Arsenal will be letting go of some fringe players in their squad during this transfer window to pave way for new players that the club will buy.They have some old names they are looking forward to selling,and those players are: Elnely,Cedric, Nketiah,Nelson and co.These players are players who doesn't add much to the squad,and as for Nelson,he was so important to Arsenal in the previous season they finished second,scoring some late winning and decisive goals,which made Arsenal felt he had something so special to offer,but he didn't show much of his abilities in the last campaign,making Arsenal think of selling him.I think selling them will be the best decision,and bringing new quality players who can produce something special from the bench will be much better.

You can’t say that Nketiah hasn’t been that productive when substituted into the match, I just felt he didn’t have a lot of playing time to prove his potentials more. He is a young player and they finished from the same Arsenal academy as Bukayo Saka. If he has been given more opportunities in the field, I feel he’ll do better than what he’s offering for the team now. He is still a young striker, and I am sure he will have a good chance in another team with more playing time but shouldn’t put hope in been signed by a big team now. He should look for team that he’ll be their first choice or have more playing time than he’s given in Arsenal. Nketiah has proven several times to be worthy of been dependent on as a striker, but he’s overshadowed by Jesus, who’s a more versatile and talented striker than they think he is. Selling him should now make him feel bad but should hope for a more better career ahead.

I don't need to be told how much of a great playeryou was during your playing days or do you still play? The management are wanting a manager they can easily controlled and influence and they're simply afywr making profits bit not trying to do it like the glazers. These areas mentioned are whats lacking behind.

Ivan Toney from Brentford United has now being linked and lined up as the striker available for the club to get as a backup player in the squad to fight and challenge for the position with Rasmus Hojlund.

If I want to be honest as possible, Arsenal got the best squad right now, look at what they have pulled with Manchester City this season. Arteta has turned the Havertz into a frequent player's because once he puts him in any match, it will not make any substitute against him till the full time, and that's why many people's are taking Arsenal as a weak team since the coach didn't like to be making so many substitutes, That is what common things that is affect arsenal.

From a mental point of view, Ten Hag actually has a condition that is quite good because he does not even waver even though a lot of criticism is directed at him, it's just that for the way of coaching, including how the decisions he makes in transferring players or decisions in seeing the condition of players who are only based on his ego, it seems bad which makes the player's condition less comfortable when working with him because it seems that Ten Hag has a nature that does not want to be denied by anyone and considers that he is the most powerful and makes decisions as he pleases.

If indeed this happens but doing it professionally means that he can see from the other side for the progress of the club then I think it can be even better but the problem is that sometimes the decisions he makes are detrimental to the club which makes it difficult for me to say that he is a good coach.

He sometimes only thinks about himself without seeing the players which makes his authoritarian attitude not really suitable for football especially in the EPL where the tension is much stronger.

The players wear the jersey everyday and they give the spirit to play but not for this current manager, Manchester United have what it takes to make the club to be one of the most feared clubs in the EPL but they're not ready to play for Erik ten Heg, sometimes we'll say is the manager's fault because of how he started with the club, too much expectation and if you say he needs better player the board didn't help him out especially in this very season.
In the days of Alex Ferguson things were done the way he wanted but now the funds to get players is a problem so they have to manage what they have. Rashford who was suppose to be the main man suddenly lost form, Fernandez also lost his feet in the game, and it looked like the midfield wasn't functioning and you see players like Casimiro started playing where he hasn't played before, off his position and you expect these guys to do well? No.
The thing is Manchester United is bigger than ten Heg, UTD is not like Ajax where they don't have much expectations and the pressure at UTD is very much bigger than that of Ajax so if you're a coach that's coming to Old Trafford just know that you're coming to coach both the players, the board and even the ex players because if you mess up they're there to make you feel the heat. To be honest with you I think is best to let the man know if he'll continue with the club or not because I know there are clubs who would want his services.

As long as Arteta still has yearly problems (because every season is always like this) then indeed until whenever Manchester City remains above them unless Pep leaves City then the chances will change.

I don't really understand the context of what you then refer to as a bad coach because from what I know, a coach is definitely supposed to have good relationship and closeness with his players and if one or two players under performed in a match I don't feel that giving them extra training or like you said yourself "hard training" is actually the right solution because in a team once their is no good understanding between the players and the coach the whole set seems to not work even if the coach is very good at what he is doing and this is exactly the case with ten hag at Manchester united.

Regardless of various assumptions, Man United is still an elite Premier League club, this is proven by the way they maintain their existence by spending large budgets in the transfer window, especially during Ten Hag tenure as manager.
