lol, with 10$/share we're paying him 20 to a 100 times what we paid for shares ;-)

for reference, when I bought my first shares in november they were like 0.5$/share and the last shares I bought were 0.14$/share. Didn't he mean per 1000 shares because otherwise......

His total profit is -1.02 so not very lucky yet ;-)

They would also need to block tipping until a confirmation if it was implemented; then there would be spamming in chat about that....

That lucky bastard Wink
Completely depends on whether or not the bet amount was constant or increasing... If it was the same throughout the 45k bets then he lost big time but I have a feeling that isn't the case so congrats hui  Smiley

Site down here. Any answer from OVH ?

I haven't seen any response from OVH yet.  la revedere ltcgear.

Edit: http://status.ovh.net/?do=details&id=8532

that problem started the 16th....

EDIT: The incident ip range 167.114.102.0/24 is very close to the ltcgear.com ip address 167.114.102.178 but I'm not very versed in ip ranges etc so I don't know how close physically this would be.

Mistery solved :

Quote
Details We have an electrical problem in one of the racks of the network (T02E22).

Diagnosis is in progress.

Not really; that problem started the 16th so unlikely to be the reason for ltcgear going down today.

AFAIK Con fixed it so you don't need to use a seperate port for tubes/prismas so just use the normal 3333 port from the op.

EDIT:
News updates:

1. I'm planning on consolidating the pool instances into one now that the broken stratum implementations should be able to mine on the main pool. I will run the main pool on both ports (3333/3334) so that people won't need to change their miner settings, but the pool stats for the "tube" pool will simply point back to the same stats as the main pool. I'll keep all the existing links also but suggest that anyone starting up new miners or workers point them to the default location: solo.ckpool.org:3333 . I'm also adding port 443 as an option so now ports 3333,3334 and 443 will all work.

2. In addition, I'm going to give advance warning that I will be taking down the testnet pool in one month's time when the paid subscription for that VPS expires. I can't justify running the pool for free when people happily mine on it and don't donate anything (no I'm not interested in testnet coin donations). So unless someone has a burning need for this service and is happy to donate a few decibitcoins to keep it running, I will shut it down.

3. The provider for the main pool has a scheduled hardware upgrade planned for December 4th at 7:00:00 AM UTC. Due to the timing of the upgrade and timezone differences, and the planned downtime on their end, the pool will be effectively down for maintenance for at least an hour, so expect a period of outage at that time. I will endeavour to keep the downtime as short as possible

EDIT: The changeover described in (1) above is now complete.

Please tell me if you are unable to mine on the default pool now, thanks.
So you should be able to use the default pool.

Stunna & Crew,

After coming across yet another bot that steals coins via withdrawal, I'm curious how close we are to getting a more customizable 2FA?

Personally i wouldn't mind the option to set a PERMANENT wallet address to withdraw to, granted that should probably be an optional thing since ppl do lose wallets sometimes.
What if you set it and the wallet get compromised? Why not offer 2FA on withdrawals? It can be pretty secure already.
They you would create a new PD account and use a new permanent withdrawal address. Most people should be withdrawing the entire balance from PD between gambling sessions anyway. So you would know prior to depositing funds that your wallet was compromised
This! Don't use pd as a wallet but withdraw everything once your done gambling. That's what I do, if there is anything left to withdraw ofcourse  Cheesy

Didn't he use to accept paypal in the beginning? Might be usefull to look into that as paypal must have his credentials.

EDIT Still hope he is legit and we get paid but I'm losing hope the longer it takes with the bs eta's

well ads2003, seems like your luck is continuing; must be pouring where you live  Grin. Congrats once again!

EDIT: rented something like 400 TH this time looks like.

@Con/Kano Seems like the best share reporting isn't there at the moment; back to the old version because of memory leaks or resetting?
