I have heard from a few friends that this exchange is taking like days or weeks to make withdraw, when  you make one they just send a fake hash then you can't find the transaction on the blockchain... What's your thoughts about it?

I have made a Withdraw from the Exchange Cryptopia to myetherwallet.com. It's been 9 hours since it was completed on their website and I haven't received anything yet. There is currently a large backlog of transactions on the ETH network

Deposits and Withdrawals will be delayed, unfortunately this is outside of Cryptopia's control, so please be patient

But my transaction can't even be found on their pending list. So what? I am not very experienced person on ETH... So, someone with more knowledge could hlep me on this? What Should I do?

I was thinking about cryptonight with 10 VEGA 56 - which should give me a rate of 17-20 KH/s.  Which would give me 40-50USD daily in Monero.
