A lot of us seniors of the bitcointalk community have made a decent amount of bitcoin over our time here. By way of selling goods, trading altcoins etc. My thoughts are for some of the powerplayers to come together and create a new altcoin that makes some real profit for all of us involved and also for the rest of the community, I want this coin to leave all the others in the dust. I want this coin to be cutting edge and provide great features to the crypto ecosystem and be a real competitor in the space.

To be involved in this project you have to have some seniority in the bitcointalk community (or bitcoin community in general) and you need to have 5 bitcoins to put towards the project to show your serious (These terms may be able to be waived if you have some other extremely useful skill) . Note* I will not be controlling other group members bitcoins so you don't need to have any fear in me scamming you.

If I'm wanting to accept bitcoin on an online store what would you say is the best application that let's you accept bitcoin for a product. The application doesn't need to accept fiat just bitcoin. What is the most user friendly accept bitcoin option that is easiest to integrate onto a website?

I became interested by the whole Japanese Samurai Satoshi Nakamoto connection so I had a unique katana and matching Armour commissioned to be made for me by an authentic specialized Japanese smith. The armour set and Katana are high quality and not cheap at all I'm just trying to gauge if their is interest for something like this on bitcointalk or if I should go elsewhere to possibly auction it off. It has special designs that reflect the idea of Satoshi Nakamoto and Bitcoin while still being classy and combat effective.  I will probably start the auction at around $15,000 for the set. I have given theymos 24 hours to inform me of how he is going to recover the 250 btc from the "deceased" treasurer. I will follow this with several other subpoenas to investigate the actions that are being carried out. Some of these subpoenas will involve the forums money being used for the forum software.

What exactly did you give to the court? Whose messages/posts did you give away? Could you make a list?

I'm sick and tired of people abusing the trust system to make themselves look more legit and to destroy others reputation for stupid reasons. I am unbiased because I am neither green or red I am simply a user that wants to see a more effective method put in place. To put it plainly a lot of the people in the default trust list abuse their power and have a monopoly on trust.

I suggest a combination of things to take the place of the trust system. For one scammer tags should be brought back. Another idea I had is to show the amount of bitcoins a user has given away or donated to the forum under there name and the price of the bitcoins at the time they were donated. So let's say someone gave away $1,000 and they wanted to do a $10 trade with you it is extremely unlikely they would scam you for $10 and wreck their $1,000 donation by getting a scammer tag. Users don't have to just donate to the forum they could donate to verified causes and charities and have it linked to their account. Accolades could also be shown by users names like bitcoin core contributor, counterparty developer etc. I'm aware something like this is done for gmaxwell but it should be done on a larger basis. With all these contributing factors it would be easier for someone to decide on who they can trust.

If you insist on the trust system then I give you this idea a full member gets +1 trust power a senior member gets +2 trust power a hero +3 and a legendary +4. Or every member above say full or senior member gets +3 trust power to keep it equal. This ensures that there is no monopoly on trust. Or if you want trust to have a payment barrier you can require something like 0.1 btc to be part of a special group that has the ability to give out trust. Though it would probably be smart to have a requirement of being a full member to get in to this group.

The real reason Bitcoins price has went down is frankly quite ovbious it's because so many people have been burnt by scammers most notably MTGox.This creates an enviornment that is extremely hostile to newcomers and once they are scammed they are put off Bitcoin and they do not reinvest. Seeing as roughy 60% of Bitcoins supply has never moved this rate of alienating newcomers results in Bitcoins price plummeting at the worst and barely maintaining value at best. Countless people have left the crypto community as a result of MTGox alone that means a large percentage of people are no longer taking part in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
