Hot news now, terzic has decided to step down as dortmund's coach. A few months ago, i've heard that if terzic has a conflict against clubs bosses. It's not surprising me to see terzic decides to leave from borrusia dortmund instead of stay for another season there.

Of the three coaches you mentioned, I don't think anyone is up to standard as a Dortmund coach and of course the club owner will look for a more proportional coach. For Will Still, he has officially become Lens coach in the French league so his name will not be on Dortmund's radar.

They reached the Champions League final but failed to make the top 4 in the Bundesliga. Edin Terzic is a good coach, but the decision has been made. I don't mean to anything but some coaches almost get there but never win anything for years. Who knows, maybe next season Dortmund could perform impressively under Edin Terzic. Since the arrival of Edin Terzic as Dortmund coach, there have been many changes slowly in each season which have been able to provide great experience for Dortmund and the players are very proud when Edin Terzic managed to give his best until the Champions League final.
It's too sad to see a coach who has fought for his club and got very good results having to leave Dortmund while I have the thought that even though he failed in the Champions League last season, in the next season Edin Terzic will get even more satisfying results because After appearing in the final round, Edin Terzic knows Dortmund's weaknesses and will easily turn these weaknesses into great strengths.

I couldn't imagine that all this had to happen, I don't even see who the new coach is who is suitable to replace Edin Terzic, who has a wise nature and also a very good strategy in every match even though he always fails to win the Bundesliga trophy, but for me Edin Terzic is the best.

Bayern Munich have to reshuffle their squad for next season because it's all whole big challenge for the club. They were trophyless previous season and the new coach, Vincent Kompany would do anything within his space to ensure he's bringing to Allianz Arena, major titles. Atleast they're coming for literally every major titles on their path, Bundesliga Giant are here to revived themselves back to the top level.

Ending the season without a trophy seem to appear like the reason why it has been said that Bayern Munich did failed this season, this is now going to pose a challenge to kompany as the head coach of Bayern Munich because he's going to have it in his head that if he fails to get a trophy by the end of the season, most likely he would be considered another failure just like was said with tuchel the immediate passed head coach of the team.  Bayern Munich should  also understand that getting all the major title isn't something that can be achieved really easily.

Experience and a very different yet effective tactical approach and strategy will be used and needed to be able to get Bayern Munich the desired results they want and kompany doesn't appear experienced enough to be able to handle that but I know that he's going to try his very best and we hope it's enough to get him the desired results that is expected of him by the end of the season. Yes it's true and initially I thought Dortmund would really be able to beat Real Madrid who are a team that can always turn things around at the last minute with various surprises from their very impressive performances, many say that Real Madrid are gods of luck, I thought initially Dortmund would be able to break Real Madrid's luck in the decisive match but in fact yes there was no advantage whatsoever they created during the game. Seeing Dortmund's failure yesterday in the UCL, I remember something they experienced last season in the Bundesliga where Dortmund almost managed to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga and at first I thought that this season they would take revenge, but it turned out that what happened was that they actually fell further in the standings by finishing in 5th position, and maybe these two failures are what finally made Edin Terzic resign from his coaching chair, and yes we all hope that Dortmund will soon get an equal or even better replacement to realize their dreams next season which are always delayed.

Why the hurry to go to Bayern Munich he still has some good trophies to win at Leverkusen if he stays. The last time i heard from my source Bayern Munich is willing to pay 40 million Euro for the Leverkusen defender but Bayern Leverkusen refuses and their feedback was that if Bayern Munich wants this defender so badly, they will have to set an amount for them, of which the willing club is anxiously waiting for their price.

If you ask me over and over again, i am not certain that this deal is going to be a success, Leverkusen still needs Jonathan Tah if they want to win more leagues, because i don't think there is any defender who can substitute Jonathan if he is not with the team anymore, especially in terms of performance.

However if Bayern is able to pay a higher price, it is possible that Bayern will be able to get this player.
For a player's future career, I think it would be better for Jonathan Tah to join Bayern Muncih, it doesn't mean that Leverkusen is not good, but in terms of level, Bayern Muncih is higher, even though last season they lost in the competition for the title, but for the next season, Bayern may still be at the top. Borussia Dortmund played well in the UCL final this year, but failed. Real Madrid took the championship. They could not finish at the top of the Bundesliga, but with the success in the UCL, I thought Terzic would stay in the team for 1 more year, but I was wrong. Borussia Dortmund this season has achieved something that was indeed difficult for their previous coaches to achieve, in the last two seasons, Borussia Dortmund was able to show quite good performance during Edin Terzic coaching and even they were able to reach the Champions League final this season after several seasons of always failing to do so, I personally am very surprised to hear the decision that Edin Terzic has taken at the moment because I think he will be able to lead Dortmund Getting back on track next season if he stays, it seems like the decision he made is none other than because he has been saturated all this time at Dortmund and will certainly be looking for a new adventure after spending 10 years with Dortmund.

The Munich management's decision certainly won't be wrong and they provide an opportunity for Kompany to be able to show his abilities as the new head coach in Munich, maybe he doesn't have many achievements but maybe of course he has a lot of experience that can be shared by all Munich players, of course to get Good results require an approach to all the players in the main squad, remembering that adaptation is very important for a team to look solid, Kompany must be able to take that approach to be able to know all the players' characters.

In my opinion, when he failed to bring something prestigious to Borussia Dortmund, it was not entirely his fault, because he did his best, but it was Borussia Dortmund themselves who made it more difficult for them to get a title like the Bundesliga. Their habit of selling valuable players is one of the main problems that makes it very difficult for them to become champions.
Now Edin Terzic has resigned from the coaching chair of Borussia Dortmund, and therefore Borussia Dortmund must look for a replacement who is ready to replace their old coach. but I myself wouldn't expect much from their new coach, such as being able to win a title for example, if they still have the same habits every season. Xabi must be able to retain his players amidst interest from several elite European clubs, his plans for next season could be damaged if most of his key players leave in this summer transfer window. Playing in the Champions League demands better squad depth, and it is not an easy job to defend the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal trophies. Bayern, Dortmund, Stuttgart and Leipzig will be the closest competitors in the race for the trophy. Regardless of Kompany chances in his first season as Bayern new manager, in essence the competition next season will be even more competitive, Xabi must convince his players not to leave.

Edin Terzic is indeed a great coach.And  this season,he is one of the best four coaches in the Europe.He single handedly changed the ideas of the Players and make them hunger for trophy.They went to the finals of the UEFA champions league,when we had the likes Barcelona,Arsenal,Bayern and other big teams who could but progress to the final of the  tournament.
Dortmund surprised everybody, with their performance this season because with that kind of squad,and how they were able to play their way to the finals was something extra ordinary.So his department will really affect Dortmund.

I do not get why, I mean if he got a much better offer then I would understand and assume that it would work out better for him, but Dortmund should have kept him, he was at UCL finals. I understand he didn't do great at the league, which is going to put them in trouble for next season, but I think being in the finals of UCL should balance that out.

In any case, it's also about who they have in mind, if they have talked and agreed with a better manager then I would understand, if they are firing just because they didn't like the results and have no candidate yet, then that was a bad decision. In either situation, Terzic will find himself a club that will pay very well, he is the guy who took Dortmund to UCL finals, he won't stay unemployed for too long.

Thomas Tuchel is an experienced coach but he was not successful with Bayern Munich. So the Munich management fired Tiuchel. But Tuchel won the Champions League title with Chelsea a few years ago. So I cannot underestimate Tuchel in any way.



But Dortmund will be looking for a coach who can strengthen this squad. And can find young talented players. Young players can be made more experienced through proper care. Because Dortmund make a lot of money by selling young talented players. So I think Nuri Şahin can be a more qualified candidate than Tuchel. Nuri Şahin is very experienced I would not say that. Nuri Şahin has less experience. But he is well aware of Dortmund's management tactics. And Nuri Şahin will be able to work better with Dortmund team than Tuchel.

I have been attempts to discuss about this before because although Edin Terzic has successfully to bringing Dortmund to advances to the final match of Champion League but his position as a manager is not fully safe it because Dortmund performance in Bundesliga was not impressive because Dortmund failed to compete with Leverkusen and Bayern Munich for race title so this also caused the fans and the Dortmund owner hasn't too satisfied with his works so that's why the owner want to evaluate Dortmund performance at least until September this year to decide whether they will hold Edin Terzic or will sacked him but a bit surprised Edin Terzic have to withdraw from his current position as Dortmund manager faster than expected

It's quite interesting to talking about who is the next Dortmund manager and indeed Dortmund is still considering several candidates but some source has been speculate if Edin Terzic is really leave Dortmund then his current assistant Nuri Sahin will being an the strongest candidate as the replacement of him but this is still not official and because Edin Terzic latest achievement with Dortmund is very fantastic then i think it's not hard for him to gets new job and maybe he will interested to train outside Germany and before this news appears actually Premier League club Leicester has been interested to him because we all know after Enzo Maresca went to Chelsea then until now Leicester has no manager and maybe Edin Terzic wants to try his luck by coaching a team from the Premier League

I couldn't imagine that all this had to happen, I don't even see who the new coach is who is suitable to replace Edin Terzic, who has a wise nature and also a very good strategy in every match even though he always fails to win the Bundesliga trophy, but for me Edin Terzic is the best.

I actually feel so disappointed, just like you, at the turn of event between Edin Terzic and Borussia Dortmund. Somone that have been there since 2010 as a coach in their academy and have grown to become their head coach understands the team in a unique way. This has shown in the gradual improvement over the years with the peak being taking them to the UCL final even though they lost it to the better side, Real Madrid. He indeed brought fame, respect and money to the team and maybe he wants to leave at the peak of his achievement to avoid the law of diminishing return from catching up on him, this is just my theory that may not be the case. I just hope they are able to find a replacement that will be able to carry on with the gradual improvement that is already going on with the team.

Thomas Tuchel is an experienced coach but he was not successful with Bayern Munich. So the Munich management fired Tiuchel. But Tuchel won the Champions League title with Chelsea a few years ago. So I cannot underestimate Tuchel in any way.

It might be right to say that Thomas Tuchel was not successful in Bayern Munich based on the club's standard. The German tactician has won the Budesliga last season and I think many club will appreciate the trophy he won. But Dortmund will be looking for a coach who can strengthen this squad. And can find young talented players. Young players can be made more experienced through proper care. Because Dortmund make a lot of money by selling young talented players. So I think Nuri Şahin can be a more qualified candidate than Tuchel. Nuri Şahin is very experienced I would not say that. Nuri Şahin has less experience. But he is well aware of Dortmund's management tactics. And Nuri Şahin will be able to work better with Dortmund team than Tuchel.

I am shocked that Edin Terzic left Borussia Dortmund after a commendable season. However, it is great to see people step aside when they feel they are not the right person for a particular task. He led the club to a memorable UCL finals but he faced a lot of criticism for the club's performance in the Bundesliga.
