Помогите доработать мысль. ETF будет работать "скоро", а у крупных компаний миллиарды биткоинов, под которых они могут напечатать бумажки и торговаться на крупных биржах, собирая бабло.
Первый вариант манипуляции, если у крупных команий биткоинов больше чем в отчетах. Цену биткоина поднимут до 33-40 тысяч, распродадут там ЕТФ бумаги, а потом уронят вних до 20, снова скупая свои етф.
Я планирую что етф запустятся ближе или немного позже халвигга после небольшого пампа на рынке, чтобы хомяки на фондовых рынках затарились этф биткоином. Это мы хомяки можем купить BTC по 60К долларов и не продавать по 20К а фонды так не могут. Их риск менедмент регламентирует выходить из актива при определенной просадке.

UK’s Travel Rule comes into effect, could halt certain crypto transfers
"The crypto Travel Rule, which came into effect on Sept. 1, aims to stop money laundering and terrorist financing activities carried out on-chain.

Crypto asset businesses in the United Kingdom could now begin withholding certain crypto transfers to comply with the new Travel Rule for crypto that came into effect on Sept. 1.

The rules targeting virtual asset service providers were first introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority on Aug. 17, requiring that VASPs based in the U.K. “collect, verify and share information” relating to crypto-asset transfers.

If an inbound payment is received from a person or entity from an overseas jurisdiction that hasn’t implemented the Travel Rule, the VASP must make a “risk-based assessment” as to “whether to make the cryptoassets available to the beneficiary.”"

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Impact Theory, LLC, a media and entertainment company headquartered in Los Angeles, with conducting an unregistered offering of crypto asset securities in the form of purported non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Impact Theory raised approximately $30 million from hundreds of investors, including investors across the United States, through the offering.

According to the SEC’s order, from October to December 2021, Impact Theory offered and sold three tiers of NFTs, known as Founder’s Keys, which Impact Theory called “Legendary,” “Heroic,” and “Relentless.”"
