1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty on: January 30, 2018, 11:41:56 PM
How to choose profitable bounty ? What factors we should  analyse before pick any bounty Huh
in my opinion, I prefer to find the existence of the team and the authenticity of the project that can make sense. because there will be disappointed if we just rely on the reward offered but in fact it is a scam project.
the right team and professionals can help the development of the project well so that the coins we get from bounty will not be low in price.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO for long term on: January 30, 2018, 11:23:40 PM
I want to invest in Ethereum or NEO for next two years, need $15k

Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?

IMO, NEO can reach $1000 easily this year but its hard for Ethereum to reach $10k till 2020.

What do you suggest?
Hi Friends, I think you are right in investing long term.
because both coins are very potential to penetrate a good price.

but try to also invest in ICO, because ICO gives us opportunities with little capital but can be a big advantage if memnad we are able to hold well. and usually, ICO coins can penetrate 100x if the platform is released. but be careful if you choose an ICO because now there is a lot of scam process.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Any effect behind KYC verification on any project on: January 30, 2018, 11:15:36 PM
The issue of KYC verification this days on any ico one wants to buy is pronouncing. My question is, is KYC really necessary before one can purchase a particular project Ico? Because our documents were mend to be keep confidential and not to expose it to public, and the new rules is not KYC not Ico.
I hope our documents will not be use for impersonation of any criminal activities?
Please I need advice
Thanks
In an article I read, the purpose of using KYC is very good. because it can at least prevent fraud or crime. such as terrorism, money laundering and others.
KYC is required to meet Know Your Customer requirements from FinCEN. If you own or operate a money service or money transmitter bank, you must know the KYC.
FinCen is a Network of Financial Crimes Enforcement.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in terms of security if all states accept crypto curenccy? on: January 30, 2018, 11:03:40 PM
the era of growing especially in the world of cryptocurrency has begun to develop there is a new system and the best coin or tokens to scam.

and the question is whether if all countries accept the state of the cryptocurrency market in terms of security whether to be tightened in the formation or manufacture of new tokens / coins?

because a lot of coins or new tokens that extraordinary promotions but the end of the scam will be realized for the facet of security for investors later?
I think the existence of a scam project is hard to avoid. but it has become a must for us in minimizing the risk.
There should be technology that can track the existence of potentially scam projects. so that failure will be minimized.
Hope.  Smiley
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies aren't anonymous anymore on: January 30, 2018, 10:59:13 PM
It is no surprise that anonymity has been leaving bitcoin. Bitcoin is not as anonymous as it used to be.

Monero the more anonymous bitcoin has been getting a lot of news as it is being used for many illegal purposes such as drugs and money laundering.

South Korea today, however, is increasing regulation on all cryptocurrency exchanges as reported by https://revoltmedia.org/south-korean-new-rules-on-cryptocurrency/.

South Korean laws passed this morning are now only letting South Korean exchanges accept users if the user has real-name bank accounts connected.

Regulations like this are the first of many soon to come that will try to take anonymity from cryptocurrency.

The South Korean government reasoning was to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities.
I think this is a concrete step to overcome some of these problems. and other countries need to imitate it.
and in my opinion, the most important thing is that we as bitcoin users should be able to control everything and do not do anything that can damage the image of bitcoin world, because I really hope that this technology will really be useful in the future.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin replace credit? on: January 30, 2018, 10:52:35 PM
"At the moment, virtual currencies such as bitcoin are no longer a threat to the existing order of credit and central banks," said Christine Lagarde, director general of the International Monetary Fund. .

Why? Because they are too precarious, too risky, too energy-consuming, because the underlying technology is not capable of changing and because many virtual currency is not transparent to law enforcement, a virtual currency has been hackers steal ".

What do you think?
in my opinion, the statement of the general director of the International Monetary Fund is true. .
it is related to the current state of the bitcoin which is so large that it is risky.
however, this technology is a good innovation, so I think we should be able to support and develop it to be really useful for all of us
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They are Banning crypto every where - now facebook on: January 30, 2018, 10:44:05 PM
Game Over   Grin
haha you say "game over" for what?
I think this is one of the first steps that can make it all the more careful in following various projects. because with such a policy, people will be more careful in choosing cryptocurrency projects to avoid failures.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They are Banning crypto every where - now facebook on: January 30, 2018, 10:40:51 PM
Facebook has a new advertising policy pertaining to cryptocurrency, binary options and initial coin offerings. The policy specifically prohibits ads that promote those types of products and services “that are frequently associated with misleading or deceptive practices,” Facebook Product Management Director Rob Leathern wrote in a blog post today.

Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, and initial coin offerings have all hit the mainstream, which has promptly resulted in a number of scams. While Facebook says it wants people “to continue to discover and learn” about those products and services, “there are many companies who are advertising binary options, ICOs and cryptocurrencies that are not currently operating in good faith,” Leathern wrote.

https://techcrunch.com/2018/01/30/facebook-is-banning-cryptocurrency-and-ico-ads/
policies we must follow but we also have to try for example by creating a technology that can filter various forms of good projects and the scam. so will many people who feel benefited by the existence of this cryptocurrency advertising.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it enough? on: January 30, 2018, 10:36:08 PM
The number of bitcoin is only 21 million, is that enough for the future?
given the vision of bitcoin to become world currency?

what do you think of this?
if you look at the current state, I do not think bitcoin will be enough to meet the criteria as a digital currency.
will be the next time a bitcoin really becomes an official world currency, I think there will be a next generation of bitcoins capable of being created.
besides, many other coins also we can use like Ethereum.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Can cryptos destroy the invasive marketing? on: January 30, 2018, 03:53:12 PM
I am in favour of marketing campaigns, but I am not in favour of harassing people at every corner. It seems that the marketers have become quite wild. Could decentralisation help with this?
very agree with you, that a lot of current marketing is going wildly. it has resulted in many scammers taking advantage of the situation.

I've heard, there will be a blockchain technology that aims to filter either a good ICO project or a scam, so maybe this helps a bit in the matter.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money are in the World? on: January 30, 2018, 03:46:07 PM
How much money are in the world? And how much money can Bitcoin be worth? in comparation to that.
hai friends if may know for what you know how much money there is in this world?

in my opinion, we will not know exactly how much money there is in the world because it is very difficult to find it. but I recommend, try to find out the officer who created a lot of money because I'm sure there will be data listed if one financial institution has done a new money printing.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY I BELIEVE BITCOIN WILL REACH A NEW ALL TIME HIGH VERY SOON!! on: January 30, 2018, 03:28:35 PM
I expect for this year, Rootstock (rsk), lightning, Schnorrr, Mast, Atomic swaps.

Schnorr is a softwork not a sidechain, and most important Rootstock is almost out and is in beta right now which is the last testing phase.
Rootstock has been in development for a very long time, and will bring Ethereum to the bitcoin. Which means Ethereum prices will drop
drastically.

More projects will come for 2018-2019+

You need Bitcoin for the use of blockchain, Bitcoin is the payment app. You can make alot of apps for the blockchain, you can also call these
apps sidechains, or 2th/third layer and drivechains. Bitcoin can only go mainstream with these sidechains forget blockchains.

Bitcoins potential is very huge and for sure can replace the monetery financial system. I don't know how much % but 1% penetration will make
btc 100k+ for a coin.

https://media.rsk.co/rsk-brings-the-new-evolution-of-bitcoin-reliable-smart-contracts/
it's very true that you say that 2018 is a better year in the bitcoin world.

moreover that at this time a lot of ICO with the better technology.
it can bring about a significant change in this blockchain technology.

great potential will always be in bitcoin even bitcoin can have clear legality around the world.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of bitcoin on the financial stability of a country on: January 30, 2018, 03:20:15 PM
What is the impact of bitcoin in a country's financial stability?

actually a lot of impact resulting from this bitcoin. in terms of profit or loss.
as I know, btcoin will make citizens in a country have more income while working in this bitcoin world. besides that if used dlam process of buying and selling, we will get amenity in it.
but indeed the resulting loss also exists, one of which is the absence of regulations that provide taxes in bitcoin. and when we invest in bitcoins have a high risk so that if a failure will result in government work to further improve in the country's economic affairs.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people want Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2018, 02:53:19 PM
Why do people want Bitcoin?

Bitcoins act as new currencies in the digital age. It can cross borders without any banks or governments.

The recent boom in Bitcoin may be great news for those who put money here early. But it also made it possible for Bitcoin to become a distant currency.

I can now use my Bitcoin number to buy stuff at Overstock or book a hotel at Expedia. But if I use Bitcoin to buy $ 25 on the Overstock today, and next week Bitcoin prices will increase fourfold, I'll feel that stock is $ 100. If Bitcoin loses its price, at least I still have the stock to use.

Bitcoins are considered as a kind of asset, instead of currency, with great profit expectations later on.
bitcoin is now mostly used as a good asset to invest, it is what affects that people will be much interested in bitcoin, especially invest in it.

but as a person who has more hopes on this blockchain technology, I really hope that bitcoin later really can be one of the official currency that is traded and used as a transaction process anywhere.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks will use blockchain on: January 29, 2018, 09:47:46 AM
https://www.ft.com/content/7dc8738c-a922-11e7-93c5-648314d2c72c

Banks are now team up to use blockchain. What is your thought on this guys?
It could affect the cryptocurrency or not?
I think, this will be something that can support the world of cryptocurrency is acceptable in many countries.
because this digital currency needs such a thing for the application of this technology (the use of digital currency for transaction processing) can be more quickly realized.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2018, 09:44:04 AM
I think most countries will accept bitcoin after 2018 because they will know the potential of cryptocurrency worlds and they will only issue corresponding laws and regulations instead of excluding cryptocurrencies and we look forward to that One day, not far from us.
Yes, the government only needs to review the potential of the world of digital currency. so they will be able to accept bitcoin in their country.
however, once 2018 is over I think it's still too fast for bitcoin to be accepted in many countries. because I think cryptocurreny technology will indeed succeed in the long run. it is my prediction because everyone in this world needs internet and understand the technology to use digital this currency.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2018, 09:36:59 AM
Hi! I am from Indonesia. So far, there is no policy about bitcoin in my country. it seems the government feels bitcoin is still safe. Btc is in grey area also, not legal but also not illegal.
hi friends ,, i heard news in your country that bitcoin is banned by the government starting in 2018. is this news correct? hopefully you can answer it as citizens of Indonesia.
This is a link for that news.

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you suppose will happen when BTC loses it's dominance? on: January 29, 2018, 09:28:49 AM
Every week BTC seems to lose it's market dominance. Currently it sits at 34.4 percent but what happens when it becomes 5 percent or less? Thoughts?
hi friends, in my opinion this will only happen a few months ahead until the 3rd month. after that i btc piat will start to show the power of price stability. because of every year, Btc will always go down at the beginning of the year. it is because of the number of btc holders who sell it.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2018, 06:46:46 AM
Hello there... I am from India, and Bitcoin is still in the grey area here. It is not legal, but it has not been declared illegal either. But the government has explicitly stated that Bitcoin is not recognized as a legal currency here.

The government is still working on deciding a framework for it, but we have absolutely no idea about what its verdict will be. So, people here are trading in Bitcoin for short-term gains. Make hay while the sun shines!

How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin and what's its position in your country?
very similar to the situation here, that bitcoin to date has not been legalized as a currency. the government only appealed to the public that if we trade with the digital currency this should be vigilant because it has a big risk.
really hope, in the long term bitcoin will be accepted throughout the country.
