Of course my rollbit username is kalmad
Thanks for allowing me time to review this. This was a clear-cut case of circumventing our sportsbook limits via the creation of another account. Their initial account was registered Jul 29, 2022 and was subsequently limited Mar 24, 2023. After this limit was put in place, there was very minimal sportsbook activity. Their next account, and the account referenced in this thread, was created Jun 1, 2023. They continued betting on the sportsbook without the limits that should have applied, until once again being flagged by our sportsbook provider. During our review we discovered that they had been previously limited and therefore the account was locked with any profits forfeited. Note: we permit users who have been limited to continue, but they must do this via their limited account. Limit increase requests can be submitted via our support. Both accounts were linked via several data points. Data points that we're happy to publicly disclose include, same device and same withdrawal & deposit addresses. The profits we deducted were leftover on their balance. Considering both of their accounts, they were still able to withdraw enough to be more than $3,000 in profit. OP, you would have been fine continuing on the initial account but due to this event we ask that you do not open further accounts here. I am writing this last article to prevent this from happening to others. Since I became a member, all my withdrawal transactions were approved within 1 hour. 42 total withdrawals and each takes 1 hour. Some of them took 6-7 hours. This means it is impossible for them not to examine my account. Everything was known from the beginning. They said it was enough because I played professionally. Never connected from the same phone. I agree with the same wallet address. It also happened when I directly addressed it to my friend. But there were no fraudulent bets, friends. make sure of this. If you are constantly winning, stay away from rollbit. |

Hello again, you called Razer, after coming here and asking for my username, he didnt write again. I checked, he became online after I told him my username, but he still did not respond and did not solve our problem. Give him time, a few days perhaps. The exchange of communication happened only yesterday, and this is a weekend, things are understandably go slower. The issues there is that you both were sharing same internet, I could recall a case like that which the representative came to reply on the thread about their operation of prohibition of multiple accounts sharing same internet. Alternatively it could be that your friend tried to login your account and has tried several times without succeeding this action could lead to account frozen or locked for some period if days but with this action if closing your account is something I can't comprehend. I believe Rollbit has an active campaign so it's better you contact their manager to help you out.

You are trying to cheat the system OP, your question was answered and yet you are forming like you are innocent, sigh you people will never learn, you are caught red handed and stop trying to make Rollbit casino look bad.
The team replied you by saying you are trying to deceive the casino's sportsbook limit, and you are trying to make it look like two brothers living in a house and using the same IP, that can't be right.
Sorry there is no way anyone can help you out of this, next time when you plan to gamble on any casino you will use only one account or risk getting the same result you got right now, I hope you learn from this.
Rollbit is clean and people like you can't tarnish their image, not until they really do something bad, but for now, their reputation is good.
Rollbit is by far not clean! Why are there complaints about them all the time? Why did they buy stolen/hacked stake account data to send promotion emails to existing stake VIP members? If that is clean, I don't know. Also, what advantage would a multiple account have when not getting a bonus? I know it's against the rules, and that's ok of course, but why would you call OP a cheater if there is no advantage? If it was actually to circumvent limits then both accounts must have made the same bets on the same games, which need to be proved. OP says he bets football, the other "person"/account bets tennis. I don't see any limit abuse there. Thank you very much for your support. You translated my feelings. They unjustly confiscated my money. I might be wrong, but I think the rule below is what they consider you've breached 3.27. Clients are allowed to bet only as individuals, group bets are not allowed. Repeated bets on the same results / winners from the same or different customers may subsequently be declared invalid. Even after the official result of the competition / athletes is already known, Sportsbook platform may consider the indicated bets invalid if it considers that the Clients act in collusion or as a syndicate, or the bets considered were made by one or more Clients within a short period of time. The betting company also has the right to refuse to accept bets or to count already made bets as invalid if they are made from different game accounts from the same IP address.

It seems to me that Rollbit always seems to have issue with people wagering on low odds thus claiming those bonuses because they level up faster but they dont seems to put it in as part of their written rules or whatsoever. Razer is not here 24/7 to give you or any Bitcointalk members instantly support for their issues at Rollbit platform. If you need quick support, open your Support chat at Rollbit. You must see yesterday and today is weekend that is time for family. I also know some casinos in Bitcointalk have their representatives wrote that they did not sign in casino accounts in weekends and sometimes they are even in vacation like a few days or weeks. I wanna speak with you . But I'm being ignored.

Rollbit has been nuking few accounts in the past that abused the level up bonus by wagering 1.01 odds on sportsbook. You could check like 5-10 pages from the current page of this thread that there are some people that claimed their account was locked as well their withdrawal was halt after abusing wagering at low odds then claiming those bonuses Probably your friend's account has nothing to even do with your account getting terminated, its probably only because you kept wagering on low odds then constantly make profit from those level up bonus I didn't know this was bonus abuse. If things really happens just as you have explained it to be, then I would say that you are sure undeserving a closure of your account just like that, with your money or funds forfeited, this should not be..
Like every one else have said or suggested, I will also advice that you continue to reach out to their customer care, and also consider creating a scam accusation against them, this is if you are very sure that you are telling us the truth, create a scam accusation against them, I believe this will move them to properly and promptly look into your case and have it resolved immediately.

Base on what I read, you broke Rollbit's ToS by using multiple accounts on their platform. Do you think they will give you a special treatment after you broke their ToS? The answer is simple, NO. We both have an account on stake.com. separately . We have not had any problems. We have been on stake.com for 2 years. The way you placed your bets must have caught their attention. The moment they noticed that there were more accounts coming from the same IP address, it caused a red flag for them. You (both) should probably be careful with Stake if you use the same betting system I forgot to say this. My roommate already deleted his account last month. Yep thats the clue on why they terminate your account. You bet 1.01 and 1.02 odds to level up your account especially on sportsbetting then claim all those level up bonuses. Basically you are doing thing alongside with having another account that you probably claimed it was your housemate's account* * I put an asterix there because I kinda suspected that you own that account as well but yeah it could be your housemate' account but the point is that there are multiple accounts that got bonuses from Rollbit. Either level up bonuses or RLB bonuses so that kinda violate their terms so yeah 1.01 and 1.02 are also very risky. Okay, the bonus progress will be faster by betting a lot, but there are many football matches with goals in the last minute and extra time. I lost my entire safe 3 times. Then I deposited money again. Then I doubled my money again. I would have shown proof of this if they hadn't blocked my access to my account. |
