781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO legalities in 2020? on: January 26, 2020, 11:33:52 AM
yes maybe that's why some projects that originated in America made their ico in another country, maybe because of the complicated requirements so they moved it.
even as Korea did in other countries, maybe Southeast Asia such as Singapore and others.

784  Other / Meta / Re: What did I do wrong with this debate thread? on: January 25, 2020, 12:44:22 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5220436.0

I believe there will be a soft fork in the Bitcoin blockchain later this year. This will introduce some more improvements and efficiencies to it function. I started that thread in the hope that I could provoke some interest and debate about the changes. It is topics like this that I would like to see discussed on the more general boards like Discussion and Beginners. Apart from JackG there has been no response or interest in the topic ( thanks JackG Smiley ). I'm going to give him 5 sMerit, and maybe that will stimulate some interest.

So where did I go wrong? Is the topic too technical? Do Bitcoin Talk members not care about these changes? Should I have included more details in the OP, and not left it to readers to make the comments?

the topic that you make is too difficult to understand maybe some people who already understand about bitcoin or about the topic you are talking about might be just a little, legendary, hero, sr member, just many don't understand, I don't mind if you say I am one of them  Embarrassed

May I wear the avatar too?  Cheesy

It's only available to those who do unspeakable favors to Foxpup.

maybe if I use your avatar, I will get a little luck to earn merit  Roll Eyes
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Stablecoins Promote the Mass Adoption of Cryptocurrencies? on: January 25, 2020, 07:59:17 AM
Of course, in addition to that Stablecoin can also help people who do daily trading activities or short-term, where they exchange their coins when not trading or waiting for the right time to sell / buy.
I recently also heard that one of the largest adult pornhub sites accept payments using Tether (USDT). I think this will soon begin to do mass adoption.
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020: Will XRP Permanently Dislodge Ethereum for #2 Ranking? on: January 24, 2020, 02:18:27 PM
in my opinion ETH will remain in position 2 no matter how bad the market conditions are at that time, ETH is the first smart contract and many ICOs use their coins while XRP centralized coins which I myself am not sure about their future functions, use only for making payments maybe in some countries it has received the rest ETH is far superior, so that is impossible in my opinion.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing in Alts instead of Bitcoin for far greater returns (or losses) on: January 24, 2020, 02:03:30 PM
well no one can conclude what you are doing now because we will see the results later, but yes it is a bit risky if putting all your investment in ALT would be better if you put 50-60% in BTC the rest in ALT. anyway goodluck for your investment.
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin & Its Momentum on: January 24, 2020, 01:36:25 PM
might reach 10k $ in the middle of this year, coupled with libra and telegram news and maybe after ETH was upgraded to v 2.0 at the end of the year, my predictions this year might reach 13-15k $.
and there will be another decline in 2021 then it will increase at the end of the year.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin’s Next Peak May ‘Only’ Be $80,000, Says Analyst on: January 24, 2020, 01:17:51 PM
that only prediction anybody can say what they want, but for the case of mcafee he made a statement that made the public horrendous and made a bet, yes he could have denied it because there was no guarantee that he should do that, so im not take this seriously.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WINNING THE GAME AGAINST BAD PROJECTS on: January 24, 2020, 08:22:57 AM
actually if you do your research first it is not impossible to find opportunities in new projects but yes not many of them are successful only 1 out of 20 possibilities, so you better play it safe than losing wise choices, rather than having to lose because of betting on the not clear.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gonna sell my stock assets and invest in these top currencies. Suggestions? on: January 23, 2020, 12:09:34 PM
It seems like you have learned a lot before investing and just asking for a few suggestions, unlike most people who don't even know anything about the coins they are going to invest, I think the coins you mentioned are all good for the long term except eos maybe you can replace them with LTC or XLM .
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: January 23, 2020, 08:49:01 AM
OK, thanks for the advice, and also I don't ever need to use the exchange, unless I have a number of tokens that have to be sold there and sell directly, I have traded there, and there is no problem, but that doesn't guarantee that the exchange is safe, and also coins that you mentioned because the increase is not natural.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV May Look More Like Joke, but There’s More to It on: January 23, 2020, 07:46:25 AM
I think it's just nonsense that he said to make fud or make a splashy news.
anyone can claim to be satoshi, especially if you are already famous and have a reputation so people will be easily provoked.
I am also surprised that some say the increase in BSV is purely due to demand and market conditions, which I doubt because it is very unnatural, even the BTC did not rise that high in 1 day, except for the last bull in 2017.
so I totally don't believe in that.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone trading Stellar coin? on: January 23, 2020, 07:27:45 AM
maybe your intention is to save for a long time, a trader doesn't really care what type of coins they are trading because they only do it in the short term, buy now and sell when they make a profit.but i guess trader not trade it for daily because low gain in a day so they buy and hold for a wekk maybe then sell it.
yes i think stellar is a good coin yes although there are some who say centralized coin but stellar is a promising coin.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Use of Altcoin. Do you know any altcoin that has so much potential as use case? on: January 22, 2020, 10:38:07 AM
yes i know bitcoin is the main one but we also can't ignore alt they come with various new and interesting developments, maybe for the current payment bitcoin is the main, but in the next few years maybe alt can also be used as payment, just a problem just time.
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 of the best Binance alternatives on: January 22, 2020, 08:44:05 AM
kucoin , okex, and huobi i have great experience with them as long i trade there no issue like problem withdraw lose balance or deposit pending so long.
i also like coinexchange but already close down because some reason, operational costs are too high, but they announced before ending their exchange and asking members to withdraw all their funds.
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run or Bull Trap on: January 22, 2020, 05:48:54 AM
maybe because it is approaching the lunar new year there is a reason the market is going up, yes whatever it is I think it is purely because the demand of people only relate it to the news in order to make fomo or fud.
people also predict that after the new year the market will decline again.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Altcoin Price Be Good In 2020 ؟ Is it true? on: January 22, 2020, 04:36:33 AM
if conditions are indeed possible it might happen, but we see from the market conditions first, and also the price of BTC, if btc has increased then there is an opportunity for ALT to rise, at the beginning of this year market conditions are rising slowly whether it has to do with the lunar new year or not the important thing is you have taken advantage before the increase begins, and maybe after the new year the price will go down again.
800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sinovate is the next 50-100x altcoin? on: January 22, 2020, 04:17:10 AM
maybe it will be difficult I'm not sure it could be x50 or x100, maybe you should look at other factors such as market conditions and the project.
I see the price after release and now at -74% of the price of ico, you have to see coins that have a good history to get a chance to go up x50 or x100, and this one seems to be difficult.
