This is how I would have done it.
Make the new account (with a throw away email) , take the 1000$ bonus, withdraw it (if possible). Change the password to something you definitely won't remember and log out. Also delete the throw away email.
Repeat this with you other account.
That way you can't log in anymore and also can't recover the account since you don't have the email. Easy solution for this.

And with the 1000$, get some help for your addiction. I know I make it sound easier than it is but for the self exclusion that's a great way to get rid of your account there.
That's a good idea, and gambling addicts should do things like that when they decide to stop gambling at a platform, if the casino allows to change the email address of the account though. But what throw away email provider allowing to delete mail box easily do you recommend?
The most famous disposable email provider Yopmail deletes emails but not the email addresses for example, so you will be always able to use it again to get back your account access.

I think this is a bit questionable as no casino woul give away $1000 easily. That bonus is probably still under a lot of conditions cosidering it was given due to the casino unable to act directly on the customer's request to self exclude his account. Good advice but like I mentioned, I doubt this $1000 will be taken out without action from the gambler's side.

I think the question is relatively simple, did your team flagged that user simply from the similarity of betting pattern with other abusers, or is there any other findings that support this allegation?

To put it in other perspective, if the allegation is only based on his betting preference, sportsbetting, that's probably simply because he prefer sportsbetting instead of casino, and that he couldn't care less or perhaps even clueless that sport wagering requirement are lower than casino. After all, it's in your name, sport-bet, there is a chance that people come to your platform to do sportsbetting although you also offers casino games.

The point is, if your team made a false-positive detection, it's ok. Accident happens. I believe the forum will not put it against you if you clear it quickly rather than prolonging the issue by arguing with obscure explanation. There are other big casinos in the past who made bad call, they simply admitted that it was their bad, and the forum move on.

Those things above are, of course, said with an assumption that the only similarity the player had was his betting pattern and/or not enough other incriminating proof that ties him with other abusers.
