1  Other / Off-topic / Re: not to trust anyone on: June 02, 2024, 01:20:28 PM
correct , its hard to trust someone close to us when talking about business or work because in many chances we will surely fail because of so much confidence and will not get serious as they knew we will favor them always.
so if you wanted to succeed in business ? try to get into people that is not so much closer to our lives.
Seriously, no matter how much you guys think business will not affect your relationship it will still affect it pretty badly especially if things are not going well in your business. Emotions will run high and frustrations will come out. You will say things you probably don’t mean but you won’t be able to take it back which will cause the end of your relationship.

Business partners you only meet professionally are the best people to be involved with.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin? on: June 02, 2024, 01:08:08 PM
It isn’t as deep as you make it seem. To cut the long story short, what I suggested is very simple and straightforward. It’s not scam because you’ll end up telling them this is what you did with it. I’m not sure your kind of parents but it depends on the relationship you have with your parent. For me, I don’t see a big deal in it as you put it.
If you use the money for something good then I also don’t think it’s that bad of an idea especially if you do give them their money back once you make profit. But it’s still a risky move because you can easily lose the money you have asked from your parents. As long as the money they gave did not cause them to become short in money then yeah probably it’s not that big of a deal.
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: Everything is possible to win votes. on: June 02, 2024, 12:53:24 PM

Anyway, what are your pulse in here folks? Are you for Trump or Biden? and why and why not?

no one to be honest.

See, I am not an American citizen so whoever my choice is wouldn’t matter because I won’t get to vote anyway but that country needs better options than these two. They both have done things in their time that should never happen again. I do wonder if it is possible that someone else get to run?
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Hacks, Rug Pulls Led to $473M Worth of Losses in 2024: Immunefi on: June 02, 2024, 12:36:47 PM
Article Content: The article from CoinDesk highlights that in 2024, crypto hacks and rug pulls led to losses amounting to $473 million. This data comes from Immunefi, a security service that monitors vulnerabilities in decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
Source: coindesk.com
Hello can you please include the link of the actual article so that we can also read and verify for ourselves the content of the article? I appreciate you summarizing the content but some of us want to actually read it.

Anyway we are still in June and $473 million is already a huge money. Rug pulls being part of the causes of losses is no surprise as many projects are coming out and many are being victimized by these rug pulls. We need a much better quality projects instead of projects just waiting to rug pull.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make presale successfull ? on: June 02, 2024, 12:12:31 PM
I visited your page and I have to be honest, I even have no clue what the "tool" is about. Your home page talks nothing about it except telling someone to connect their wallets or buy some tokens that we don't know what their purpose is
Is this how vulnerable you think people are that they would willingly connect their wallets to a project with unknown use? Lol. People are going to be skeptical of you and might even think of you as a scammer.

Explain what is the real use of your project and maybe people will actually trust you a little bit more.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get a crypto asset? on: June 02, 2024, 12:03:25 PM
But, how could I do it? I tried for 2 years, but it is not working. I am not being able to earn enough.

Mate, could you suggest me any way?
For an example, Is there any way of getting big loan for large duration?
I don’t think you can get any loans from a bank if you are not doing well financially already. Where did you get indebted to? Is it friends or other institutions? Because taking out a loan might not be the best idea if you still have lots of other things to pay.

Have you tried seeking other jobs? Or maybe selling items you have that you really don’t need? Any extra money is extremely important in these cases.
7  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why Vaping is So Popular? on: June 02, 2024, 11:25:40 AM
I switched to vaping to quit smoking, and it's worked well for me. Vaping feels healthier because it has fewer harmful chemicals than cigarettes. Plus, there are so many flavors and different devices to try, which makes it more fun. Vaping is also more socially acceptable since it doesn't smell bad or produce second-hand smoke. It's cheaper too. While the initial cost of a vape might be high, e-liquids and coils cost less than constantly buying cigarette packs. I buy my vapes from https://relxths.com because they offer low-nicotine options, which help me gradually reduce my nicotine intake. Overall, vaping has been a healthier, cheaper, and more enjoyable way for me to quit smoking.
Mate, I hope you still eventually quit consuming nicotine. It might be “healthier” than smoking cigarettes but it’s still an unhealthy addiction that you shouldn’t have. I have seen many effects including but not limited to lung damage, heart failure, and the hair loss too. It’s still unhealthy and must not be recommended to other people.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't fall for the "Beauty premium" of some coin/site on: June 02, 2024, 11:18:56 AM
Yeah that's a very good point. Nowadays as people have became so materialistic thats why they just see the beautiful branding of the projects and that's enough to make them to invest in that project. It shouldn't be like that due this the good projects which can't afford heavy brandings are made aside.

Fundamentals is the most important aspect that should be looked after in order to make the investments so that the people who doesn't the positive work can be appreciated.
Just like they say “do not judge a book by its cover”. Some projects may look too simple but its utility is what matters the most. We need to review those intently instead of just basing on what looks good and what doesn’t look good.

As long as it can be used properly, its interface wouldn’t matter too much. Of course it could be improved but you have to consider that just because it’s not as advanced as others it means that it’s a bad project already.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Generating the private and public keys 100% offline on: June 02, 2024, 11:02:30 AM
No matter what or how good a software is, it’s very unlikely for two persons to generate the same keys. Bitcoin is created in a way that no keys would be generated by pure coincidence alone. The possibilities are just too astronomical for it to happen so the scenario is very unlikely to happen.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How could i found a legit project? on: June 02, 2024, 08:21:55 AM
Are you guys also a victim of a rug projects like me
Lots of projects are really coming out these days as rug pulls and if you are lucky or good whatever it is, then you can expect to get some profit however if like you said you have lost a lot already maybe you are not as lucky as you might think you are and stop already.

I don’t know what else to tell you because there’s really no fool proof list that could tell you about whether a coin or a project is legit or not. The best you can do is trust the project and if it doesn’t do well then maybe steer away from the likes of it for the mean time.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to be wealthy you need action on: June 02, 2024, 08:16:43 AM
Practice makes a man perfect.
That is true. Experience allows us to be familiar and more knowledgeable about what we want to study. Once our body gets accustomed to how things are, we can now move on to mastering the field. I don’t think any beginner was immediately better than a seasoned expert. So whatever may it be that you are doing, do not fear starting from the basics.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you were to write a letter to your parents, what would you write? on: June 02, 2024, 07:05:33 AM
I would write to my father for asking him why he left me and my mom alone. The man did not want to have to raise children so I did not know him. And ask him if he does care for him so much or he does not mind.
There are so many touching replies but this one is quite sad. I think a lot of us love and respect our parents but some of us were also very unlucky we ended up with bad parents. I have heard people say there are no bad parents but I simply disagree. Some parents are just straight selfish and did not deserve to have children. It breaks my heart when a child goes through struggles because of their parents.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are advantageous to invest in now on: June 02, 2024, 07:02:23 AM
Yes, Altcoins are getting ready You have to Just wait a few months and you'll regret not buying at these discounted prices. I Think Top 10 Coin market cap coins are best for investment but personally invest in AI coin and Gas coin. these coins have potential to make a 2x or 3x in few months. Also some coin on my watchlist Fet, Rndr, Akm and Grt coin. DYOR
Projects with low market caps are quite risky to say the least. Though some of them really do exhibit great potential, there’s huge chances that some of these projects are just never going to rise to the point of giving you profit. So it’s best if you try to invest in a diverse portfolio. Play somewhere safe and then from time to time get a coin or a token that you want to take some risks with.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Explaining pool mining/solo mining to a indifferent significant other on: June 02, 2024, 06:22:09 AM
Over time, they do seem more accepting with me buying bitcoin.
Particularly after showing the success I've had with it over many years and the one time I completely wiped out all my debt and even helped then restore their bad credit all from using bitcoin.
Don't show your wealth too much, it's risky for your life.
They probably can’t help but show their wealth. I mean that is their life partner and if they live together then there are really decisions to be made together. Especially when it comes to financial aspects of their lives. Making them understand is necessary because otherwise they may feel like you are just wasting your money and possibly ruining your future but also you should try and listen to your partner consider their opinions as well to make the relationship work without sacrificing your financial interests.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first Bitcoin on: June 01, 2024, 11:39:44 AM
Even if you have to wait 4 years. In any case, once a year you can definitely make a profit
To be honest I’d be alright with waiting for 4 years before I take profit from bitcoin given that I have a stable job anyway. Bitcoin investment shouldn’t be treated as your daily income kind of job unless of course you are trading then you can expect at least a regular flow of money. I can wait for 4 years and at least I know that I can live comfortably after I take profit from my investments.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quant - anyone else invested? on: June 01, 2024, 11:29:49 AM
I have a hunch that once bitcoin goes past its ath or even just $70k for now, altcoins will soon follow. Though of course it is just a hunch and we still should try to analyze the market activity the best that we can so we can try to predict the outcome of its price at a certain time. I doubt it’s going to reach $1k in such a short amount of time especially you said it didn’t even reach your expected mark.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin House Bali, Indonesia on: June 01, 2024, 11:05:10 AM
Wow this is very interesting.

I have a feeling that more tourists are going to come to Indonesia particularly in Bali just for this bitcoin house. How does this work though? Is there like a membership or can you rent out the house? Is it like a clubhouse? What amenities and services are offered in the house if any? It would really be great to see fellow bitcoiners in one place.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: How to improve your condition? on: June 01, 2024, 11:01:54 AM

I don't think that's the problem, the main problem is that they still have limitations and these limitations are a complex relationship. The first is that they don't get the opportunity to get a decent education using technology because they keep trying to earn money for a normal living for their family like everyone else.
Exactly. How will they adapt to newer much advanced technologies if they weren’t taught about it in the first place? They would have to exert extra effort and find other resources to learn while rich people get fed by these information and technologies with no struggles. A poor person does not have access to a lot of things such as education much less advanced and expensive technology
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: Look after your Body! Using a computer all day is likely destroying you. on: June 01, 2024, 08:33:27 AM
Don't forget about getting enough sunlight. This might be a lowkey to remain healthy but getting it even just for a few minutes in the morning is still a good one.

When I am not getting out of our house and not getting sunlight, I always feel tired. But then when I tried to get it at least a few minutes in the morning, I've felt significant changes in my body.
People tend to minimize the effects of sunlight but it really makes a huge difference. Sunlight gives off vitamin D which is responsible for a lot of processes in our body that makes us stronger, that’s why you’ll notice that you might feel sluggish or tired without exposure to sunlight.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme Coins Resembling Lotteries in the Crypto Space on: June 01, 2024, 08:24:18 AM
Aligned with your though process as we don't often seen memecoin's growth due to the utility it can offer as there is none but they are mostly pump and dump coins wherein one can either get lucky and go to moon or hit rock bottom and even those who go to moon needs to take profit at right moment else within mins everything will go in vain it's pure lottery or gambling or whatever you call but not sustainable.
If you want to get involved in memecoins, you need to really monitor it 24/7 because you never know when it will start rising and if you so as much miss out on a few hours you might have missed your best entry point. This is why it’s really not recommended for investors to invest in multiple memecoins especially it is this risky.
