1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dirty bitcoin risk? on: September 18, 2025, 02:15:28 AM
Yes, that was I am referring to.

The exchanges have all the decision to question the sources if the address where it came from is part of their blacklisted that considers scam, illegal, from a mixer or anything that they don't like.

I don't know how to.

But it's the exchanges that dictates everything when we're using their platform. It's kind of unfair to be honest but what can we do with that, nothing.
Assuming the coin sent to an exchange is from a mixer for instance and that mixer have not been used to move stolen funds, what will the exchange do to such bitcoin? I'm assuming they will seize the coin and their TOS quoted to cover it up, this means that lot of this are not clear these days and sometimes I fear that people will lose their money for the slightest mistakes or what they know nothing about.

3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: September 17, 2025, 09:58:01 PM
Liverpool have proven again that they are indeed the champion of England with their win over Athletic Madrid. They played so well and were also wonderful at scoring. Unlike Chelsea that were overwhelmed by Bayern Munic, Liverpool stood their ground and got the maximum point tonight to put them in comfortable position in the group.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Freedom Becoming More Expensive? on: September 16, 2025, 08:21:03 PM
It appears that we are all drifting away from centralized systems (banks, governments, health agencies) since we no longer trust them. The cost of that mistrust is, however, my so-called "fragmentation tax". We lose the cheap efficiency of doing things together, and everything becomes more expensive
The shift in attention from government regulated institutions to private ones that gives users the freedom to do what they want is as a result of the poor performance of the government institution and their failure to embrace a necessary change that the society has walked into. What makes bitcoin relevant is the freedom it proffers and same is the reason why interest have shifted from the centralised banking system to anything that's decentralised since it offers full control to users.

If the government health care system is working well, no one will opt for self medication or private health scheme. Government systems are looked at as things that are going obsolete because they have failed to make necessary changes that suits the present needs of users.
If governments embrace some of the changes that society yean for, they will loose grip of their control of the systems. Most of the changes that are being pushed forward are bitcoin, freedom of speech in social media and other media, freedom of medication and many others. This is why governments are fighting so hard to frustrate anything that represents freedom and privacy.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: First thing you will do if you win big time in a Casino? on: September 16, 2025, 06:21:57 PM
I just saw this one and I am really amaze on what he did.

A casino guest just won over $1.3 million… and the first thing he did? Call his mom.
At FireKeepers Casino in Michigan, the guest hit the venue’s largest jackpot ever. But instead of celebrating alone, he grabbed his phone and told his mom: “Momma, we are out of the hood. We’re leaving tomorrow.” That emotional call went viral because it wasn’t about luxury, it was about finally giving his family a safer, better life.
Sometimes the biggest wins aren’t about money, they’re about the people you love most.

1.3 MILLION Casino Win
If I'm lucky to get a big win in casino, I will do something similar to this which is getting the family a better life and establishing several businesses that will fetch me money and I will ensure I invest about 50% of that money into bitcoin. 50% invested into bitcoin, 20% in other types of business, 10% to other setup the family and 10% given to people that need help in society like foundation, orphanage and people within my community who are in serious need.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are bitcoins marked as "dirty" when received from a casino? on: September 16, 2025, 04:06:15 PM
I don't think online casinos qualify to that dirty coin terminology because most only casinos still have provision for KYC as stated in their TOS. What usually fall into that category of dirty coins are those from mixers and and anything related to privacy. This is the much I know but exchanges with poor reputation can still tag bitcoin from some casinos as dirty coin especially when they have the intention of stealing the money.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: September 16, 2025, 02:44:52 PM
 👀

The billionaires, the public companies, and the professional asset managers currently holds 12.3% of ALL Bitcoin. That's not including the supply that nation-states have started to HODL in their vaults.

Don't sell your Bitcoin at the current "cheap" price levels. Keep accumulating, if you want to see, then sell when it's at a seven digit valuation per coin OR when it's equal to or more than the total market value of Gold.
What is happening now is the greatest transfer of wealth in human history and the rich, who always knows how to stay rich, are positioning themselves once again to dominate this new oil. The good thing is that bitcoin give both the big capital and small fries like some of us the same opportunity to be part of the future and the new money. Those still doubting will be left behind because believe it or not, bitcoin is the real deal now. Like you said, we should hold our bitcoin and not sell because that will be the biggest mistake anyone could make. Buy as much as you can, store them properly and forget them there, that is the sure way to wealth.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: September 16, 2025, 02:40:02 PM
Just the same way it happened last season. From the beginning of the champions league last season, many of us predicted Liverpool as the favourite team to win based on their first impressions but unfortunately they were eliminated quickly than we expect without reaching the final. The new champions league format make things a little complicated but I believe every participating club this year is fully prepared. After the first round games, we may be able to measure each team ability based on how they perform in the first round. A team performance in their domestic league doesn't determine their performance in the champions league so I won't picked my favourite team based on their league performance.
Honestly, I want a team that has never won the UEFA Champions League to win the trophy. It was really impressive, seeing PSG won the trophy last season, this time, my bet will be on Arsenal. They have been impressive for a long time now. I want them to win the UCL, EPL and any other domestic title in Europe.

I think the new UCL format is good this way. Teams have to play each other before moving to the knockout stage. It gives room for average teams to qualify to the next round without being eliminated in the first round.
I also agree with you because this format keeps the competition interesting even from the early stages. Imagine this round we will see Bayern Munic playing Chelsea and other great fixtures, unlike before when the group stages were not that serious and we could easily know the teams that will qualify from each of the groups. None of the team are confident of progressing to the next stage, they know such will come with great work and dedication which will make the competition very interesting.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🟢 Rainbet.com | Crypto Casino & Sportsbook | Competitive Rewards 🎁 on: September 16, 2025, 02:26:10 PM
What are your choices for today's champions league match? There are fine matches with good odds. Arsenal is playing away and I see them to win Villarreal, same with Real Madrid at home against Olympique Marseille and Benfica at home against Qarabag FK. These are the matches I see to be winnings tonight although the odd for Real Madrid winning is very small which may not justify the risk involved. What is your thought?
10  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Think carefully before beginning bitcoin investment on: September 15, 2025, 09:26:00 PM
Knowledge is essential before thinking about investing in bitcoin...The reason why some people invest on a short term base is because they don't know that it's best to only invest when it's long term..Bitcoin Investment requires critical thinking but at the same time it's very simple when you finally understand how the market really works...having a target before investing is very important, you can just start up an investment with zero aims and take whatever profit you get....have a goal and don't exceed it when you achieve it
If a newbie reads your comment, he will be so frustrated thinking about where to start from in getting the knowledge you suggested before investing. I will also want to correct the impression that bitcoin investment require critical thinking before getting started, that is not entirely true because basic knowledge of bitcoin is just enough to get started then the other knowledge can come in when the investor have already started investing. Bitcoin investment is an easy thing if the individual have some money he can set aside without having any serious need for it and it can be done with small amount of money at a time to make it easier.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BULL TRAPS AND BEAR TRAPS CHAOS on: September 15, 2025, 09:12:12 PM
What a crazy time in the world of cryptocurrency, the market is confusing both buyers and sellers.

Bull trap and Bear trap all in one session this is something very crazy, haven't experienced something like this in a while.

Tough times for crypto!
When we have this scenario in the market, there is usually big move that shocks everybody but before that happens, there is always a fake out, a move in which market first go in the direction of opposite of the direction of major move to trick people into acting before it reverses and kick them out of the market without mercy. My projection is that market will break out to the downside first before reversing to pump real hard.
12  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: The Struggles of Building a Bitcoin Portfolio and How We Can Overcome Them on: September 15, 2025, 08:56:26 PM
I agree with most of your points but I beg to defer a little on the aspect of price volatility and fear of loss because those things does not exist for anyone that wants to build a bitcoin portfolio over a long time. If you are afraid of losing money or you still fear the volatility, then you are a mere trader or short-term investor. Long term investment care less about the volatility since the goal is to buy and hold. Building a bitcoin portfolio should not come with struggles since the best approach is to invest with money that you do not have urgent need of.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $BNB Eyes $1,000 as Liquidity Builds, MYX Finance Joins the Pump. on: September 15, 2025, 08:36:33 PM
By this time 2026, BNB will be up to $3k and that will be a massive increase between the coin wont stop there as it will definitely continue to increase as long as it remains relevant with the ecosystem that support it growths which is Binance exchange.
I do not think that is going to happen because that will be approximately 300% increase why even hypes like yours cannot make it happen. I'm not saying that $BNB is not going to go higher than it is now, everything still favors massive gains but not to the extent of x3 in a year time. Have you considered that we may see bear season next year if we follow the bitcoin market cycle? If that happens, there is no way $BNB will be pumping while other coins will be in red.
14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Validation Error in Crash Game is to Rig Players. on: September 15, 2025, 04:13:14 PM
I have not seen this before in crash game, although I'm not a regular player in crash as it is not among my choice games. I want to know if have seen such error while playing crash on different casinos. This will make it possible to know if the error is common with crash games or with just the crash game of just the casino you use. I know many casinos that care about their reputation so they will not openly rig games against players.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dirty bitcoin risk? on: September 15, 2025, 02:09:14 PM
I strongly believe that this concept of clean and dirty bitcoin is a plot to push for regulation and nothing more. The reason is that bitcoin from any privacy related platform is usually flagged as dirty just to discourage people from using them. If they succeed in segregating bitcoin, then any coin from non KYC platforms will be flagged as dirty and probably seized.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is in position to feel the regret? on: September 15, 2025, 12:39:39 PM
Mystery in the uncertainty of gambling and cashout. A friend of mine is regretting why he cash out his game that was supposed to give him a historical huge winning but he cash out halfway to avoid regrets which earned him little profits but at the end the games played all.
In my own experience, i was overconfident that my games would play successfully just after the teams I had my doubts on was able to win. So I take the rest few games common and hopefully to win easily but the games cut and I lost it all even while I had the opportunity for over 70% cash out.

Since last week this incident occured, my friend had been a complaint still feeling that chances he would had made it big win if not for his cash out.
So I am to ask, between me and my friend who is in position to feel this regrets regarded that I won nothing and he made some cash out ?
I hardly press that cash out button no matter how hard I try. For the few times I have used that, I was lucky to have made the right choice because the game would have failed so there have never been a time I regretted using it but I'm always reluctant to use that since the game I played are usually few and ends about the same time or the same day. In gambling, regrets is a waste of time, just take any action you feel is best for you.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: September 14, 2025, 09:56:45 PM

Here we go Guys!!!!
Barca has grabbed the victory against Valencia with superior mode. The Catalan giants were absolutely phenomenal they made a beautiful display, although some of their key players were absent due to injuries, but still they perform super dominant. After the recent draw, everyone was arguing that Barca is losing their momentum and even they will failed to win the upcoming matches but now they are wrong about all the speculation.

However, match was quite good Barcelona were the dominator of the match. All of their players capped such nice displays especially Fermin Lopez, Raphina and Lewandowski. All of them scored goals to make the score bord 6-0. Hansi Flick is really satisfied with his team performance because it was very important match for Barcelona to compete for league title.
It seems Barcelona played this match with serious anger, probably due to their last draw with Real Vallecano. This is complete humiliation because I expected Valencia to be a tough opponent to Barcelona based on last season's record and how they started this season. It's obvious Barcelona is not ready to relinquish the league to Real Madrid.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in pump fun projects or is it too risky? on: September 14, 2025, 04:24:31 PM
If you have some money that you can afford to lose, then you can invest in such projects because they have huge potential for big profits and an uncommon appetite for loss. Just ensure you don't get greedy with them, if you buy and opportune to see the pump, then sell at the peak of the hype because beyond that point will come the heavy dump after which the market will never recover. Like I said before, invest only what you can afford to lose to lose and don't get greedy.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 13, 2025, 09:59:17 PM
It was quite unfortunate that they didn't win that champions league trophy last season, that competition for that is very high and it has become more challenging for them to get...Munich are indeed a very impressive team, their position on the board seems to be constantly theirs, dortmond is slightly close to them but Munich is still going to remain at the top and they would still win the league this season
I agree that you that Bayern Munic are in great form and it's looking like the signing of Luis Diaz is what they have been waiting for to unlock their full potential. What impress me so much is their hunger for goal, they score at every given opportunity and don't waste such opportunities. Furthermore, theyr scoring is not built around Harry Kane but everyone us scoring. I want to see how they will fare in the UCL because that will be their true test.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Must you be noisy about your wins on: September 13, 2025, 09:33:08 PM
The main reasons people make their winning public is for the pride or for the purpose of gaining followers for those that display their winning ticket on social media, although most of them are from scammers that are looking for ways to lure their potential victim. Apart from these reasons, I don't see why someone will freely display their winnings to get attention to themselves given the security and privacy implication of such action. My wins and losses remains with me and probably few persons I share gambling ideas and information with.
