1101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to NEO and ICX? on: October 18, 2019, 12:46:31 AM
NEO which is said to be the leading cryptocurrency in China and ICX for Korea hasn't really been trending recently even with development updates. I've come to realise that most altcoins see price spikes because of hype especially from influencers or upcoming news or market manipulation and not  how great the project is. I've been following NEO and ICX and I'm really impressed with those projects, but their development updates  doesn't affect price positively. What could be the reason behind this? I will like to hear your opinions if you still believe in those projects.
the first is that a project development does not always have a direct positive effect on the price of coins / tokens. need a lot of time, including investor support and trading volume in the market. I also follow NEO and I also invest there, every increase of +0.1 +0.2 and so on, always positive and just wait for the highest spike.
1102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before I Invest With Cryptoqurrency? on: October 17, 2019, 01:36:18 PM
1. Check the overall contents of the project such as a team, road map, white paper, etc.
2. Check various features offered by the project such as privacy coins or decentralized coins.
3. Check how valuable the coins are or compare with other more popular coins. if the coins have potential, of course have a multi-professional team & the volume of coins always increases.
4. To be honest, the best coins to invest are the top coins or have been listed in the top 10 at CMC.
5. I suggest you invest in established coins rather than looking for very young and newly planted coins to invest.
I say this because I personally don't have a high risk appetite, so it's better to invest safely ..
how about you guys?
all of that is true, but I have a simpler example.

i.e. see if the coins are already on the market exchange or at least in the near future with a date. and the rate of ico or tokens to be launched is also very important to consider.
1103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: October 17, 2019, 01:26:52 PM
This is my personal experience, so I originally aimed to trade with an initial capital of $ 100, I observe every day on the market, there is no significant movement. only +0.1 or less and more than that. In the end I didn't withdraw, and instead I kept hodl, so it would be a long-term investment. therefore the situation also determines for trading or long term.
1104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of tokens that did not update their Bitcointalk thread on: October 17, 2019, 01:23:35 PM
if the telegram is still active, or chat groups from other media are still active, I think it can still be continued. or at least the BPunty Manager can still be contacted, it will be safe.
1105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Is The Right Time To Trade Your Tokens on: October 16, 2019, 03:23:09 PM
of course when the token has passed the public sale and has also been listed on the market exchange. if not, token trading is a waste, unless you invest in the token when the pre-sale starts.
1106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you lend in cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2019, 03:18:41 PM
Would you give a loan to borrowers in cryptocurrency?

If yes, in which cryptocurrency:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Stablecoin (please tell us in which)
- Libra
- Maxit (https://maxicreditcompany.com/whitepaper.pdf)
- Other (please tell us in which)

This is a difficult question, because the estimation of crypto to fiat is always changing. if the benchmark is how much crypto is lent, it will be difficult because the value can change and we can lose or profit. but if the estimation is the amount of money borrowed, it will be fairer.

for that, it is more like bitcoin, because bitcoin is the largest crypto and is also best known by almost everyone.
1107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: October 15, 2019, 03:25:03 PM
Hi, many people are still complaining how many ICOs ended up as a scam.
The cryptocurrency idea is to create a free worldwide decentralized ecosystem. Free for all, for honest but also for dishonest people. It is free market and you should protect yourself before losing your money. You don´t like it? Then you do not understand crypto.

I agree with this statement, that all activities in the crypto world are very free and there is no set at all. including the statement ico which ended scam, it is detrimental to investors and participants, but this is the reality. we are taught to be the strongest in the jungle (figuratively)
1108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I talk about market problems? on: October 15, 2019, 03:22:19 PM
I just want to know, about market issues.
1. Reasons that make you survive or still believe in this market?
2. Is this what is called a market cycle, I mean back to the time before bitcoin reached the highest price in 2017? or maybe like 2014, 2015 or 2016? because I'm not there yet.
3. Why has the recent rise in bitcoin prices not affected the market situation for the better or had an impact on the rise in altcoin prices?
4. In your opinion how to overcome the market situation so that it can be stable again?
the reason that no one buys anymore, it can be ignored. because so far the crypto trading market is still active and has never shown a vacancy. Market activity is still going as usual, and I think it's just a matter of time.

that's the reason I'm still staying here.....
1109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: October 15, 2019, 03:17:23 PM
What is the most reason to buy new token or new coin, to trade it in the market or to spend it if there something to spend it?
I am talking here that token or coin already listing in exchanges.
And not tokens exchanges such as BNB.
What you think?
if it's possible to use it as shopping if there's anything to spend, I think that could be the main reason for coins to grow and survive. and in exchange, trading is also a positive thing if the coin continues to be stable in the market and can survive.
1110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 14, 2019, 12:35:35 AM
this is my current investments. do u have any suggestion

20k$ = BNB
20k$ = ADA
20k$ = EOS
20k$ = XEM
20k$ = NEO
10k$ = XRP

NEO is good, but why is there no XLM on your list? I think XLM has the potential to rise to the moon, and I have also included XLM in my portfolio, even though I also have NEO.
1111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 14, 2019, 12:31:49 AM
New projects make good news of good things to happen
Are they all right ?
Or are they all just chanting slogans ?

REALLY!!!  What 's going on ?
If you know a good project ,NAME IT !!!
there is no guarantee of a good project for this season. although there will be a good project later, and the rewards that will be obtained later are also large, but the biggest obstacle is the process of listing tokens to market exchange. and all that will be in vain if the process is always delayed, and even forgotten by the team.
1112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Over 2000 Projects Reviewed – 640 have not published a single Code in 2019 on: October 14, 2019, 12:28:47 AM
Apologies for the long thread title. Btw, I recently came across a report by CoinCodeCap and I found it fascinating and want to share with others o'er here.

Here are the key findings :
Main findings –

Quote
More than 640 cryptocurrencies did not publish any code in 2019.
Yobit is top exchange for these coins, list 62 such coins.

The combined market cap of these cryptocurrencies is more than $415 million. (415,341,340)

Proton Token with the highest market cap (84,989,086) has not published any code since 2018. (This data is from Nomics APIs)

What's more interesting is that, Majority of these projects were launched in 2017 with a truck load of promises. Today, The story is different.

What's your thoughts on this? Feel free to share.

I also reached this information today. No code means these projects are dead? Or Project team just waiting a bull market for adding new codes?

It is not easy to answer, but it is easy to say that both situations are sux.

You believe a project, a project team = group of people, and you invest on them. As a result you get nothing. They may disappear, may wait the bull market which can come 1 years later. Or 2 years?

It is why IEOs are a good for community. I am not talking about the prices of the coins. Talking about the project development. Exchanges are following these IEO project closely to make sure that they chose the right projects for their exchanges.

We can complain about the prices of the IEOs last 1.5 month, but we can not complain about the project teams of IEO projects.

yes, there is no code meaning the project is dead, and that is the reality. the truth is when the project has been running for more than 1 year and the team only says "soon" for the listing process, it is just their alibi because actually they don't have a definite date when the coins will be listed.
1113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8 Ways to Make Money with Bitcoin in 2020 on: October 13, 2019, 01:20:30 AM
I think that method is no longer effective, from various faucets or web websites, it is mostly scam. for minning is also very expensive. in my opinion the way that still makes sense is investment or bitcoin trading.
1114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience from day one on: October 13, 2019, 01:14:36 AM
I already made a few dollars from the bounty from 2017 to 2018. Yes, indeed these days the bounty looks very difficult. for airdrop, I only get it once and of all the airdrops that I followed, only that one made it to the withdrawal stage.
1115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes you still join the bounty campaigns? on: October 13, 2019, 01:07:30 AM
the reason I'm still following the bounty campaign is because the first money I got was the result of the bounty. So, even though I am currently experiencing a lot of scam problems, but I am sure the bounty will return well, for whatever reason.
1116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers, the biggest crypto problem on: October 12, 2019, 01:45:08 PM
Just like i used to include in my points that scammers is the main problem crypto is facing presently i come across this news on the internet today about how scammers keep on contrarily influence the digital currencies. As indicated by Changpeng Zhao, the CEO and originator of Binance, there are in excess of 1,500 Binance con artists on the expert informal community LinkedIn. The quantity of Binance scammers on LinkedIn can in the end arrive at 1,605. Now imagine how big scammers are damaging crypto

Full news here
https://usethebitcoin.com/beware-of-crypto-scammers-1500-scammers-impersonate-binance-on-linkedin/

It is the biggest problem that we cannot fully stop even in fiat scammers are rampant but in crypto currencies they are more active as they have plenty of scheme on how to steal the others money.

That is only one of their scheme, copy the image of big exchange or reputable project and they will do their best to exploit money from inexperience crypto users.
I think it's time crypto must be based on law, so scammers will think twice if they want to commit fraud. if there is a strong law, then every person or project that will start will work to its full potential.
1117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you sell your entire crypto right now with 500 percent profit? on: October 12, 2019, 01:42:49 PM
no, I haven't given up. I am even ready to increase my investment again in the near future. because I believe crypto will grow again, and when that time comes, people who are currently giving up and selling tokens / crypto, will regret it.
1118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why promoting scam project After confirm? on: October 12, 2019, 01:36:03 PM
as I know, if a project is indicated to be a scam or stops, or there is no continuation, it will usually make an announcement in the main thread and the bounty manager will confirm it. (based on what I experienced some time ago).
1119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dump Moved in the midst of Bull Run on: October 11, 2019, 12:06:36 AM
but if we look at the recent trade of bitcoin this end, there are actually more who sell than buy. if it continues like this, I think the increase in bitcoin will still be delayed unless someone buys with high qty.
1120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 11, 2019, 12:03:16 AM
I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me,
Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
What you think?

indeed the reward that is obtained from the bounty. if it's fair, then it's not fair but that's the reality. I also worked for 6 months and only got $ 40. is that fair? if it's estimated by the work done, it's not fair.

but again, that is indeed the reality of the bounty that has recently happened.
