it is written black and white in our T&C.

I'm sorry but here you said it is a bug.

You used a bug in the slots that is not reseting the bonus status, you finished your money and deposited to return to the bonus status. which is illegal, since once again, you can not profit from the bonus money we gave if you not reach our conditions.

Now you are saying it is not a bug?

I don't think it matters that he played to near the bonus rounds using bonus funds. There was nothing in place to stop him and your terms didn't say anything about these games not being allowed. I think this strategy is why some games are blocked when you have a bonus on softswiss sites and fortune jack. You didn't block these games until after the player won so there is no excuse for you to not pay out. I would understand if it was a large amount but you said yourself it is just pocket money.

Sometimes cloudflare complains about rate limiting for me, even when just browsing through games, it usually fixes itself after a few minutes though. The jurisdiction issue does seem to be fixed now, thank you! Cheesy
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 2crazy.com 🎲 licensed casino 🎲 Soft Launch 🎲 Live Casino - 150% BONUS on: January 19, 2021, 02:44:59 PM
Wow, threatening a player on here is very brave.

It sounds like he hasn't broken your terms and conditions but you don't like the way he/she played. It is ridiculous to claim it is "illegal" when it was your responsibility too make it clear what is allowed with the bonus. Maybe posting on here is not the right thing for the player to do, but it should not be an issue to resolve problem in public if this is what they want.

If this player really found a bug the honest thing to do would be to pay the withdrawal and fix the issue.

Well apparently they KYC now. They did not process my withdrawal for 5 days so I went on to talk to live chat, immediately after I received an email asking for documents and they stopped talking on chat.
I didn't receive any tips from other players or place any sports bets like the complainant above, I only used the casino. Not really happy with sending my documents to some random casino.
What did you do then? An user complained his withdrawal got pending only because tips from big winner on there. Did you playing from restriction country? Or did you use multiple accounts?

I'm not from a restricted country and I only had one account. I think maybe they have started to do KYC to everyone now, maybe Coinbox can confirm?

I'm still not sure if I am comfortable sending my information over. If I had known they would want all my documents I would played somewhere else but I suppose it is my fault for not checking. I saw the thread had not been updated for quite a while before i signed up.

Hey libelle, can you contact us through email: info@trustdice.win? Smiley

I'm sure we can provide a sweet solution, just ask for Rus - it's me Cheesy I will do my best for you.

All sorted! Thank you for your help Rus.
