It is still by far the best marketing place for any casino or any crypto related business. It gives people a huge audience that they can reach, doesn't mean that you will be reaching to all of them but it does give you that type of amount for you to try and get.

They don't ignore people which have valid issue so maybe try to be nice to them and don't call them like that since they would really ignore you since in first place they are the one who found out that you are abusing their system. Just contact them again and try to have settlement since as you said you are open to that set up and maybe they consider your request to return back your funds.
