Actually, I'm not quite sure about this, but seeing that Marseille this season is far from expectations and not like last season, it is very feasible for them to think about looking for a new coach to replace Jean-Louis Gasset. I do not get why, I mean if he got a much better offer then I would understand and assume that it would work out better for him, but Dortmund should have kept him, he was at UCL finals. I understand he didn't do great at the league, which is going to put them in trouble for next season, but I think being in the finals of UCL should balance that out. In any case, it's also about who they have in mind, if they have talked and agreed with a better manager then I would understand, if they are firing just because they didn't like the results and have no candidate yet, then that was a bad decision. In either situation, Terzic will find himself a club that will pay very well, he is the guy who took Dortmund to UCL finals, he won't stay unemployed for too long. I also think Liverpool team needs to prepare for future because Salah might leave soon. Club needs to find new players who can take his place. New coach Arne Slot has had average results in past so I am not sure about his coaching how he will do for Liverpool. But he might do better at Liverpool because they have stronger team. We should not expect everything to go perfectly in his first season. It will take time for him to adjust and make his plans work. Liverpool success depends on good planning developing players and making smart decisions.
Changing coaches does not make things easier and there will definitely be some adjustments that the coach must make to make his team stronger. If Mo Salah leaves then Liverpool will have a void in the front line and even though there is a replacement, it will never be the same as him so the coach needs to reintegrate the team's strengths. I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. Pochettino could be changed, they can get another manager that's alright, but I think it is going to be something that will take a while before they could just have a good result in the end. I was surprised to see the news that Manchester United are going to keep Eric Ten Hag and give him a contract extension. Chelsea and Manchester United are knows to easily sack coaches when they don’t do well as expected. No warning of any or even a second chance, they just go ahead and sack them which to me is not making any sense at all. It makes the players destabilize especially when the new manager brings his own players he prefer to the team and want to integrate them into the existing teams. It becomes tougher and takes more time for those players to blend together. Which after they don’t do well by end of the season, the management will want to sack and bring new manager. I am glad Manchester United are gradually moving away from such instincts, with time they can gradually improve their performance and have a long term squad that will dominate the league. 1. Juventus is getting even closer to signing Greenwood from Manchester United. Greedwood gave a positive signal to join Juventus. It hasn't stopped yet, as the old lady is now approaching Douglas Luiz from villa. We can imagine how strong Juventus will be in the following season.
Motta appears to be sincerely attempting to rebuild team. Juventus is already getting rid of some players who have made no contributions to the team. Motta's plan is quite positive. In comparison to the previous season, Old Lady will be quite competitive.
2. Roma is getting closer to signing Chiesa from Juventus. Talks are currently under progress. Roma's directors meet with Chiesa's agent to discuss the potential of recruiting him. Personally I think Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus hasn't live up expectations as far as goal scoring form is concerned last season that is why Arteta had deployed Kai Havertz as a makeshift striker consequently he performed well thus Arsenal needed a new complete striker definitely Nketiah or Gabriel Jesus has to be sold, I understand that Nketiah has been with the club for a long time and from academy, however for Arsenal to challenge Man City for the title a competent striker has to be signed else Man City would continue to win the league having Haaland and Alvarez two profilic strikers in their squad.
One of the main reason why Arsenal didn’t win the Premier League is due to lack of reliable striker. Arteta have two strikers in his squad list, Nketiah and Gebriel Jesus, but none of them played and score goals to expectations. Jesus had chance and enough playing time but failed to register enough goals as wingers in the team has more goals than him throughout the season. Nketiah on the other hand did not have enough playing time, he is a good striker that can score goals but Arteta choses to use Harvertz instead of Nketiah because he believes in Harvertz and Havertz delivers. Then possible solution to Arsenal’s problems is signing a world class and a reliable striker that can lead the team to title glory. By that, I mean almost all of the teams in this league have just not been good enough in the Champions League competition. The last time any Italian team was able to win the Champions League competition was back in the 2009-10 season if I recall correctly. And it was Inter who won the Champions League. Lewandowski to Saudi Arabia is getting more and more closer. The offer seems to be 70 million for Barcelona, which is a huge amount for them considering they are in big financial trouble already and if they manage to sell him then it would be quite good for them.
Plus, we are talking about a situation where it would benefit everyone quite a lot, Lewandowski is not doing that well. Moreover, I am hearing that Alisson is a possibility as well as Ederson, both did well for their clubs for a while now, but teams are looking for younger keepers, and these two could leave together and go at the same time, could be a good money for them as well. I would say it would be quite well because keepers could play as old as 40 years old, and they could make insane amount of money there until they no longer have an offer.

AC Milan is one of the big teams that almost won in the Serie A League last season. Meanwhile, Paulo Fonseca is a coach who has never led the team he coached to victory in the Serie A League. Paulo Fonseca also coached AS Roma in the 2019/20 season and finished in the top five of the standings. I hope AC Milan has considered it carefully when choosing Pauol Fonseca to be the coach of a team as big as AC Milan so as not to cause disappointment in the end.
AC Milan decision to appoint Paulo Fonseca as their coach is surprising one. While Fonseca has shown promise with his previous work at AS Roma his lack of experience in leading team to victory in Serie A is a concern. AC Milan is massive club with high expectations and Fonseca inability to deliver title in his previous roles raises questions about his ability to handle pressure. I hope AC Milan has thoroughly considered Fonseca credentials and has clear plan in place to support him otherwise risk of disappointment is high. Fans and the club deserve better and it's crucial that Fonseca proves himself worthy of this opportunity. Is this true? I can't understand why Milan is in such a hurry to choose a new coach and if it is true that Paulo Fonseca is the coach then this is a decline for Milan. I am not underestimating Paulo Fonseca but of course Milan should be able to target a more experienced coach considering that the competition in Serie A has always been fierce lately. On the other hand, if there is no coach who can be equal to Simone Inzaghi then it is certain that Inter will win the Scudetto again. There is nothing we can expect from Milan and perhaps with a fairly good squad depth, it is also difficult for the players' potential to be further improved.
