To be honest at this stage I don't care about personal compensation, it's more about creating awareness as to how these companies operate.

At the start it was chasing losses, but this company will keep preying upon vulnerable gamblers such as myself so by raising this hopefully it helps to protect me whilst i go into rehab again, as well as helping to prevent the same thing happening to others.

Hi all,

Looking advice. I initially started betting with this company sportbet.one a year ago. I tried last may to self exclude and they made it impossible for me to do so. Ignoring requests via live chat and saying they couldnt even though their website advertised you can. I hit their self exclude in settings but it allows you to log straight back in and just says reenable account.

I waited their 4 days before account was meant to be excluded for good but their system didn't work. I complained about this and instead of blocking account they offered me bonuses to keep playing and this was after several emails and live chats begging for help.

Since then I've been able to create more accounts with them using same ipaddress and same crypto wallet. Ive begged them to help me and block me from creating new accounts or depositing via my crypto wallet and they just ignore.

I know I'm accountable for my addiction, but i just feel this company prays upon the vulnerable.

They've taken 20-30000gbp from me in the last year and offered me $1000 because their self exclusion wasn't working and advised me to create a new accohnt account to receive it knowing rightly i would lose it all to them again.

The ignoring of requests to self exclude and their broken system goes against their own policies stated on their website.

Any help in relation to this would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried so many times and had no luck with your company. You can make your own thread, describing the situation on scam accusations board, preferably with format as shown on this thread, as it'll help people understand the issue and key facts at glance. The button to create a new thread will be on the upper right side of the board, labeled "new topic".

You can upload the supporting evidences [screenshots of conversation, email, and the likes] through talkimg, it's a image hosting service provided by one of the prominent member of this forum. As you're still in newbie rank, images won't show on your post by default unless you buy a copper membership or ranked up. But don't worry much about image visibility, someone will quote those images for you and make it visible.

Truly this sounds alarming. Sites should 100% pay attention to these issues and act fast on any self exclusion issue. It is against their license agreements to not do that actually.
But also players that are aware of their problem shouldn't just rely on the site taking actions but also seek help themselves. Sure it's easier and convenient to just say I self exclude myself and that's it, but that's not how it works.

Gambling addiction is a serious issue and in my opinion without proper professional help this is nothing you can easily fight by yourself. I understand it's hard to share this problem with others but that's just necessary to beat this devil inside.


We cannot make a quick judgement here just because someone has posted like that. We know how SportBet.one build their reputation here and one user posted an accusation against them, though it doesn't look good but we have to be fair. @holydarkness is right, this is a service discussion thread, if he really is serious with his accusation, he needs to bring this to a proper channel of the forum which is the scam accusation board, but as @holydarkness said, there should be a valid evidence.

Sorry guys if this is wrong forum, I'm just frustrated and down and out. I am now seeking counselling and trying to move forward again, and work on paying off my debt. I know I'm accountable to but it just seems like this company took full advantage of me for over a year knowing rightly about my struggles as i informed them 100x over in which ive the evidence like i produced above with chat logs and emails. I've buried myself in debt, but this company has made it too easy for me to feed my addiction.

Please avoid this bookmaker, they have ruined me. Their self exclusion scheme is waiting 4 days and you can log in anytime and just turn that off. They dont have any responsible gambling like their company advertises. They don't respond to complaints and they prey upon the vulnerable. Below is evidence of them giving out bonuses due to self exclusions not working so they're encouraging known addicts crying out for help to continue to gamble.

I've had the same problem with sportbet.one
 Mine started over a year ago, followed self exclusion protocol and waited 5 days and account still allowed me to sign back in and continue to gamble.

Complained as i lost thousands and they only offered $1000 back due to their failure in responsible gambling.

They told me to create a new account with them to receive the funds, and even offered me a bonus to keep playing, all this is after explaining to them my addiction. Ive emails, live chat logs etc to evidence this.

Since then ive used the account with them during relapses, as you can always keep opening it. Its a real problem for gambling addicts such as myself. They say they cant block IP addresses, yet they can see from others when they've abused bonuses etc.

The company is extremely immoral, ive a history of begging them to block accounts, which just got ignoref for months and cost me thousands.

Please, anyone with sense, stay away!

This was their response on casino guru -

The player account was closed due to multiple breaches of our Terms and Conditions.



(1) User created multiple accounts to circumvent Sports Risk management limits set for him. (Proof has been privately shared with Casinoguru representative)



(2) Based on evidence provided by our external risk management team, the account has been closed due to the observed use of software to systematically abuse our sports bet cashout system. All associated bets have been reversed.


Casino guru said because they're claiming a sports book issue they can't investigate. Casino guru never received evidence of multiple accounts because there was none. I was a new player with one account. I made one withdrawal the week previously and because I made a profit, they're saying I abused the cash out button even if at times my bets went on to win and others lose.

Honestly makes no sense,  I had an issue the night before with them as it wasn't letting me wager more than $20 at a time, so I said could they fix this or id have to use another site. Next day then I get account blocked and I'm being accused of multiple accounts. Then when complaining via casino guru it's sports book being able to cheat their system.. which is unheard of to me.

Now I'm left in limbo.. it just appeared to me they knew I'd likely leave after their service not being great so they refused to pay out following day and make up all the sketchy excuses. Please avoid.. and it is kineko.com sorry not .io.

Thanks very much for the response and advice. Honestly, I wouldn't be wasting my time if I'd known I'd did something wrong. The money aspect is annoying but the sheer principle has left me with a sour taste and that's why I wanted advice on it. I've messaged efialtis and hopefully they're of help.

Hi,

I'm looking some advice,


I opened an account with Kineko and made a withdrawal, then made another deposit and played and made a profit and tried to withdraw. Kineko refused my withdrawal and said I had multiple accounts, I said I don't and have only ever used one account and my coinbase would reflect that with deposits as well as my IP address etc. Then the narrative changed to I've used cheating software on their sports book, all because I use the cash out system to cash out my bets if they aren't going well, at a lower value. An some bets went on to win and others to lose, all part of it.

Anyway, because of this they closed my account even though I'd a balance of £900 and they're refusing to pay out. I contacted casino guru but as Kineko are claiming it's a sports book issue even though I used their casino and sports book, it means casino guru can't help.

Would anyone have any advice for me or is it just a lost cause? The money is one thing but out of sheer principle I'm finding it hard to just let it go as it seems all they've done is scam me from my winnings.

Any help is much appreciated.
