Sorry about that, I almost got a margin called on a very large bet 1 time, it was down to red light bulb alert time at 22% and I had nothing to prop it up (that was eth as well) - luckily it recovered and I escaped with a small loss. Btw, I cant work out to short eth or go long, short is probably the more obvious. If some of the stolen btc goes somewhere decent and does not get dumped for fiat then Dash could go up. |

But the eth have been dumped, so that means bitcoin and maybe faster coins (no hint needed), doesn't it depend how much he can get out before anyone noticed. What he should have done was have multiple accounts, then the withdraw limit is ok and can do many at the same time. Edit: and there are many exchanges.. |

...You know what's a far better decentralised mechanism for all this than anything thats been suggested so far ? That Proof of Labour proposal It actually addresses all the concerns being aired here and has them thought through in detail. It also does so in a way that directly amplifies the value of the currency. I just reread the paper, it is a fascinating proposal, way out there, TBH I only understand 1% of it, but I remember thinking that when I first goto into cryptocurrencies. Does it allow flexibility of the money flow and supply and is not restricted by a how many coins are in existence? And the proof of labour is about buying shares in a proposed work 'contract' ? For example if someone owns only 100 Dash, they can buy into a project, have proportional voting rights and receive the potential rewards from that proof of labour, the more risky projects presumably have higher potential rewards (similar to stocks) Or am I way off base understanding this Edit: So basically offering loans like a bank does, and getting paid interest at the end of the contract. |

This looks to be people from the Federal Reserve, which is a privately held corporation by unknown persons that have a monopoly on creating the money supply in the United States. Toknormal was being sarcastic, by 'ok' the Chairs mean they are losing control and its getting close to SHTF time. The only solution is cash confiscation and higher negative interest rates with options such as crypto, reality is starting to break through their deluded over educated idealistic cozy little pseudo econo-realities. What the Chairs have a problem dealing with is low oil prices, all the ravaged and ransacked countries in the middle east and the oil thus sold is making no profit, in fact the supreme irony is it costs more to get it from the ground. Wars are expensive and always plunge countries in debt, check Europe and America for national debt, I heard Iraq alone cost over 1 trillion dollars. These wars have to go on, there is no turning back, they know that more tax must be collected through fake austerity to pay the war machine but how can they get more out of the sheeple people? |
