1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are more people getting excited about memecoins? on: June 11, 2024, 04:51:28 AM
All coins have their own risks. But why do many people like coins because they only need a small capital so they take a small risk too. and high profits which have made many people like it. for example, like dogecoin, there was so much excitement at that time when people held dogecoin. and by 2024 many people hope that some of the memecoins can follow in the footsteps of dogecoin.

People desire to have more money through little investment and meme coins are the only coins which are lower in price and when they increase in price then they provide good profit therefore people don't hesitate to take risks with such a little sum of money.

Previously just dogecoin and Shiba inu were considered as better meme coins but these days every other meme coins are assuming to be a better coin which will perform better during bull season and yes it's true because you will have experienced that Pepe coins is going as a more profitable meme coins so it become a cause of increasing trust of the investors towards meme coins.

If there is hype then that's where people will invest with. Newbie traders nowadays are just depend on what's trending, if they see the chart of a memecoins going up and a lot of volumes then they will surely buy on it. We cannot blame them if they get lose if the value gets dumped but they surely want easy money. But I think that memecoins are really good to invest with if they are still people who are investing with.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I’m done with trash coins!! Looking for something promising on: June 11, 2024, 04:25:37 AM
Trash coins are part of crypto insutry and they'll keep launching and available in crypto industry.

This is right. That's why a lot of altcoins are popping up and obviously, this is to gather money from investors/traders who are also want quick money. And, I think choosing the best altcoin to invest in is hard if there is no knowledge on how to check if they are legit or not.

Something promising altcoins would be on the CMC top 50 and most of them have potential and their value would increase much in the future.
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it possible to inherit a gambling debt? on: June 10, 2024, 05:26:43 PM
Involving the police, does it sound like a way to settle the problem? The cops can decide to side the loan shark. Because his money is at stake and it'll be also injustice on the loan shark's end if his money is not given to him. I understand that people are not meant to pay for loan they don't know about, but they are better means of settling such matters.

Provided the loan shark has given out proof about the deceased person owing him, talking to him to atleast reduce the amount of money for the moarning family is the best idea. Trying to go it the aggressive way will only piss off the loan shark to take silly decisions. The loan sharks also take this steps of asking for the player's family contacts for the same reason. If the person doesn't come back to pay back or leaves this earth, they'll trace him to his family using the information he's provided.
Unless the police is corrupt, involving them is the most reasonable alternative if the loan shark is threating to do something against the family in case they don't pay off the debt of a dead family member. Personally, I wouldn't negotiate with thieves and murderers, so I definitely wouldn't wish to directly talk to him on that hypothetical situation. The debt isn't mine, I did nothing wrong, while I'm being physically threated. Since we live in a civilized society, there must be civilized means to solve the situation, what involves demanding action from authorities.

In this situation, I would recommend seeking legal aid or community support services for protection since loan sharks are already involved in this. And, I think that the police cannot do anything and most likely suggest settling it in court. Some people who are in huge debt are going to different countries to flee from them.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I keep my BNB or Sell it? on: June 10, 2024, 08:27:22 AM
There are two options holding it on the BNB vault or using it to buy another altcoin to get short profits then buyback if the value of BNB will go on dip. I think that BNB has huge potential in the future and my speculation the price will reach $1000+

Even though the Binance exchange is getting banned by other countries the value will surely not affect the value of their coin.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid becoming the next victim on: June 09, 2024, 04:50:07 PM
I know that TON is one of the most talked about crypto project in this crypto space right now and this have also attcated a lot of bad actors too, now TON wallets are receiving many NFTs for free and some do look almost legit, enough to confuse a newbie that it is real, I am here to warm you guys to stay away from free NFTs.

If you don't pay for it, you shouldn't claim any ownership.

Fake NFTs and Tokens can live in your wallet for years without comprising your crypto wallet until you deceid to touch them.

A lesson you should learn from this is do not claim ownership of something that's not yours, in this crypto space nothing is for free.

Follow this procedure.

1. DONT TOUCH
2. DONT CLAIM
3. DONT EVEN ATTEMPT 1 & 2 RULES ABOVE.

Most free NFTs are just scams as you said and if you allow them to access and provide the passphrase on your wallet then they will surely wipe out all of your available assets. And, that is why it is really to be good to be true getting free NFTs.

I would say that some of them are legit and provide NFTs but it is really hard to trust them.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are undervalued in 2024? on: June 09, 2024, 01:20:34 PM
There are a lot of altcoins that are undervalued, and it depends on where you invest in it. For example, the SOL, MATIC, and TON which I think will raise their value in the future. Investing is really if you have funds but it will also depend on where you will spend and if it's worth it.
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do people lose in gambling and still go ahead and bet more? on: June 04, 2024, 03:00:19 PM
I've a friend of mine who always complain that ever since he started gambling he haven't won a good amount, instead he'll be winning less money than what he expected but he can't stop. So I'm asking what do you suggest he should do at this case. For me I told him that he should know that gambling it's a game of risk and luck, but with the constant betting you might win the amount you've at mind someday. So what are your suggestions towards this.
It is unlikely to get a big win even if you bet continuously. Maybe you think that the more active you are in playing gambling games, one day you will be able to win large amounts, but in fact you need to know that if you continue to hope for big wins in gambling then you must also be prepared to lose everything and suffer losses. because of the many gamblers we see, only a few people are lucky to get a big win, meaning not everyone can get it.

Some people only want to gain money and even though they are losing a lot of money, they are still eager to bet and that's what we call revenge gambling which will cause more losses. And, I think that gaining a win and hitting the target within the day needs to stop betting to avoid losing it, and having a plan is a must.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are memecoins really important for the crypto market? on: June 04, 2024, 02:23:26 PM
There are thousands of coins with verious catageoies, so is for memecoin. I don't fully support memecoin cause because of memecoin hype, lots of people lost their capital and use to hate crypto. But its kind of okey if memecoin exist in Crypto industry cause there are lots of shitcoin too! Just need to avoid greed. And I don't usually buy any memecoin but recently WIF makes me focus on it and i trade it. That gave me profit, that's all.
Good for you.

I don't hate meme coins, I just don't like the idea of something that was made for fun to be valued like today. I mean, it is made without a purpose and just lives with the hype and how investors will react to the demand to boost it more.
It's nice that it's sold cheaply but still, the possibility of becoming dust is there. So, would we really risk our little money for that? Be could buy some satoshis and keep it, try to accumulate more with our little earned money but trusting a meme coin will probably not be wise for long-term holding. I did buy a meme coin before but it didn't take long until I sold it back with little profits. I think it's best to keep it that way, to earn money in trading in a rush while we are monitoring the market.

In my opinion, there is purpose of meme coins is to give us profit. Even though they are useless they are also the reason why new traders are coming in which means more volume since they are grabbing the hype.  Taking advantage of cheap memecoins has benefits and the potential to gain a lot of profit in the future like Dogecoin.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget Bitcoin - Memecoins Like Pepe, FLOKI and Bonk Are the Big Gainers Now on: June 03, 2024, 06:56:47 AM
BTC is really for long-term investment not to gain profit in a short period. I know that Altcoins are gaining more value since it's much cheaper than BTC but still BTC is the king. It's good to take advantage of the altcoins and gain more profit but Altcoins still depend on the value of the BTC.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: June 02, 2024, 07:34:10 PM
It is difficult for Shiba to achieve 1$ of cost in short time but if we talk about years then may be it attain such price after so many years because everything can happen after passing of years. In this Bull season I don't think that Shiba can go to 1$ but still its good investment option if we keep it for increase period of time.

Actually every coins cannot get huge price but still people choose these tokens for investment in hope that current price is lower so it can give them higher return but remember that every coin cannot go immediately higher but will takes years like that of Shiba inu.

With a massive 589T total supply, i don't think shiba inu is going to achieve such a milestone of 1$ even in the long run. This is totally unrealistic, even for bitcoin to have that marketcap so if anyone is expecting or predicting that shiba inu will touch $1, he has no idea about tokenomics. It can only be possible if team burns so much token from the supply to lower the circulating supply of the token. This will require massive funds to do, and this is unreasonable to think about as well for a meme coin.

I agree. It is impossible to hit the $1 value and even the Dogecoin cannot achieve that kind of price. In reality, its value can only increase if there is someone known or whale will pump the price. But, if you are into profit then I suggest buying and holding it for a long time and maybe the price will hit its ATH.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Solana still Worth buying?? on: June 02, 2024, 06:13:40 PM
Solana has shown great potential with its increasing value and also with its network. It's important to choose the right time to buy to avoid paying a higher price. I think that SOL positive direction indicates good prospects ahead, making it an attractive choice for those traders who are into spot trading and holding it for the future.

And if you are aware that more Solana WEB3 games are using its network.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are advantageous to invest in now on: June 01, 2024, 04:23:01 PM
Here are my top altcoins that I am very bullish with.

1. Solana
2. BNB
3. Ethereum
4. Polygon
5. Cardano

Every time the market is on a bear trend, I always make sure to DCA if there an extra funds and stop-loss orders to avoid getting rekt. These are my top choices for altcoins and it will depend on traders what they prefer to invest with.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will altcoins ever cheap again? on: June 01, 2024, 07:14:25 AM
Now crypto market is growing super faster along with Bitcoin. Altcoins are become so expensive. People who keep waiting to buy altcoins with cheap price during Bitcoin halving, are disappointed cause market is still on up trend. Sometimes little dump is happening but market recovery also done so fastly. So what do you think? Will altcoins ever cheap again? Or you are buying overprice altcoins?

Of course. There will be times when the price will dip and you will be able to buy or do DCA. It would be much better to always check the price of BTC and its dominance then that's the time you can buy and hold for the future.

Checking the forums is also a way when to buy and hold altcoins since they provide insights, charts, and analyzation.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Take Profit in this Bullrun on: May 31, 2024, 05:53:29 PM
It is way too difficult to sell on top with all the coins we are holding at the moment. So I believe that profit is profit. Small or big for as long as there is profit then it is always a job well done. The market is volatile so it is better to profit small than have regrets later on.

So far, I haven't made huge withdrawals since I am still waiting until next year which is expected to be the biggest bull run of this cycle and hopefully the trend continues. I already have my own plans for next year. But if ever bitcoin hits $100k or ethereum reaching $10k this year, I am selling a portion of my portfolio.

I highly agree with this. Taking a profit is hard but comes with a great price if you work hard and do not just buy and sell.

Some people say that doing future trading earns a lot but it would burn your assets if you don't have the knowledge, and doing spot trading an only buying cheap and worth to hold altcoins can earn you big in the future.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help to find my stolen funds on: May 31, 2024, 04:39:59 PM
So sad mate. Once the wallet is hacked recovering stolen funds is very difficult or almost impossible. You should have used a hardware wallet. Almost often we are facing such situation. Yet we are not aware.  As a result, hackers are taking this opportunity. Trust wallet, Metamask all wallets are being hacked. I use Trust wallet just for Dex trading not for crypto storing
It seems that it's not the case with this one because the hacker used a CEX as a conduit to transfer if not move some of the stolen funds and if OP would pursue with this investigation, it would be a big possibility that they'll be able to find the person that's behind this hack since they made a mistake of having the self-custodial wallet being connected to a centralized exchange, especially with Binance which does KYC right from the get go. Hopefully, OP doesn't stop in regards to this problem, I hope that whoever hacked you would face the justice that they deserve, please keep us updated with what's currently happening.

Here: "they made a mistake of having the self-custodial wallet being connected to a centralized exchange"

- which wallet exactly do you mean and is it connected to Binance?

I guess the one who stole your funds came across Binance and that's the connection he is talking about because centralized exchange requires KYC for withdrawal so if the person deposited the funds to exchange then there is no way that he could have withdrew it without giving his identity to the platform so if you able to convince the Binance platform then they are the one who can give the information.

In my opinion, it seems like exchanges have limitations when it comes to assisting users whose wallets have been compromised. And. users providing proof or evidence of their hacked wallets, it appears that exchanges are unable or unwilling to take action to block or recover funds on behalf of the affected individuals.

Much to always secure the assets because once they get hacked, it is impossible to recover the loss.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season, will it come next months? on: May 28, 2024, 04:30:51 PM
It's really hard to foresee what will happen next and when the altcoin season will come. Best of the best is to always check the market cycle and BTC dominance then you will know when the trend will come and I think that relying on this kind of tactics/strategy will surely win you a profit.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do some people hide to gamble on: May 27, 2024, 05:03:22 PM
If you are good boy and that impression is known to your place and family, there's no way that you want them to know that you're a gambler. Because once they knew it, you're going to be ashamed of yourself and having that said, you just want to hide that than to let them know. And another reason is you don't want to hear them say such things against you because it's always a negative impression when our families know someone who is a gambler.

I agree. Keeping it to yourself is a great solution and this is to avoid drama which will affect the relationship with the family. Gambling is addictive but people should limit addictiveness and not lose their money.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling BTC for Alt Coins? on: May 26, 2024, 07:14:47 PM

I think that is the right decision for you to make. because I also have the same thoughts as you that bitcoin will not increase in the near future. so we have to take advantage of the current altcoin market conditions to be able to increase the assets we own through altcoins.and don't forget to do research before buying altcoins.

Only if OP is ready to risk losing all his money I think it's a good decision if OP wants some money that could change his life. This is the bearish season so I think we can accumulate some potential altcoins. If you want to gamble then we can invest in shitcoins, aka meme coins. But I don't recommend it. It is better to invest in some altcoins that you believe will gain a large market in the future. However, you must still monitor your coins because none of the altcoins are as safe as Bitcoin in storing the value of your money.

I don't think selling BTC to buy altcoins is a good idea if you an into profit-making. Since there are a lot of altcoins that have huge potential to increase it's value in the future securing the assets value is a must to avoid losing the value before you buy it.
