paid for plastic card. the transaction was successful, and in a my account came the failure... took the money and the plastic card is not issued...

Im sure they will fix this issue of vanishing BTC, because on the block explorer i can see that the amount is there.
But for the exchange rate... I believe nothing will change

I know most of you must not have the capacity to read. But if you look on page 20 and read my replys, you will see clearly wirex is a scam. CLEARLY. I even uploaded visual proof for those of us who cant read.

Here is the proof of all of the transactions into this card, which is less than the USD limit of 2500 which is explained on wirex official website here : https://wirexapp.com/cards/index.html . I have done a lot of work here to fully explain myself and this situation. Wirex. Where is my money? Im waiting for your response.
The only thing they said was that I was right, the website did say that information but they regret to inform me that their website is wrong and that the new load limit is 1,000 USD. LOAD LIMIT 1,000 USD? WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT?

Yep. Also add this problem. Load my VCC with 1'400USD, couldn't spend more than 1'000USD.

Be aware of their SCAM, they change the rate once you start to exchange, the actual fee is 9.1%

I'm sure it is completely illegal by European & UK laws to deceive customers in this way. Somebody needs to contact the UK consumer rights organizations to get wirex scampany seriously punished.
