Try alphabay, CHEAPER and DEFENITELY better. (escrow) They ban accounts from unhappy customers. Shit site.

The FAQ is based on our NL delivery rate from 2009 till October/November 2016. We honestly never had any problems in the Netherlands until very recently. And you're absolutely right, we'll update this information not to cause any confusion.
Of course you don't but I did. NL customs does not always send a letter, would love to receive one but only friends of mine got them. At least 4 cartons send were "lost", in 2015 and 2016. Please email us about this.

Sorry to say but at least my last 3 cartons send by you where never delivered and probably caught, other reseller on this forum also can't ship anymore without being caught in the Netherlands. Your FAQ tells it's not forbidden to receive cartons, in NL it is. It's a bit misleading for the peeps who don't know how to use Google. I took again a gamble to order from you to deliver it to NL, it didn't arrived as expected. I tried and it didn't work. You are promoting that you have a 100% delivery to NL but that's not the case anymore. That was years ago. I can understand the peeps here. Better change the FAQ because it's outdated for a while, at least for NL customers. No hard feelings btw  The FAQ is based on our NL delivery rate from 2009 till October/November 2016. You are a regular customer that got fucked over, just like me. Nothing to do anymore.
Your parcel got stopped at the border (the tracking number says that). Our ToS clearly state that we don't do refunds on seized orders, tracked or not tracked. We're following the contract (which you've agreed with when buying from us) - please re-read #3 from our ToS and feel free to tell me how did we exactly "fuck you over". It would also be nice if you could stop spamming our thread. Also ordered, 3 weeks ago it got shipped still havent received it 2 cartons. Thought the delivery to Netherlands was 100% but as i read here its 0%?

Hi I'm in UK. order #60685 1 cart Winston blue , 1 Camel Blue Received letter from Border Force after 4 weeks stating that the goods was seized and I have to pay 47 GBP for 200 cig which means I have to pay a total of 94GBP + the initial order cost of 63 GBP that means 20 packs of cigarettes will cost me 157 GBP which will come to 7.85 GBP /pack a higher price than buying it from local store where I can get a pack of Winston Blue if reduced 6.49 GBP. In top of that I have to go in the town where the seized goods are and complete forms or whatever. Is nowhere stated in dutyfree.io FAQS that the excise duty or other penalties will make impossible to get it for a decent price in UK. I read before ordering but ofcourse nothing in the FAQS saying the orders from UK you washing down the drain your money completely. So is 100% for cigs to be sized if you're in UK. At least in my case. 6 years ago I ordered from some USA online store 10 Winston Red but don't remember the name of the store, also received letter after 1 month and goods was seized. Based on assumption that you might photo shopped a letter from Border Force dutyfree.io won't refund your order if seized . What about the reference number of that letter? you can check the validity of that number don't you? So dutyfree.io what's the deal here? We talked extensively about this sort of situations both in our Terms (under #3) and FAQs (under "Will you refund me in case I am asked to pay the excise duty?”). We can only re-dispatch your order to you free of charge if you refuse the parcel and it gets sent back.

Well they arrived and couldn't be happier. 4 days delivery to UK is pretty insane! Ordered on Friday evening Shipped on Monday (With tracking) Arrived on Friday morning. Smoke like a dream, packaging was very discrete - High res images below:      10/10 for service, packaging, speed and product! Heya geoffrey, I'm afraid they stopped producing/importing them so they've been out of stock for the past half year. I would say the chance of Chesterfield Red reappearing is low to non-existent, really sorry about that! Why wouldn't you go for L&M Red Label, Winston Red or Bond Red instead? They're all quite similar to Chesterfield Red.

Hi only order number 59572 has still not turned up ordered on the 11th of March and I have not received a customs letter.

There is no activity here since the 31st of May? I placed an order yesterday but no confirmation mail and on my account it says "Paid, being handled". Nothing is changing since then. I sent a mail to them an hour ago but still nothing. I go to their twitter account and same as here, no acitivity since 31st of May. Has something happened?
There was a slight problem with the mail server so the email notifications were not sent, but the issue is fixed now - sorry for the inconvenience.

I am know sure what's happening but dutyfree.io has grown from a reliable cigarette merchant to a We don't respond to customer queries and don't provide shipping proof company. It Already 1 carton was lost and they refuse to answer queries at all..
As a nicotine addict with very little money to spare I'm starting to worry a lot too..  Yeah it's bad. Waiting is 1 thing, but not replying on mails is terrible. So whatever they reply, I will stick with cigspot. They answer mails quite fast. And hopefully will do the same when they have grown. From what I've read dutyfree has grown too much and the just don't care about 1 customer leaving. How about you stop whining already? WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY FOR UNTRACKED PARCELS AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO PAY A TINY BIT EXTRA FOR THE TRACKING SERVICE - it's written all over on our website and we discussed this with you a million times. Sorry, but we can't keep on repeating the same thing over and over again over email.
