801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: August 14, 2018, 10:20:40 PM
We all know how risky bitcoin is. Let's imagine the most riskiest money deposit situation.
What do you think guys, will this moment ever come and banks decide to offer us Bitcoin deposits (e.g. fixed profit on 1 year deposit and etc).
This can be very, very profitable for banks if they make correct decisions.
P.S I don't mean freebitco.in's offer of holds on their wallet. I mean if official banks ever offer us this service.

I believe it won't be possible. Bitcoin is extremely opposite of a centralized type of system like banks. Having said that it is riskier, since banks are sensitive when it comes to investments, I guess they will not engage with bitcoin. Personally, I really notice that they are very strict  in every transactions. Even though they will earn lots of profit from using bitcoin, the effect if once they encounter problems may be very huge for them that will result to some financial problems.
802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we don't get quality Bitcoin users anymore? on: August 12, 2018, 11:21:03 AM
Maybe I'm wrong but I have the feeling that with Bitcoin price growth we have got a lot of new users who are not honesty and passionate interested in Bitcoin but only in fast, instant profit and if they don't get it they got disappointed and give up. Some of them don't even bother to get some basic knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. That is also the reason why we see so much panic selling when the price dumps. Is that only my feeling or do you think that also?

I also see some users like that. Though we cannot blame those people. It is their own way in using bitcoin. It is really true that if you simply focus on earning and gaining some thing, you forget what is the most important through the process. I believe learning and understanding must coexist at the same time with earning. Also sharing what you had experienced and the knowledge to other users is really great. Though you really cannot please everybody.
803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys please no more talk of Bitcoin better than gold on: August 12, 2018, 06:39:00 AM
Each thing is a thing to itself. If you say btc will replace gold you are saying btc will replace all metals of value. It
Makes no sense. Will Bitcoin replace bonds cause btc can have a higher yield. Remember, some day btc is replacing tulips at the moment. Open your minds a bit more and realize btc is not the end all be all. I love it, and have quite a bit, but I also have a safe full of gold. They are two separate entities, at one point it was confiscated from the people of the us and was illegal to hold. Those of you who keep saying this make me think you are not diversified and it's not always a good idea so stop this stupid gold comparison

I agree. People should not think too much about bitcoin dominating the economy. Bitcoin cannot replace fiat currency and so most of all the metals with value. People should simply hope for bitcoins acknowledgement worlwide. Its acceptance by the government and be part of the economy transactions. Be an another means of transacting and in circulating in economy. Serving as another means to earn and invest for people. Lets not make bitcoin too greedy.
804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as World Currency... (new pictures) on: August 12, 2018, 04:39:23 AM
for those that still actually think that bitcoin is going to be the monopolistic future world currency

this is how it will look like,

marketing slogan looks also familiar with the mindset of many bitcoin supporters.

This will be your Donald Trump of your Bitcoin centristic fantasy dream-World

its not even an exaggeration its actually a precise description of the social means of the worlds society ruled by monpolistic bitcoin

Firstly why would people want it to be monopolistic? Bitcoin must not be the one who rule the economy by future. What people should transpire is for bitcoin to be part in the circulating currency. I belie bitcoin won't dominate the world. First and for most, of course, government will not allow it. Also bitcoin is far from acceptance from all countries. It should just be a part and a help in the system not to compete with the fiat currency.
805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How foolish are people who invest in Bitcoin? on: August 10, 2018, 01:47:35 PM
How many idiots who decided to invest in bitcoin!!!!!!!

It is necessary not to watch as he grows from 15000 to 17000. This is a visual illusion.
And as it grows from 1.5 to 1.7.....

In recent days printed 180 million tether and still no big growth....
Lending on the stock exchange came to a billion dollars.
The credit rate on the day was a record and more than the 0.103%.

This means that the market has reached its peak. The price of cryptocurrency maximum.
This is the moment when you have to sell everything.

So began a process of growth needs the infusion of more money.... They're gone.

I think the joy of endless growth to an end this weekend.

Nothing in this world is eternal and permanent.....
And rising prices of bitcoin are not eternal.... all ends already.....

I don't really get this post. Investing in this newly introduced system really takes risk. It only just began and people are trying, testing and want to know how the system work. Being the first decentralized system and cryptocurrency will really need time to adjust for the economy. I wonder the reason why you entered bitcoin. If you also invested here then you also consider yourself a fool? I also believe that there is one thing permanent in this world and that is CHANGE.
806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become the reserve currency of the world? on: August 09, 2018, 01:08:44 PM
Do you think Bitcoin will become the reserve currency of the world sometime in the future? I was wondering about this since Bitcoin is now a widely used cryptocurrency worldwide. Since most altcoins in the market today, are dependent on Bitcoin's price movements, it seems like Bitcoin is the reserve currency of cryptocurrencies.

However, if Bitcoin tends to become more popular each day, it could eventually take the USD's place as the reserve currency of the world. Hence, what are your thoughts about this? Will it happen or not?  Huh

I guess being accepted by some countries, we can assume that cryptocurrency will be part of currency circulating the market in the future. Well I guess it won't replace USD since it is the main currency being use already. It will be hard for bitcoin to overtake USD. Though maybe bitcoin will at least compete with the USD. As of now, I believe Bitcoin is only accepted in fewer but known countries and so it should focus first to be acknowledge worlwide.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin go under regulation on: August 08, 2018, 06:51:21 AM
Many government are seeing Bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a threat to their financial system and they think it should be regulated to solve the problem. Do you think they can regulate Bitcoin ?

I believe they cannot. As a decentralized type of payment system, bitcoin's users are anonymous hence cannot be traced. Having said that, controlling or regulating its use seems not possible. The only way for the government is to ban its use in their country or limits its usage. Since they won't know if their citizens use it for good or not, banning it will be mostly an action governemnt will take. At least, I hope bitcoin will first be accepted worldwide.
808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency? on: August 07, 2018, 02:07:41 AM
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

I believe it is not. As what you have said, only few countries already acknowledge its use. And I believe there are still citizens of this country who does not know or even use cryptocurrency. Enough information and education should be done. Also, as long as there are people who will use it negatively, this will still lead to unacceptance of bitcoin. Unstableness amd opposition of governments will make it difficult for bitcoin, but I hope it will happen.
809  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Worst Case Scenario for Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2018, 07:15:00 AM
This is a known fact if the price goes up it will surely go down. What happens if the price of Bitcoin falls to $1000 in 2018, will this be considered as a Worst Case Scenario or something else?

I don't think it can be consider the worst. I believe the worst case  scenario is the total shut down of bitcoin. I think as long as there are people who support and uses bitcoin, prices may vary and continue to fluctuate. If bitcoin does not atleast develop and advance the system, it may result for its downfall. Some problems might also include bitcoin's might stop spreading and be acknowledge worlwide. I guess things might fall sometimes but it will rise again. Lol
810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No women in Bitcoin you say? on: August 05, 2018, 01:30:42 AM
But the biggest fuck-up of all: Lightning Network / Lightning Labs is led by Elizabeth Stark.  If you like train wrecks, get Elizabeth to lead us there.

You can see for yourself how Lightning works...

So there are others who want bitcoin to discriminate gender? I believe any one should have the privilege to use bitcoin. Personally, I've read that when it comes to holding or using money, woman is much more better. Well, I guess it is supported by some countries where a mother budgets the daily expenses for their family. Well I think no one knows that there might be woman in bitcoin since the identities are anonymous but I believe they are here.
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: August 04, 2018, 01:58:47 AM
Technology believers believe that bitcoin is the mission of decentralization, the future of the world currency.

BTC just need, relative scarcity and the manufacturing cost, nature has the price, the price is the fluctuation, as long as access to the securitization in the human history of human use of the most profound institutional invention, the currency is likely to generate huge profits.

You have a lot of money and you have followers. With followers there is a crowd. The masses will naturally divide.

With differentiation, there is naturally a blank majority. Naturally, there are evil men who have been swindled. Nature has its center and leadership.

This is the history of bitcoin's journey along the way, which is why the BTC creator went to the center to turn the government against the pursuit of liberalism.

But on a philosophical basis, technologists are wrong.

The beginning of human birth is said to be monkeys. No government, no center. No money, no inflation. Government is not the product of power, but the government itself is the product of liberalism.

Because freedom must be evil, freedom itself creates chaos, and chaos leads to the pursuit of order, thus freedom produces power and bad power transition to good power.

In the world of BTC, new centralization has begun:

Global mining is concentrated in the hands of a few. The maintenance and development of bitcoin is concentrated in the hands of few digital farmers. The influence of virtual currency is concentrated in the hands of a few big v.

They are the new army, the new bureaucracy, the new emperor. Are these people trustworthy?

The emergence of BTC is a technological advance in the history of human currency. It makes up for the deficiency of the existing monetary system and should also promote the reform of the existing monetary system.

Like insurrection, it is either extinguished or assimilated into the long river of history.

As of now it seems impossible. But in my opinion, I believe it may happen. Though it will take a long time. Due to its volatility and illegal issues involved, it blocks the way for the cryptocurrency to be accepted  wordwide. I believe we users should be the one who helps bitcoin to be accepted by all countries. Well again this is a matter of perception. More forums and making part of the schools curriculum helps bitcoin taking its steps towards future.
812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you do when someone say bitcoin is illegal thing? on: August 03, 2018, 01:15:18 PM
Most of the common people think that bitcoin is used only by hackers and criminals, even one of my friend said that it is used by hackers when I am telling about crypto currency to him.Later I explained what is bitcoin and other crypto currencies but still he confused,he can only get what is bitcoin when he research about himself.

In this situation how can we explain that what is real bitcoin?

In my opinion, it is really the best if you personally do an extensive research if you want to know something. Ask questions and seek answers by yourself. You can give ideas and facts to guide him more. Well it is really oneofthe problems of bitcoin. One of the reasons why some countries still does not acknowledge its use. Try to make examples or explain in a simpler way. Always remember that each person perceives differently and that's why opinion exists.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryptocurrency Stand Without Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2018, 08:42:40 AM
I mean Why bitcoin? Why waste huge energy in mining. As everyone know bitcoin is useless in terms
of usability.
My question to bitcointalk users :

Is this possible that any altcoin become no 1 on coinmarketcap and bitcoin disappeare

I think this can be possible, what you think so comment below...

I guess it is but it will take a long time to happen. As we all know, bitcoin is consider as the pioneer in cryptocurrency. Having said that, bitcoin makes a huge impact in the market. Opens a newly developed system to earn. This idea makes bitcoin's name be on top. As long as bitcoin continue to grow and acknowledge by more countries, it will retain its position. Well it is really a competition in the market so I believe other cryptocurrency will also be competitive.
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin Die because of global Regulations? on: August 03, 2018, 07:03:10 AM
Frist China want to ban all the foreign exchanges in their country.
https://www.ccn.com/china-looks-ban-centralized-cryptocurrency-trading-reports/

then France Creates Working Group for Cryptocurrency Regulation
https://cointelegraph.com/news/just-one-person-found-to-have-caused-bitcoins-jump-from-150-to-1000-in-2013

then German Central Bank Director: Crypto Regulations Must Be International
https://cointelegraph.com/news/german-central-bank-director-crypto-regulations-must-be-international

Also India already setup a board for crypto regulation.

What is happening all over the world?Something whats soul purpose is to be decentralized will eventually be centralized?

How much do you think a global regulation on crypto will affect the overall market in this year?

I don't think global regulation will cause bitcoin to die though it has somehow has an effect. Regulating means limiting one thing in one area. Though using the word global means it will be more spread and acknowledged by many countries, bitcoin will still continue to grow. They might regulate its usage for international purposes i guess. But overall it is somehow helpful for bitcoin. Reality speaking, some things are really need to be regulated.
815  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would be your wish for BTC ? on: August 01, 2018, 09:05:53 AM
I have seen several post which speaks btc is not dead, whether investment or not, whether it is really for risk takers or not and several of these topic triggered me to come to the point that in deed if one had a wish for BTC, how will that be for bitcoin?

I wish for its stability. I believe once bitcoin become more stable, it will be acknowledge by everyone. Being accepted as a new medium for transactions all around the world is the most successful thing for bitcoin. I hope developers improve and develop more the bitcoin system. I wish for Bitcoins' continuous growth and advancement. I also wish Bitcoin to be clear from any issues and continue to help people be successful financially.
816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung announce to accept crypto and blockchain payment on: July 31, 2018, 10:01:40 AM
There is good news to customers in the Baltic nations of #Latvia, #Estonia and #Lithuania,as #Samsung (one of the largest technology company in the world) has annouced to accept crypto and blockchain payments in the region using the Lithuanian-based payment platform, CopPay
I hope more major platform continue to accept digital currency payment.

This is really a good news not just for the citizens of those countries but for bitcoin itself. This only shows the continuous growth and wide spread of bitcoin. Being accepted by a well known brand of technology serves as a huge step for the advancement of bitcoin. This may probably be done also by Samsung's competitors and may affect also other kinds of technology. We can say that bitcoin is successful if all countries around the globe accepted it.
817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN = FUTURE on: July 30, 2018, 02:11:42 PM
Who is that person who would not invest in his or her future? what awaits such kind of person, i asked about 50 friends and their answer was POVERTY, some says DISASTER.

It is normal for people to be scared as they are not sure of what the future holds, they panic, they fear as no one knows tomorrow, we are uncertain of what would become of us in the next 10 minutes.

The only way we could atleast be sure of a better future is by investing greatly into the future, we invest our resources, our strength, we go against our parents sometimes to pursue what we think is better for us that would be beneficial to our Tomorrow.

                                                          BITCOIN = FUTURE

I believe so much in Bitcoin that i staked all of my resources, i had to even talk to my wife to allow us sell our house so we could invest in our future and that of our children and i must tell you that it is really paying off, we bought 5BTC this year when it was dip around 5000 dollars, and i believe you all know what the price of BTC IS TODAY... This is my first post on this platform, i'd decided to do this so as to have a platform to refer doubters and people with no foresight to when BTC hits 100 thousand dollars before middle of next year 2019

I also argee to this. Being introduced as a new way to earn money, bitcoin will probably a step in our economic development. Some government also already accepted its use in their country. Now, bitcoin continuously spreading across the globe. More and more users try and advocate its use. Bitcoin should avoid and clear some issues and keep its good image. As long as it continuously improve its system bitcoin will be part of our future.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? on: July 30, 2018, 03:15:48 AM
How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? There are people using very fine techniques like selling bitcoin cash in name of bitcoins using confusing websites name. How to be safe from such scams ?

Be responsible for the safety of your account. Don't tell anyone about you using bitcoin as much as possible. Don't trust others easily just because they states too realistic facts and opinions. Do own research and have extensive knowledge. Be cautious in everything you do. Be skeptic and suspicious in somethings is good. And always make sure you think twice before you decide. Think before you click. Prevention always starts from your ownselves.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How have you impact people with cryptocurrency knowledge on: July 29, 2018, 01:59:01 PM
I have always see people talking about advancement and recognition of bitcoin and cryptocurrency to all. But majority have done nothing to proclaim and encourage people to know about cryptocurrency.
Please in your own little ways what have you done to impact the knowledge of bitcoin and cryptocurrency to people.

The volatility nature of cryptocurrency makes people fear to try bitcoin. As long as there are issues such as its use in money laundering and being prone to illicit activities limits its impact. Users should advocate and educate others more about facts and legit benefits of bitcoin. There are lots of medium to share knowledge and interact with others. Though always remember that you cannot force or please everybody to accept everything you say.
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: July 28, 2018, 12:25:54 PM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.

You can't blame anyone. Bitcoin's volatility is intense. As long as it is not stable, people will become cautious in investing. Yes it is true that those people who became rich took different risks but there will always be someone who won't do that. People tends to be skeptic in everything more likely when it comes to their assets. It is how they want to do it. Simply give them lessons and facts and let them decide for themselves.
