1  Other / Meta / JollyGood: I just made Legendary rank ! on: September 25, 2020, 08:59:11 PM
It was on 1st January 2020 that I achieved Hero rank and just shy of 10 months after that I made it to Legendary rank. I also hit a mark of 11,000 posts too.

A special thanks to LoyceV for the final flurry of merits which took me to the 1000 merit mark a short while ago. And a thank you to all that merited any of my posts and to all those that gave me a pat on the proverbial back as well as those that gave me constructive criticism throughout my journey. I took most if not all of it on-board.

Some time ago I consciously decided to post in others boards and take a step back from posting in the Scam Accusations, just occasionally posting about scams but I do intend to get back towards trying to help expose more scams and scammers and hope to stay active in Scam Accusations board again in the future.

Ladies and gentlemen it really has been a fantastic ride with all the ups and downs since I joined here as JollyGood in May 2017. I would go so far as to say it has been a wonderful learning experience for me. I hope you all have an equally if not more enjoyable ride within this great community focused fantastic forum called "BitcoinTalk".

2  Other / Politics & Society / Trump Tax Avoidance: Shrewd Smart Businessman or Deserves Jail Time? on: September 25, 2020, 12:27:58 PM
Tax avoidance is covered within loopholes that exist within law but when it comes to Trump this is taking it a bit too far by any stretch of the imagination:

Donald Trump paid zero income taxes in 8 of the 10 years examined by the Times between 1985 to 1994. "His losses were so big that in 1991 they accounted for fully 1% of all business losses declared that year by individual American taxpayers," wrote Susanne Craig.

Here are some excerpts from the link:

- The numbers show that in 1985, Mr. Trump reported losses of $46.1 million from his core businesses — largely casinos, hotels and retail space in apartment buildings. They continued to lose money every year, totaling $1.17 billion in losses for the decade

- His core business losses in 1990 and 1991 — more than $250 million each year — were more than double those of the nearest taxpayers in the I.R.S. information for those years.

Lots more going on, the full article can be read here:

So where does the line become crossed between showing loses on core businesses and actually taking the mickey out of legal tax loopholes? Here is the key question:

Does a businessman taking advantage of tax loopholes deserve to be US President?

Does a businessman taking advantage of tax loopholes deserve to be US President because is clever to legally exploit the system?

3  Other / Politics & Society / Trump Sued By Trump: Donald Sued By Niece Mary on: September 24, 2020, 08:26:26 PM
BBC News Website:

US President Donald Trump's niece has filed a lawsuit, accusing him and two family members of fraud and conspiracy.

"Mary Trump alleges that Mr Trump, his sister Maryanne Trump Barry and brother Robert Trump, who died in August, cheated her out of an inheritance.

Ms Trump, who in July released a tell-all memoir about the president, is seeking to recover millions of dollars she claims to have lost.

Neither Mr Trump nor his siblings have publicly commented on the issue.

Here is the 52 page lawsuit that was filed today:

In Part 3 of the lawsuit it states: "They threatened to bankrupt Mary’s interests and terminated the health insurance that was keeping her nephew—an infant with cerebral palsy alive. Then they presented her with a stack of fraudulent valuations and a so-called settlement agreement, and forced her to sign. All told, they fleeced her of tens of millions of dollars or more"

This lawsuit probably will not settled out of Court, this is another situation involving Trump that will get messy...
4  Other / Politics & Society / US Presidential Election: Trump Will Not Commit to Peaceful Transfer of Power on: September 24, 2020, 10:50:45 AM
BBC News:

Mr Trump was asked by a reporter on Wednesday evening if he would commit to a peaceful transfer of power "win, lose or draw" to Democrat Joe Biden. The president currently trails his challenger in national opinion polls with 41 days to go until the election.

"I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots," Mr Trump, a Republican, said. "And the ballots are a disaster."

When the journalist countered that "people are rioting", Mr Trump interjected: "Get rid of the ballots, and you'll have a very - you'll have a very peaceful - there won't be a transfer, frankly, there'll be a continuation."

It seems Trump intends to claim undisputed victory if he win the election and he intends to claim foul-play and cheating if he loses. Quite likely it seems Biden will play the same game but Trump is the incumbent whereas Biden is not. Yes this will go to the Supreme Court but how many of Judges will be Republican appointees? How many will be Trump supporters? Will they remain unbiased?
5  Economy / Currency exchange / "Tedfrost" - An apology to you on: September 23, 2020, 06:45:53 PM
I created this thread to warn people about Tedfrost but after checking the posting history of the accuser SamuelJobs it seems there is no case for Tedfrost to answer.

@Tedfrost - I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by my lack of due-diligence, please accept my apology. I withdraw the accusation I made. I know there is no case for mitigation but recently someone I know was scammed out of XRP and maybe this contributed towards my error of judgement. I should have gone through the posting history of the user accusing you before concluding what happened and for that I apologise.

I know you mentioned in one of your posts you would leave the forum but I request you reconsider and stay a member here.

I am locking this thread as there is no need for anybody else to contribute here.
6  Economy / Economics / Big in Japan: giant Gundam robot makes its first moves in Yokohama on: September 23, 2020, 08:43:07 AM
As per the Guardian -

The life-size Japanese Gundam robot stands just over 18 metres tall and weighs 25 tonnes. Do you think this is just vanity project or do you think this is far more than that because it is part of a multi-billion USD$ and even though the project started 6 years ago fans need a boost because of the deflation they feel as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Biden: 8 Women Allege Misconduct Against Him on: September 18, 2020, 07:48:43 AM
Regarding Presidential hopeful Biden, according to this link there are 8 different women making allegations against him.

The following is text taken from this website:

Tara Reade is Joe Biden’s eighth accuser, not his first, not his only. The fake news media want you to believe Reade is Biden’s only accuser, and that’s because there is no lie the media will not tell to protect the presumptive Democrat nominee.

But seven other women — seven! — none of them Republicans, have accused Joe Biden of everything from sexual assault to unwanted kissing to inappropriate touching.

1 Tara Reade:

Reade claims Biden sexually assaulted in a hallway while she was working for him in 1993. According to Reade, Biden pinned her against a wall, shoved his hands up her skirt, and his fingers into her vagina. Reade has no fewer than five contemporaneous witnesses who say Reade told them about the assault at or near the time it happened. There is also video of Reade’s anguished mother calling into a 1993 edition of CNN’s Larry King Live desperately seeking advice for her daughter’s problems with a “prominent senator. ”

Biden denies the allegation but is refusing to open his archives at the University of Delaware where a copy of Reade’s sexual harassment complaint might be filed.

Tara Reade is a lifelong Democrat.

2 Lucy Flores:

Last year, Flores, a former Nevada Assemblywoman, accused Biden touching and kissing her:

I felt two hands on my shoulders. I froze. “Why is the vice-president of the United States touching me?” I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself, “I didn’t wash my hair today and the vice-president of the United States is smelling it. And also, what in the actual fuck? Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head.

Flores is a Democrat.

3 Amy Lappos:

Lappos claims Biden pawed at her during a 2009 fundraiser:

It wasn’t sexual, but he did grab me by the head. He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth.

Lappos is a Democrat.

4 Vail Kohnert-Yount:

“Vail Kohnert-Yount alleged that when she was a White House intern in the spring of 2013, Biden ‘put his hand on the back of [her] head and pressed his forehead to [her] forehead’ when he introduced himself, and that he called her a ‘pretty girl,’” reports The Cut.

Kohnert-Younh was interning at the Obama White House at the time.

5 Caitlyn Caruso:

Former college student and sexual assault survivor Caitlyn Caruso says Biden placed his hand on her thigh for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Incredibly, this happened during a 2016 event on sexual assault.

This might seem like a small thing, but who puts their hand on the thigh of a woman who is not his significant other?

6 D.J. Hill:

Hill says Biden got so handsy with her, her husband was forced to intervene:

Writer D. J. Hill told the Times that Biden moved his hand from Caruso’s shoulder down her lower back, which made her uncomfortable at an event, causing her husband to intervene.

Hill told her story to the far-left New York Times last year.

7 Sofie Karasek:

The Cut:

In 2016, Sofie Karasek was photographed holding hands and touching foreheads with Biden at the Oscars, where she stood alongside 50 other sexual-assault survivors during Lady Gaga’s performance. It was a moment that soon went viral, and was described then by the Post as “powerful.” But in the Post’s report published this week, Karasek says she believes that Biden violated her personal space.

Karasek is also a sexual assault survivor.

8 Ally Coll:

Ally Coll says she was made uncomfortable by Biden’s unwanted touching at a 2008 reception. He squeezed her shoulders and complimented her smile for an amount of time that made her uncomfortable.

You can also add a number of women and children who might not have accused Biden of inappropriate behavior, but we still have countless videos and photographs of Biden touching them in ways that are wildly inappropriate and make the recipients noticeably uncomfortable.

Obviously, not all of these allegations rise to the level of assault. But these are not Republicans coming forward to accuse Biden. These are Democrats and women we can assume are at least left-leaning.

What one can glean from these eight allegations and all those videos is that even in full view of the public, at best, Biden has an appalling sense of entitlement when it comes to touching, caressing, and even kissing women.

And if this is how Biden behaves in public, one can only imagine what goes on when the Creep Veep believes no one is looking.

Going by what is going on with allegations against Trump and Biden, neither seems to be a suitable candidate to lead the USA as President and Commander in Chief. I think Kamala Harris will come out of this very badly because she will not be able to justify being a running mate and potential Vice President while supporting female victims of all misconducts yet dismissing those against Biden. It would be very tricky.
8  Other / Politics & Society / Trump: Former model Amy Dorris alleges sexual assault in 1997 on: September 17, 2020, 11:03:37 AM
The Guardian:

Former model Amy Dorris told the Guardian that Trump forced his tongue down her throat and groped her at the 1997 US Open. The US president denies the claims. Plus, A vaccine volunteer’s second thoughts.

"He just shoved his tongue down my throat and I was pushing him off. And then that’s when his grip became tighter and his hands were very gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything. I was in his grip, and I couldn’t get out of it."

Amy Dorris is at least the 26th woman to come forward with claims of sexual misconduct by Trump. How will this allegation affect the re-election chances Trump has?

10  Other / Off-topic / USA Military Expenditure: Why Spend So Much? on: September 16, 2020, 04:39:29 PM
Some estimates show between 54% to 57% of tax contributions (made by USA taxpayers) is spent on the military.

Some estimates lower this figure to 20% based on other calculations such as what spent directly on serving personnel and costs for existing hardware rather than conflate the percentage figure with total spending on research and development at military contractors and other expenses.

Imagine how much better of quality of life the average American would have if their taxes were spent in a far more conducive manner that could help those millions upon millions of citizens that are from underprivileged backgrounds.

What are your views on this? Does the US really have to spend that much on military expenditure? Could those tax dollars be spent in more appropriate ways?

Here are some figures for the fiscal year end 2018:

"The average taxpayer contributed $230 to Lockheed Martin’s Department of Defense contracts, the Pentagon’s biggest contractor and maker of the ill-conceived F-35 jet fighter.

That’s twice as much as the $109 taxpayers contributed to child nutrition programs like school breakfast and lunch.

The average taxpayer contributed $102 for Department of Defense contracts for Boeing – whose former executive Patrick Shanahan is now the acting U.S. Secretary of Defense.

The average taxpayer paid $3,457 for the Pentagon and military, almost nineteen times more than for all diplomacy and foreign aid ($183)

13  Other / Politics & Society / USA PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS 2020: Michael Moore says Trump on course to win ! on: August 30, 2020, 05:27:34 PM
The Guardian: Michael Moore warns that Donald Trump is on course to repeat 2016 win. Film-maker says enthusiasm for president in swing states is ‘off the charts’ and urges everyone to commit to getting 100 people to vote.

Moore, one of few political observers to predict Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton in 2016, said that “enthusiasm for Trump is off the charts” in key areas compared with the Democratic party nominee, Joe Biden.

The documentary film-maker Michael Moore has warned that Donald Trump appears to have such momentum in some battleground states that liberals risk a repeat of 2016 when many wrote off Trump only to see him grab the White House. “Sorry to have to provide the reality check again,” he said. “Are you ready for a Trump victory? Are you mentally prepared to be outsmarted by Trump again? Do you find comfort in your certainty that there is no way Trump can win? Are you content with the trust you’ve placed in the DNC [Democratic National Committee] to pull this off?” Moore posted on Facebook late on Friday.

Michael Moore warns that Donald Trump is on course to repeat 2016 win:

So will Trump do it and get in to the Whitehouse by again losing the popular vote but winning the electoral college?

17  Other / Politics & Society / BREAKING NEWS: Man left with 3 month ERECTION after plastic surgery on nose ! on: August 12, 2020, 08:25:35 PM
Daily Mail: "A plastic surgery addict was left with a permanent erection after going under the knife for a nose job while starring in a Channel 4 documentary. Croatian stylist Neven Ciganovic, 45, was being filmed by the documentary crew when a reaction to the anaesthetic he was given during surgery triggered the agonising condition. He said: 'I was in Iran for rhinoplasty for the documentary film which is covering my life.'"

Metro: "When Neven Ciganovic woke up from getting a nose job, he was more than a little surprised to notice he had an erection. He was even more surprised when that erection didn’t go away for three months, and required three surgeries to get it back to normal."

Would anybody really be able to sustain a 3 month long erection?

Priapism is a persistent and often painful erection that lasts for several hours but 3 months is an exaggeration especially it involves an attention-seeking plastic surgery addict - right?
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / YOBIT ROBOTRADE SCAM: RoboTrade Bait Used For Scamming Users on: August 09, 2020, 01:08:11 PM
This is a new technqiue Yobit are using to fools its users, it is called RoboTrade.

Here is a screenshot of what Yobit are sending out in their emails:

What is clear is that Yobit are not slowing down, they are stepping up their campaign. Their fake ICO launches are also showing no sign of decreasing and added to that their fake multiple ICOs which are both pump and dump as well as ponzi schemes they are adding RoboTrade to the mix.

Imagine how much money Yobit will be making when users are particpating in buying and selling their useless and worthless ICOs tokens. Forum member o_e_l_e_o excellently posted here capturing the essence of what is really going on with Yobit by mentioning the following:

"Let's take the X10 scam as an example, since it was the one which was shilled on here.

This "token" has no blockchain, has no smart contract, can't be withdrawn or deposited, and doesn't exist outside of YoBit. It was created out of nothing by YoBit to be traded only on YoBit. It was launched on December 19th, with ridiculous claims of being "100% safe". YoBit created and sold 68.7 BTC worth of tokens, generating around half a million dollars of pure profit for YoBit

Now with RoboTrade being touted as the next big thing on Yobit, they will be looking to increase the amounts they already scam from users that should know better.

The moral of the story is: stay away from Yobit no matter what they claim RoboTrade can do....

19  Economy / Reputation / Why Hidden Agendas Against Sportsbet ? on: August 07, 2020, 07:10:00 PM
It is clear Sportsbet have not been articulating themselves in a clear manner on several occasions when posting in the forum addressing those that claim to be victims but that cannot negate what those sniffing around anti-Sportsbet threads are doing:

Several users have jumped on the anti-Sportsbet bandwagon but what is their agenda? None of them have claimed to be Sportsbet users or victims of alleged wrongdoing so why are they floating around trying to inflame the situation without bringing anything positive to the table?

What is in it for them if they try to discredit Sportsbet?

Well if gosha@e-coin is game-protect then all he wants is money from the alleged victims with ridiculous promises of legal action so he is nothing more than a leech trying to suck blood from an alleged victim by lining his own pocket but what are the real motives of the others?

20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Are They One And The Same: and Game-Protect ? on: August 04, 2020, 01:38:09 PM
So we all know game-protect is a scammer but is his alt-account?

I have read in several posts he has been accused of being a game-protect alt-account but is there any real substantive evidence for this?

After watching get involved in every Sportsbet accusation thread trying to fool those people that are seeking a resolution to their alleged claims - the similarities are clear but I think seems to have a better grasp of English than game-protect hence the element of doubt.

Does game-protect have any other (or alleged) alt-accounts?

UPDATE: These are being cited as known alt-accounts of game-protect
