1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Poolstamp and deleting posts. on: January 20, 2015, 06:15:51 PM
Poolstamp is deleting my posts, rather than replying to investors' question at his thread lol.

No problem, here is my reply again to warn the new investors of the obvious red-flags (note: before you reply to me and say i'm a fudder etc.., go check my posts history)

Quote
I did not invest in this coin, just bought G/H which worth 0.003btc lol. Dev is welcome to pay it for a night girl to spend a cheap night with her, that's the most he will get from me, and that's his standard of being " classy "  Grin

and as a reminder, i never fud or scam anything, my lengthy comment, at 13-1-2015, 1 week ago:

Now to Legitimate questions section, sorry this is a NORMAL result according to few things I've noticed from the beginning but went unanswered, beside the delays, no faucet have been added etc.. (Guys you can check my personal posts in the forum by your self I'm a fudder or not, and if you will call me a fudder upon this comment then call me a fudder and point exactly on the reason):

@poolstamp

- Where are the pics of the mining rigs? I mean it does not make any sense you are offering a service of something no body have seen it, can't tell me you will sell me an awesome mobile device without showing me pics of its awesomeness first.

Reason of my question: I can create a site and tell people (oh yeah I have awesome rig you never seen a prove of its existence) and easily can create a dashboard with generated numbers using a simple code randomizing these numbers within a limit according to the rented Gh/s numbers (IF X=1000GH/s (rented equipment) then y=(Dashboard readings (990.9 to 1001) ), so easy.

- This picture (Also beside the comments Coin.millionair has mentioned):

(https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi61.tinypic.com%2F2le13eo.jpg&t=548&c=AWi8fKKclbLO4g) (FORUM: disabled on this page for security.)

So from day one you neither fixed nor the payout period at FAQ, nor the alignment problem at the end of FAQ section till this moment. Tell me again beside checking if the flow of the paid-in fees of those who rented your unseen rigs, when was the last time you visited or checked your site?

- here you were saying:

Hey people calm down.

Payouts will be done tomorrow since our payment processor is having some delays and we'll fix it asap.

Thanks for your comprehension.

Then

Quote from: PoolStamp on January 12, 2015, 09:58:42 AM
Note that for the first 2 weeks payouts are done every 3 days, to make bigger buy out from the exchanges
avoiding spending excessive fees for lower amounts. This goes in favour to the multipool users, increasing their total net gain.

We decided to move the payouts days to 3 for the above explained reason.

XSP is now listed on Coinmarketcap: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/poolstamp/#charts

First this then that? Pickup your mind

- You want to give XPS an add value, then why would anyone should send you bitcoin rather than creating a buy pressure by making your cloud mining can be paid ONLY by XPS?

I mean, I guess you care for XPS value, not the amount of BTC you have.

oh wait.. never mind.

Let's read here: http://bitbillions.net/2014/12/20/altcoin-review-poolstamp-paving-the-way-for-mining-profits/

I quote: " The benefits of POOLSTAMP are that there is going to be a short POW period so that mass dumping of the Coin will be avoided and also constant buy pressure will be created through the CLOUD MINING MULTIPOOL that will work like any other good cloud mining service with the difference being that one will be paid in POOLSTAMPS instead of btc or other currencies. "

Cause the LOGIC says so, anything else will rise red flags cause it opposes the stated target you have mentioned about rising XPS value by creating a buy pressure, and your site's DEFAULT paying choice is BTC, not XPS. so what the hell.

All of this is being mentioned without mentioning we never saw any information related to those you calling them (we).

So guys one last advise: that dev might come back, you will hear blahing like: i was busy making this coin ready to be the *oh yes" next bitcoin. Dont believe him, but follow his lead and dump when the price is high enough to make profits for you, or at least getting you out with most less loses possible.

Good luck.
2  Other / Off-topic / Russian Interior Ministry offers $111k to crack TOR network on: July 25, 2014, 12:08:56 AM

Russia’s Interior Ministry is offering $111k for a technological solution that would allow police officers to identify internet surfers who are using the TOR anonymizer network, which has been rapidly growing in popularity inside the country.

The 3.9 million ruble (US$111,290) tender – whose winner will be announced on August 20 – was put on the official government procurement website and went unnoticed by the wider public for two weeks, until it was flagged by several human rights activists on Thursday.

TOR – which anonymizes the identity of an online user by encrypting their data and sending their information through thousands of random pathways, making it harder to trace – can be used to conceal potentially illegal activity. But it can also be essential for avoiding monitoring or censorship from security services, in countries with restrictive legislation.

“Law enforcers are worried about the ability of internet users to anonymously visit the internet, and particularly blocked sites. Also, the new blogging law that comes into force in August says that all bloggers with a daily audience of over 3,000 must register their identity. But someone blogging through TOR can do so anonymously,” Sarkis Darbinyan, a lawyer for Russia’s Pirate Party, told BBC.

While only a fraction of Russia’s 30 million households with internet access use an anonymizer, the number of TOR users has spiked from just 80,000 in May to nearly 200,000 this month, according to Apparat.cc online magazine – though it is unclear whether those results are muddied by automated accounts.

Nonetheless, Russia’s security service mooted a plan to ban all anonymizers last year, though the idea was later shelved.

Various technological solutions for unmasking TOR users have been applied by the NSA and other leading agencies, though most involve considerable time and expense, or rely on cracking less secure software used in conjunction with the anonymizer.

A talk titled 'You don’t have to be the NSA to Break Tor: De-Anonymizing Users on a Budget,' which was to be presented at the reputable Black Hat hacker conference in August, was pulled without explanation earlier this week.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Sgminer (AMD 14.4 WHQL) Hashrate Improvement - fixed on: June 20, 2014, 08:26:09 AM
Good morning,

Based on the new SGMiner which is working with the latest AMD 14.6beta and AMD 14.4WHQL driver (Check Edit.2) and had been created by djm34 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=215787) - Thanks a lot for him and his efforts -, I re-complied the sgminer and fixed a consistent (idle/work resuming) issue within the mining process.

The problem had been totally solved, the results (before/after) of the new sgminer are (using X11mod):

AMD 7950: Before (2.4Mh/s) - after (3.39Mh/s) @1000/1500

AMD 280X: Before (3.2Mh/s) - after (4.3Mh/s) @1150/1500

SGminer (fixed) Download Link (Zlib1.dll file is included) : https://mega.co.nz/#!8gZ3BbBa!tJLKAr08Lirinh39h55naOY20gLbyPcQpBgWWcB3UDA

Note: Check Edit (2-2462014): If you like to use AMD14.4 driver

AMD 14.6beta 14.4WHQL drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1-64bit Download Link: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql.exe

Original Thread by (djm34): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=658411

Edit (1-2062014): AMD 14.6beta is behaving strangely with me after I tested for hours, here is the issue:

Whatever I tried to change the GPU/Memory frequencies, it is still the default (factory) values, whether I tried it via MSI after burner or via the miner's conf. file, though GPU-Z shows that the frequencies had been modified, but in fact the REAL ACTIVE values are the factory's one, and the hashrate had not been changed what so ever.

I dont' know is it me or is it the driver.

I downloaded AMD14.4 driver, tested it. I confirm it is working perfectly, the performance is the same of 14.6beta PLUS you can play with the frequencies.

Edit (2-2462014): If you like to use AMD14.4 driver, Do the following steps:

1- Download 14.6beta driver.

2- Delete bin files at you miner's folder.

3- Run the miner, a new bin file will be automatically created, this file is based on 14.6beta driver. You can copy it as a back up just in case.

4- Uninstall 14.6bta driver, then install AMD 14.4 driver.

5- Run the miner again (with the bin file been created with AMD14.6beta located at the miner's root folder), the performance will be as good as it was with 14.6beta driver.

6- OR if you don't want to follow all the above steps, you can ask your friend who has the same card and miner's configuration and an installed 14.6beta driver to create this bin file and send it to you.

_________________________________________

Note: I will lock this thread now cause I don't want to make djm34 - the creator of the new sgminer - tired with following 2 thread in the same time.

The reason made me created this thread is to make sure many of you will notice that the miner had been fixed.

So for more info and anything related to the new miner, kindly check this thread:

4  Other / Meta / Warning: An RPG hacking game on: June 19, 2014, 07:46:57 PM
Good evening girls and guys.

Ok there is a new account which is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=345637

He sent to many - including me - a private invitation message to download his " new " RPG game and try it, note that that account had been registred today 19th of June.

I would like to warn everyone from trying this RPG game cause it is mostly nothing but a code used to hack into accounts to steal users money from different trading sites, it had happened before when the same RPG game had been sent to many users and they lost their money which had been sold and transferred by a hacker.

Don't forget to activate the 2FA at any of your trading sites and keep your self safe.

Good luck..
