1 bitcoin must always be worth 1 bitcoin, otherwise the protocol is useless.

Is the car still for sale? I will make a standing offer.
27.5BTC (currently valuated at $660 on Bitstamp, 27.5BTC=$18,150) and $1,000 USD as a down payment. Come with the car to Virginia, if it checks out then I pay you 27.5BTC and the original $1,000take ownership of vehicle for a total sale of $19,150. If it doesn't check out then you keep the $1,000 for your troubles.
In short I am offering $19,150 split between BTC and cash, mostly BTC.
PM me

I'd totally pay for sex with Bitcoin, especially if it's completely legal.
Talk to your local pimps about accepting Bitcoin.

Hello. I placed 3 consecutive bets on satoshidice about 6 weeks ago. Apparently all 3 lost. Can you tell me what the number "rolled" was? You used to be able to see for yourself on the site using a txid but I can't find that option anymore. 144ee7e72b1a563e6657013d55426ae689a17d15f5a56bd8c84434d38d147d06-000 5554ecd74ce58eb6116b4c63a9c6d0bca57c807fa8658601efabe47ba07eae35-000 70aa746f85e6b4340a3f969ad2e205297a64e17e0d143a849b16431ed31f3e7b-000 Total of about 56 Bitcoins lost. Really hard to believe that all 3 rolls lost, 2 rolls were on the lessthan 56000(85.4492% chance to win) and 1 roll on lessthan 48000(73.2422% chance to win). The chances of losing all 3 rolls given those odds is extremely, extremely low. Are you able to provide more info regarding the rolls? Like what I actually rolled?

An answer to this would be cool. MtGox owes me a bit over $8,000 USD. Made withdraws to a US bank account, the withdraws were listed as "confirmed" on gox's site and never cleared to my bank. Made the withdraws back in December during the $1000k+/BTC hike. Probably never seeing that money, but damn, I have 8000 reasons to get involved in any way that I can.

I have pending withdraws from December 7th to December 16th, total of $8,125.28 USD.
I might be in a legal mess of my own if I don't receive those funds...

I have a redeemed 100 BTC "Gold Plated Savings Bar" from round 1/season 1 of Mike's shipments. The BTC was redeemed quite some time ago, but the bar itself is in good shape. Any interest/offers? And yes, I'm willing to use escrow.
I can provide the tx id associated with the redemption of the BTC from the bar. Don't have the tx id from original funding of the bar, pretty sure only Mike has records of that. PM me if interested, anyone.

Just lost BTC65 on 3 seperate bets, 2 on the 85% address and 1 on the 73% address. I now hate my life for having lost $50,000 in an hour. Any theorycrafter/math buffs that could figure out what the probability of losing all 3 of those bets are? has to be slim....
I could use some comfort right now.

I want a Bitcoin ATM that dispenses fiat. Trying to pull fiat out of Gox is a nightmare.

been pretty successful the last 2 months selling BTC on uptrends and buying that exact same amount of BTC near market floor, and the difference(profit) gets spent on things like silver rounds, few gold coins, a little extra fiat sitting on exchanges, etc. Most recent purchase was $100 worth of pre-1982 pennies that are 97.5% copper(post-1982 pennies are 97.5 zinc).
been pretty cool, and i suppose 'lucky' on knowing when to sell and buy. as others mentioned, if you do make a profit, diversify. it's a smart move.

As much as I hate the idea of the FBI and Government profiting from a drug raid ... (I've been raided before and am currently on probation)...
This is like saying you don't enjoy holding the $20 bill in your wallet because it has trace amounts of cocaine on it. Roughly 90% of all US paper currency has trace amounts of cocaine on it. If you don't want those bills, I'll gladly take them.

MtGox has held some of my money hostage for a while now. $8,125.78 USD and 29.66 BTC.
Almost enough money to make me want to fly over to Japan and smack them around a bit. Almost.

Never know, OP could be the FBI and trolling us.
Unfortunate as it is, DPR didn't secure the wallet well enough, and those BTC are now being used as evidence in the case against him.
If I had been in DPR's shoes, I would've had a sort of "Dead Man's Switch" setup in case of arrest/death. Like a box somewhere that would trigger an upload of the wallet.dat and password, if a private key didn't get entered into that machine every 24 hours, or something. Illicit activities involving millions of USD? Seems silly to not have a Plan B... and Plan C/D/E/F...
Ironically, the only exchange that might consider taking those coins is BTC-E; the only major exchange that doesn't really require dox on clients.
