how did you verify your account on XAPO ? wirex keeps rejecting my request but they never told me why i got rejected ? do you think it matters to XAPO where you're from to get verified ? they can ship to my country but i don't know if i'm allowed to verify my account.. please let me know

Yes it changes, but I am trying to exchange 0.18 BTC which is not such a small amount for a card load. So I think the fee is too high anyways

I have the same problem .. 2 days ago I made a deposit in BTC and now it does not let me enter the page. I get the same error as you comment .. This looks like a scam.


Edit: I was able to enter.

Although I still have another problem .. I can not change the BTC to the virtual card of EUROS .. Since yesterday I am trying and always the same error "We are sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later". I already sent an email to support yesterday but they still do not answer me.

Suddenly transfer from paypal to wirex is taking ages, it used to be something like 2 days, today is 7 days I'm waiting and money has still not reached Wirex. How is that possible? Anyone else experiencing this? What is going on?  

- yes, I'm kyc verified
- yes, i've done this at least 10 times in last few months without any problems and it took 2-4 days  normally.
- this is not normal
