1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / *SCRYPT FPGA* - CryptoIndustries.com - official Bitcointalk thread on: October 02, 2013, 12:47:00 AM
Today marks the first time me and my partner (Motaboy) go live with our product details for our SCRYPT FPGA which we have been working on for the past 6-8 months. Please visit our site http://www.CryptoIndustries.com for complete overview.

Our machines come in 1, 5 and 10  MH/s variants. They are all made up of our barebone board named "Ra". Our machines are internally made up of multiple boards as well as a RaspberryPi controller. They have built in psu's which will be high efficiency and also 4 line lcd displays which will show various stats such as speed, share count, temperatures and also status. We expect PEAK temperatures to be no more than 45-50c and power usage will be a fraction of GPU equivalents.

Our Ra boards are built around Xilinx Artix 7 fpga chips (28nm) and run with external memory. As stated they will be controlled by mining software which will run and managed on a RaspberryPi. The software itself will be a modified version of CGMiner (opensource). We will also be selling a barebone board, but we will present details of this once our final board arrives back from the PCB prototyping facility.

We will from delivery enable mining of Litecoin (LTC) & Feathercoin (FTC) with future SCRYPT based coins being added in following updates. There will be various ways of updating user settings including preformatted files through USB and IP access. The machines can mine SHA256 coins, however we assume 99.9% of our customer base would not want to.

As time goes on we will be updating this thread with news, but right now our product has a finished design and we are awaiting our final prototypes. We are not opening for orders yet as we are negotiating prices with suppliers of our chips. The product photos you see are indeed renders, but show exact versions of the cases we are getting made at our UK based enclosure manufacturer. We will be of course showing videos and doing a meetup (London) allowing potential customers to have a hands on and see the product hashing. At this present time we feel an IPO does not serve any purpose to us as we are self funded however we will be offering hosted mining via contracts and are currently sourcing a cost effective location and electricity provider to offer this to our customers.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / For new alt creators.... read this to make a place where you can begin trading! on: June 13, 2013, 05:30:21 PM
Hi guys,

I run an escrow which many of you have seen and used and most importantly its an all coin escrow. Im looking for ways to kind of expand the cryptocommunity on the net and one thing I thought of was helping new alt creators.

So my proposal:

When coins are released they often have no where to trade apart from google docs listed spreadsheets. So What I can offer is this: A deadicated page on my website www.koolioescrow.com with an orderbook (manually filled by myself). At the same time I would escrow the coins and fill orders on request.

This should in theory allow a quicker trade option for you and allow you to gain publicity quicker. I would charge a fee slightly higher than other established coins but only for the first month. After this It will revert to the low rate of other coins.

Visit the site, PM or contact me through the contact forms if you are interested. Turn around time is a matter of hours!
8  Economy / Services / Need Dev to make escrow website for me on: June 02, 2013, 04:52:57 PM
I was planning on using another dev but he couldnt continue due to time constraints and work.

I need a simple escrow site. The site will need to support over 20 cryptocurrencies with an easy way to add more. Address will be precreated from one of my other machines (cold storage). For each cryptocurrency I will need the ability to add over 1000 fresh addresses for each wallet. Ideally the dev can make my scripts to get the addresses in bulk. This way I do not have to have my wallets stored online, as a security feature.

User system will consist of a login/registration. The user profile backend will automatically allocate addresses for each crypto for that user when a transaction is created. Once escrow is completed the addresses will be destroyed, and new ones will be issued on next transaction.

The system will need an upload feature for video and pictures with notes for instances where a dispute is taking place. The system will also require an IP/cookie basic referral system. I have a contact who wishes to have a referral system made for him, so if you could make it so it can be copied/developed as a standalone system that would be great... we can discuss details on this.

Overall the system won't be too hard... all automated except for sending payments out of escrow which I would like to do myself still to lower security risk on storage machines.

I am after someone who can code this very cost effectively... I require quotes with contact details by PM. If I agree to a quote then I will place the relevant payment in escrow with a user we can both trust.... ideally a admin or moderator somewhere.

Thanks!
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What alt currencies am I missing or do you want? KOOLIO's ESCROW on: June 01, 2013, 02:40:51 PM

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ::::: GIVING AWAY 2 LTC FOR EACH REFERRAL TO MY ESCROW SERVICE ::::: on: May 30, 2013, 05:52:14 PM
Hi guys,

If you check the link below you will see I have an escrow service. I have decided, to try and bring in more customers and make this a permanent viable concept I will be giving away 2 LTC EACH to those who bring me new business. This is on top of the 10% of fee I usually give to referrals.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=219412.0

There are a few terms though:

1. If escrow is used for LTC or BTC, then minimum total value (BTC-E prices) for giveaway is $200.

2. If escrow is used for all alt currencies, minimum coin count must be no less than 5000.

3. This giveaway is limited to the first 10 referrals.

4. Your LTC will be sent along with your standard 10% of fee once transaction is completed.

5. If you refer multiple business then you will get 2 LTC for each transaction!
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / *** KOOLIO'S ALL COIN ESCROW SERVICE *** [1 - 3% FEE] on: May 30, 2013, 03:15:48 AM
Hi Guys,

This service will apply to a lot of alt currency miners as there is a lack of accepting exchanges... If there is a currency I do not support, just ask, Ill do my best to support them all (except Ripple).

Over the last few weeks I have been asked to escrow for quite a few large transactions between members in the crypto community, all of which went well with no problems. Since I do get a few requests regularly I thought I'd start a professional service for most coins, including quite a few alt currencies. Below are complete details, sorry for the length, but when you're after a service like this it is very important to be as concise as possible.

Starting from today I will have updated clients for the currencies below on a stand alone machine. The system will be powered off when not being used to carry out transactions, it will be also run with top notch security software & firewalls. All wallets will have triple backups, all stored offline on cold storage. This machine will solely be run on TOR meaning hackers cannot target my machine.

There will of course be a fee, as listed below, this will depend on the type of currency and the number of coins transacted.

There will be two services:

'Coin&Confirm' which leaves one user's coins in escrow with me until an external payment or item is received with confirmation being given to me from the opposing user. When sending or receiving items or payments in fiat it is very important to take screenshots and/or scans of anything that may be of use in a dispute. When posting please use a tracked service, proof of postage may not be enough!

'Coin2Coin' will be a service where two cryptocurrencies from two users are both held in escrow by me, once coins from both sides are received then they will be sent to the opposing users.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*CURRENCIES SUPPORTED & FEE'S*

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*PROCESS*

You can either PM me on here, or email me at koolioescrow@gmail.com. Please note that I am not a robot and do sleep, most days I am open to reply from 1300 - 0500 GMT. If I take holidays etc I will give prior warning.

From this point you need to inform me the following:

1. Whether you need 'Coin&Confirm' or 'Coin2Coin'. Also what item is being posted if Coin&Confirm'
2. The currencies involved.
3. The quantities involved.
4. Contact email for yourself and the other party.

Once received, Ill email or message you back with receiving address for the coins, and if 'Coin2Coin' then you will get a second address that is needed to be given to the other party. I will email the other user both addresses anyway, so they can see payment status on the block chain, also so they have a complete record. Once coins are received from one or both parties, you will get another message stating all received.

When handling cryptocurrencies I operate I minimum transact time of 10 confirms on BTC & LTC, all alt currencies require 20 confirms due to potential forking at the moment. They can be lowered on request.

Payments from my system are handled manually for security, at no point is anything automated.

Fees will be deducted from all amounts on my side automatically. Fees are charged per user at rates set above.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*DISPUTES*

Disputes can be opened by either party simply by emailing me on koolioescrow@gmail.com or PM on here.

For 'Coin&Confirm' To counter a claim of no payment the opposing user must send proof of payment by email to me. This must be a screenshot of the payment leaving your account. With item deliveries, proof of postage may not be enough to counter a claim, for this reason I suggest all users use tracked postage as if I can openly access delivery data I will find instantly in that users favour. In any cases where evidence from both sides is submitted and we are at a stalemate I will use all means necessary to do a complete background check on both parties. If a user has any lack of history or proof of past scams then again I will find in opposing users' favour.

Where 'Coin2Coin' is confirmed if I fail to receive coins from opposing users then a full refund will be sent to initial party. If a user makes a mistake on sending addresses we will count those coins lost due to error and again a  refund will be given to opposing user unless a repayment to correct address is made.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*WHY TRUST ME?*

Of course I expect this question to be raised... Please click links in my signature for details of my other profiles.

Heres the other reasoning:

1. I have been a long term supporter of cryptocurrencies for over 3 years. I have an impeccable relationship with long term members and not once ever tried anything considered 'dodgy' or 'malicious'.
2. I have what can be considered a large holding of cryptocurrencies totalling 6 figures+ for Litecoin & 3 figures+ for Bitcoin. It is therefore not in any interest of mine to even consider 'robbing' or 'defrauding' anyone of their coins.
3. I am a moderator on BTC-E.com where many see me day to day keeping the chat community in check. I have a profile number of less than 8000 which is considered quite old.
4. If you click the links in my signature below you will be taken to my various profiles. My BitBargain account is fully verified meaning the owner has seen a verified bank account and soon to include full ID check. I have an impeccable sales history of there with no negatives at all.
5. My OTC profile is in check with a good score, no negatives at all.
6. I'm sure that in any scenario of bad practice there are a number of users who hold dox on me. Due to my openness in previous years I allowed members to do checks on me.
7. One of my external businesses is WiresNTyres.com... this website is registered to me, I am also editor and can be contacted via contact details on there for proof. As this is a long term project of mine I would not jeopardise it over a few crypto coins.

***SO FAR I HAVE ESCROWED OVER 250'000 LITECOINS AND ALMOST 800 BITCOINS TO USERS WHO HAVE TRUSTED ME. THESE HAVE BEEN LARGE TRANSACTIONS***

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*HOW WILL I IMPROVE THIS SERVICE*

After an initial 4 weeks service I will open a dedicated website with a full ticket system allowing users to automate their requests. Wallets will not be stored on the site, only pre created addresses. Once transactions are complete I will delete all data. Payments out of escrow will still be carried out manually to keep security high, and I will improve on hardware by purchasing dedicated physical firewalls, and continue running the payment machine on TOR.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*REFERRALS*

If a user refers business to me, or parties agree a member was the sole reason of my service use I will award that person 10% of the fee for that transaction. When I start my website this will rise to 20% for the life of transactions with those customers. I can only offer more when I implement an IP tracked referral system otherwise people would just claim referrals to bring total fee down.

Depending on fee's made I will be doing a giveaway in due course to drum up interest. Details aren't finalised but most likely entry will be given to all referral users and service users per transaction or coin sent to me.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [WTB] Can someone design me an attractive signature on: May 30, 2013, 12:10:12 AM
I will pay 1 LTC to someone who can quickly design me a bright but not tacky signature to advertise my escrow service on the link below. If someone has seen the Bit777.com signature thats attractive... need a few symbols, but like I said must be attractive.

14  Economy / Services / Looking for web designer in West Midlands UK! on: May 26, 2013, 05:43:34 PM
Hi I need a web designer who can also integrate cryptocurrencies into a website with user platforms. Quite a simple concept and preferably in wordpress due to modules that can be added. If you feel you can do this please PM me with a phone number and I shall call you. I can pay in BTC or LTC, but must be competitive and willing to sign a non disclosure agreement. Coded work once completed will be analysed  by my friend for any dodgy coding.

16  Economy / Scam Accusations / [Scam Tag Request] Do not trust user 'Litecoin' Aka 'Raido' on: May 21, 2013, 01:55:26 AM
Raido (BTC-e) / Litecoin (BitCoinTalk) / Ray Hang - from Merseyside UK of possible Estonian descent but sometimes claims to be Chinese.

This user borrowed 6000 LTC off me last year which at the time were not worth much. Agreement was payback in 4 weeks at 8% interest in LTC. Failed to contact back within many months. Recently got in contact and tried saying he would pay back in equivalent fiat as he doesn't want to give over 6000 LTC at their current price. Well he gave up on that one and has since changed his phone number, soon after legal action was discussed.

I can provide transaction data plus various references of users who were around at the time of the trade request. I gave him a long time to pay back even a % of what he borrowed but keeps saying he's out of the country etc. I can clearly see he's still trading and a member on here so not on really.

Any moderators who need the blockchain info etc just PM me.

This user is clearly a confidence trickster... not to be trusted in any shape or form.

18  Economy / Service Discussion / Do MtGox create their own lag to suit their own trading regime!? on: April 24, 2013, 04:50:23 PM
I started this post as Im sick to death of MtGox's engine lag. It all seems overly suspicious and I wanted the thoughts of you guys.

When huge buy ups happen, there is little to no lag, which in my eyes suits MtGox as this means they create definite panic buying. However, when there is a huge sell off there is instant lag upto minutes and in some instances an hour. I translate this as to Gox taking the high buy orders (therefore getting the best prices for themselves), and once trading resumes, panic selling takes hold and they buy back cheaper.

Now this assumes Gox converts or leaves their client trading profit in coin form, which I suspect they would. I highly suspected this for some time as do others but yet I see no outcry of this. People need to wake up and realise a large company like theres DO have great servers, and that lag is simply created by themselves to suit their trading habits. Embarrassed Embarrassed
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Who on earth valued feather coin so high on: April 23, 2013, 09:37:29 PM
I was just looking around to buy some and realised its almost valued at $0.025, who on earth valued this price? I dont care for answers like 'it should be a 1/4 of ltc'. Things dont work like that. LTC should be worth a 1/4 of BTC but its not. It seems a lot of you have got stuck in adopting alt currencies as soon as they come out to make a quick buck. I think anyone paying over 10ltc for 1000 fc is basically stupid
