Now i got another problem, all my events and history disappeared !?
uh oh wait,doesn't 91456 ticket come after my ticket number #91065 are they prioritizing more trusted bitcointalk members? good job wirex edit: issue solved here too,and history missing here too,looks like they did a general refresh? gonna get my bitcoins out of here while i can Or maybe just prioritizing from the amount that is question from what the ticket is about. Well that doesn't bode to well to their customers that have been waiting for a very long time to get their issues resolved. it could be,but it was my first time using wirex and this user experience made me want to run from it |

i have a similiar issue,my ticket number is #91065
i am missing 50$ in bitcoin...
Demm you are 400 tickets before me and didn't get answer... Looking like i will be waiting much more to get answer #91578 yes....i can't wait to get my btc back and send them back to my personal wallet,seems like i didn't have to test wirex after all.... and i am still waiting, new customers please stay away from this joke |

Wirex isn't a scam (well, it wasn't before -> i was all happy before on the e-coin platform), but they have a lot of problems lately..
Exchange rate is really too high, should be less for about 3-4%.
I sent over some BTC last night and it shows the transaction went ok , but the BTC never arrived on my account.
Thanks for the trust. Please, give us your support ticket number so we can track the issue with the support team. Im sure they will fix this issue of vanishing BTC, because on the block explorer i can see that the amount is there. But for the exchange rate... I believe nothing will change  As you know, This month We have just launched a new version of the platform: Wirexapp v2.0. And today, we launched the first revisions, Wirexapp v2.1, where most of the general issues have being addressed and corrected (including the heavily mentioned Wirex Bitcoin Rate  ). Yes it's working fine now but still one payment stuck on the website .. it's showing withdrawal of 0.00037 BTC but no payment,no tx hash ... Yes new system is up and running now  It's very simple and same system honestdoubler site had , apparently,.. If you deposit and there is no new investors after you , your investment is cancelled and funds land in the hot wallet to be recycled back,.. I know it doesn't sound good but it's better than resetting the site again, so all you have to do now is play and keep inviting your friends to join the game,.. oh and you can make more if they use your ref link Just invested 0.006 with 5% plan to try Let us know how it's doing... We send the money back to the address from where you sent it! This investment/website is definitely from one of those people that have scammed us in the past, he will soon leave when he achieved his target. It's mostly like doublebits who scammed after one day or two..Lol
We can absolutly understand that you have trust issues, but we were never registered on this forum before. what i was saying is that your wallet is empty,to test that you are trusted send me some bitcoin and i will reinvest them,only to see how are you going to pay if this isn't a ponzi This isn't our wallet - for each site request we generate a deposit address for you.
