Jermell Charlo vs Tim Tszyu, January 28, 2023, venue to be announce later. https://box.live/fights/tszyu-vs-harrison/We have a banger at the start of the year, as Tim Tszyu, the son of legendary Kostya will have his chance against pound for pound Jermell Charlo for the undisputed belt at 154 lbs.
It is also interesting that fight also coincides with the 28th anniversary of Kostya Tszyu debut in the US against Jake Rodriguez in 1995 to win the IBF light welterweight title.
We've also heard that both Crawford and Spence wants to move to 154 lbs, so possible that the winner might get either down the road.
Regardless of the hardware at stake, all signs point to chaos if these two share the ring. Charlo (35-1-1, 19 KO) has been pure dynamite since suddenly discovering his power in a 2015 wipeout of Joachim Alcine, while Tszyu (21-0, 15 KO) is the sort of physically overwhelming pressure fighter that could provide the same sort of clash of styles that made Charlo’s fights with Brian Castano instant classics.

So Teo Lopez is back, after the humiliating lost against George Kambosos, he is making his comeback, but this time he has move up in weight. He will be fighting a dangerous and experience boxer in Campa next month. “I’m thankful to be back August 13. I’ve been looking forward to this since my last fight,” Lopez said. “I’ve had a lot of complications, but we’re looking towards the future and are on to bigger and better things. I’m here to take over the 140-pound division just like I did at 135. Like always, I’m going to bring excitement to the sport of boxing. The Takeover is still in full effect. You don’t want to miss it.” https://www.boxingscene.com/teofimo-lopez-pedro-campa-full-undercard-set-august-13-las-vegas--167578Another good match making on the part of Top Rank, in paper it appears that Campa is a good match against Lopez. True, but I think Lopez will beat him convincingly at 140 lbs and then Teo making some noise in this 140 lbs division. Unified champion Josh Taylor has relinquished some of the belts he have, and there will be elimination and interim fights and maybe Lopez will figure in one of those to have a belt in this division.

Nabasa ko lang to Well, if you’re based in the Philippines, that probability is almost certain: You own Bitcoin or some form of cryptocurrency.
According to a Q4 2021 broad global survey by GWI—an audience targeting company known for its market research data—the Philippines ranks second when it comes to “ownership of cryptocurrency.”
The Southeast Asian country reported 22.7 percent crypto owners among internet users aged 16 to 64.

So finally, this fight is going to happen, the original fight date is December of last year but Romero had to pull out of the fight because of sexual allegations. So Davis continue and instead fought a game Isaac Cruz and won by a majority but close decision. Davis didn't score a knock out because he hurt his hands. But it seems it is healed already and so they will proceed to fight Romero. There was some animosity back in December during the announcement of the fight and for sure this will continue this May https://www.premierboxingchampions.com/davis-vs-romeroI'm still giving Davis an edge to win against a rugged Romero and I wouldn't be surprised if this is going to be a war and Davis winning by a knock out. Current odds: Davis - 1.06 Romero - 7.20

It's official, one the most anticipated match this year has been confirmed. Canelo Alvarez will fight Dmitry Bivol on May 7. And not only that, if by chance he won against Bivol, Canelo will be facing GGG next (assuming GGG wins his fight with Murata). BoxingScene.com has confirmed that the Mexican superstar has agreed to a lucrative two-fight deal with the streaming service that once signed him to a 10-fight contract that could’ve been worth $365 million. The undisputed super middleweight champion will box unbeaten WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol on May 7 and then, if the favored fighter beats Bivol, he will finally face rival Gennadiy Golovkin a third time September 17. https://www.boxingscene.com/canelos-2-fight-deal-with-dazn-done-bivol-on-7-golovkin-on-september-17--164365

https://www.premierboxingchampions.com/news/keith-thurman-mario-barrios-collide-feb-5-blockbusterSo we are now going to see the come backing Keith "One Time" Thurman against Danilo Barrios on Feb 5. Both of them coming from a lost, Thurman to Pacquiao and Barrios to Tank Davis. I think this is a cherry pick fight for Thurman though, it's a long layoff and he could experience a ring rust. But Barrios is coming up in weight in the 147 lbs and it will not be an easy move up. I'm seeing Thurman maybe scoring a knock out win in the later rounds maybe 11 or less.

So GGG is back this time he will travel to Japan to face a local champion and hero Ryota Murata. He will bring his middleweight crown in the line, IBF and IBO and then Murata's WBA. We've seen Canelo already so it's time for GGG to show us if he still what it takes to have a rematch with Canelo maybe a catch weight? GGG is nearing 40 years old though, so I don't know if there is enough time in the table to set up that trilogy with Canelo. Anyhow, he has a big task on hand in Murata, the Japanese is also a very tough fighter. So hopefully we can watch and enjoy this fight. But I'm still picking GGG to win maybe by decision or knock out if he can still pull the trigger. https://www.boxingscene.com/golovkin-vs-murata-official-saitama-december-29-on-dazn--161939

{Warning}: Cerberus Android Malware Can Bypass 2FA, Unlock Devices Remotely. It looks like that the Cerberus Malware has evolved and been improved by another group of threat actors. Compared to the original Cerberus, ERMAC uses different encryption scheme in communication with the C2: the data is encrypted with AES-128-CBC, and prepended with double word containing the length of the encoded data:
The commands ERMAC receives and processes, are almost identical to the latest Cerberus commands. A couple of commands are added that can clear the cache of the specified application and steal device accounts
Mode of infection: We were able to identify several campaigns with ERMAC involved. The first major campaign started in late August where ERMAC was masquerading as Google Chrome. We have also seen ERMAC masquerading as antivirus, banking, and media player apps. Targeted applications: And there are a lot of applications, specially banking, and then those who have used like Amazon. So stay away from the usual mode of attack/infection from this cyber actors. Check everything before you download any apps to your mobile phones. https://www.threatfabric.com/blogs/ermac-another-cerberus-reborn.html

Three-division and reigning WBO welterweight champ Terence Crawford (37-0, 28KOs) and former two-division titlist Shawn Porter (31-3-1, 17KOs) have agreed to terms for their highly anticipated title fight, which will take place November 20 atop an ESPN+ Pay-Per-View from Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas. https://www.boxingscene.com/crawford-porter-title-fight-set-november-20-michelob-ultra-arena-las-vegas--160563So we have another exciting fight in the welterweight division. Crawford will defend his belt against former champion Shawn Porter on November 20. This will be explosive as we all know how these two fighters, Porter gave Spence Jr a good fight when they clash two years ago and lost via split decision. He won against Ugas (who beat Manny Pacquiao recently), and also a W against Danny Garcia. His losses are against Keith Thurman and Kell Brook. On the other hand, one of the best pound for pound, Terence Crawford, hasn't lost, beat Jeff Horn, (who beat Manny Pacquiao, but majority thinks it's a robbery), and won against Kell Brook. So this is going to be a good fight in my opinion. I would say that Crawford has step up the plate here in fighting a hard nose fighter in Shawn Porter. I'm expecting a 12 full rounds of action packed boxing. No odds yet.

This coming weekend we're going to see another exciting fight, Warrington vs Lara II. Josh lost to Mauricio in the first fight, but at that time, he is 30-0, former champion and the huge favourite to win that fight. But clearly he was beaten in his own soil by Lara from Mexico. For sure, Warrington went into hell but it seems that he can recovered mentally as he requested a rematch and wants redemption. On Lara's part he wanted to proved that it was no fluke. You can watch the highlights of the first fight here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUKdjN9OUxgAnd here is the betting odds, Lara is no longer a huge underdog, but Warrington is still the slight favourite. I think Josh will box his way through a decision win here. He can't go brawl with Lara this time as the Mexican has the power and a tough chin as well.

https://www.badlefthook.com/2021/7/20/22585577/oscar-valdez-vs-robson-conceicao-official-september-10-tucson-boxing-news-2021After his huge win against Miguel Berchelt to snatch the WBC super featherweight belt, Oscar Valdez returns and defends his crown against Olympic gold medalist Robson Conceicao. I know some of you might be disappointed on choosing a relatively unknown boxer in the division, but I think Valdez is taking it slowly as he just move up in this division and probably still feeling the weight category that's why he chooses Conceicao. Odds are not yet out, but I reckon that Valdez will be the favourite here. Hopefully we will see another fight of the year performance from Oscar and keep this division alive.

We have another good fight this weekend between Jermell Charlo And Brian Castano for Charlo's undisputed 154 lbs. Charlo is the favourite obviously, as he is the more power puncher between the two. at 1.41 and Castano as the underdog 2.70. But we don't have other options, I'm looking at Charlo to win by TKO around 7+ rounds. We might see a knock out in the process and then Charlo going for the kill. The Charlo brothers are really making a name for themselves in the 154-160 division. His identical brother, Jermall won last month if I'm not mistaken at 160 lbs and his name keeps popping up as possible for GGG or even Canelo (if he chooses to go up to 168 lbs). image sourceSo if you are a boxing fans, I'm sure you have heard about the Charlo brothers and you shouldn't miss this fight.

Ok, so another fight that we all have been waiting for. As confirmed by Eddie Hearn, there will be a third match between these 2 great super flyweights. This year, it was a classic back and forth war, but Estrada edging Chocolatito by split decision. So now it's 1-1. They will have to settle in the upcoming trilogy as to who is the best. https://www.boxingscene.com/juan-francisco-estrada-vs-roman-chocolatito-gonzalez-trilogy-slated-oct-16-usa--158783At this point I can't make up my mind, I wanted to see Chocolatito win by Estrada's volume punching can sway the judge in his favour in close rounds. @bisdak40 - bro, what's you call on this? I know that you are a big fan of Chocolatito, hehehe
