My apologies guys. I was a bit agitated and made assumptions.

you're complaining about stickers?
most physical bitcoins today use stickers to cover up the private keys. So you don't complain about that?
All of my BTCC Mint blocks from 2015 and 2015, both the 25+ BTC and the 12.5+ BTC, they ALL had stickers on them. What's the issue with stickers on physical bitcoins?
Like I said, the shiny lettering "stickers" look GREAT in person.
Tamper-evident security holograms are much different than cheap stick-on numbers. These are not comparable when calling both "stickers" What security features are present in this product that would make it nearly impossible to copy? How could someone purchasing this block not directly from you ensure the authenticity of the product? This product is missing a very important "sticker" and IMO would be easy for someone to create a fake. This is a serious issue when holding a large sum BTC. I have no doubt the key generation is safe. Please expand on why it "would be easy for someone to create a fake." The private key is under a tamper resistant multi layer "sticker" - The BIP38 passphrase is under a scratch off - It's a large block of titanium with a fairly intricate die to stamp these. Posting with your alt account... Wtf.

Trusting the private key generation for a 14 btc item by random strangers on the internet sounds kind of risky.
Indeed it is. Good thing Bobby is not a random stranger. The TRUST is strong with you, young Skywalker. ... done by our own employees
Thanks for clearing that up. So we need to trust your anonymous employees... Luckily it never happens that anonymous employees get other jobs, 5 or 10 years from now.

80K trusting the private key is not compromised in the process...
Imho one should create their own private keys.

I apologize for the PM spam, the idea there was to contact everyone who has posted in our auction threads before, to make sure they are aware of this last chance to buy Denarium products straight from the manufacturer. I'm sure some appreciated it, but in your case sending the message was probably ill-advised. Sorry for that, will not happen again. As for the quality issue, I hope you can respect our final auctions enough to keep these topics clean, we just want to get these auctions over with and concentrate on the actual auction. I have responded to this on our Denarium general thread and hope any further discussion, if any, continues there. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1021159.msg54069877#msg54069877You still don't understand that by changing rules in the previous auction you have ruined your credibility.

The higher the bitcoin price, the lower the premium on collectables.
Not true.... btc price is lower than it was 2 years ago, and the premiums are smaller than they were then. Your right, that's even worse on the premiums.

@All, Thanks for all the great responses!
@OgNasty, It’s a hobby project. I want to create something cool for the bitcoin community, so time spend on design etc. will not be taken into account in the price. But I have to think this true, buying some BTC is also very valid.
@Rmcdermott927, That’s a cool bar you produced. I will shoot you a PM for infos.
Maybe Feedback/ Merit in the 10th anniversary art contest thread could help to get funds for the project.
Will be going to work on the holo design.
Thanks

Hi all, I have been working on a design for a 1 Oz Silver Bar and would like to mint 100 pieces. Also I am creating a custom security hologram for the back (design will follow). The front design is the bitcoin vault for safely storing your money. On the back hologram I am in the process of designing a ‘going down the rabbit hole’ holographic illustration, which, I think, all bitcoiners have experienced. - I posted this design in the 10th anniversary art contest. You could help by giving the project Merit. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193860.msg52979707#msg52979707- I have printed 20 gloss photo’s, size 20 x 15 cm, numbered, signed and COA to sell to fund a part of the manufacturing costs. (More info to follow) Does anybody know a ballpark figure on how much the minting and hologram would cost? Do you guys think there is a market for 100 Bars and what would the price need to be to sell them? Let me know what you guys think. Thank!

Have transacted on both BTC and BSV chains, both work fine. We are in uncharted territory, nobody knows what's going to happen in the next year/ 10 year. It's always wise to spread risk.
