921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand? on: January 23, 2018, 06:39:25 PM
at the beginning it took me some time to explain people about this market.
i wonder:
when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand?
It is funny to say that after all this time that I'm using cryptocurrencies, I still cannot even explain clearly to other people what bitcoin is. I have a forethought that "they won't get it, so what's the use?" I have tried to explain it to my mom and I don't know if she's getting my point, and after days when she said something about my "job" here, I realized I did not explain it well. Personally, I am bad at explaining things, so if I will intrduce bitcoin to other people; there is a big possibility it will not end well.
922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: December 11, 2017, 01:38:34 PM
My biggest regret in bitcoin is when I earned bitcoins before but after I received it I convert it immediately and withdraw it; which is a bad idea. I never realized that bitcoin's price will be so high today that holding bitcoins is not in my vocabulary. If only I have hold even a few bitcoins before then I have more bitcoina by now.
923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2017, 01:33:35 PM
There is one time that I encourage my classmate to use bitcoin and I somehow convinced her because she already started using bitcoin and she is earning bitcoins these days. There is really a risk in using bitcoin but being brave enough to take the risk will not be in vain in future.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2017, 01:30:09 PM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

The things you have mentioned is also things why I like bitcoin. But what makes me like bitcoin most is the openness of it to everyone. While studying or working, you can use bitcoin. Young and old are able to access the bitcointalk and they can earn bitcoins without an age requirement. As a student, bitcoin is helpful for me as it helps me in my studying in terms of my financial needs.
925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: December 11, 2017, 01:24:47 PM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?
For me bitcoin is a currency that has an own forum where you can discuss about it and by that you can know further on how to use it. Also, we can earn bitcoins in this forum. Having bitcoins in this generation is surely a new advancement that the people nowadays will need in having transactions.
926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you adopt Bitcoin - Ideology, Technology, Monetary on: December 09, 2017, 11:54:55 PM
At the first time I used bitcoins, the reason I adopted it is because of monetary purposes because at that times I am really in need of money. As I browse and read and participate in different topics, I realize that bitcoin is really a need today because as people who are living in this technology-driven generation, people are also finding ways to use technology in its capacity to do so.
927  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: November 28, 2017, 04:53:03 PM
Bitcoin is a revolutionary change for our generation and if only it is known by everyone in the world; then its scope will be larger and ot will be more useful for people. Some ordinary people who use bitcoin the bought bitcoin before are definitely have a big amount of bitcoin and some still hold it. There are also teenagers who earn bitcoins and becoming rich because of it.
928  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: November 28, 2017, 04:40:44 PM
Bitcoin definitely cannot replace fiat. There will be a lot of processes and you won't be sure if all the countries would want to implement this type of currency. Fiat currencies are the foundation of every country and consider those who are poor; they cannot even access the internet. It is impossible to happen that bitcoin will replace fiat currencies. Also, it will lose its value without fiat because fiat is the reason why we know bitcoin went up or down.
929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 28, 2017, 04:34:55 PM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

First, the main difference of real money and bitcoins is that real money can be touched or seen and we know worldwide it is used by everyone. Bitcoin, however, can be used through an internet connection. As I have observed while using bitcoin, bitcoin is easier to earn than that of real money. Even young people can earn here then start investing in bitcoin so that they can have more bitcoins to own.
930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: November 28, 2017, 04:22:38 PM
I store them in my online local wallet, and if ever I need bitcoins in my needs, I just convert them into our local currency andbthen withdraw it. I just store my earned bitcoin so its value may possibly be higher if the bitcoin's price go up, especially today. Bitcoin's price is unimaginably high and it is a good time for converting them.
931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $10K bitcoin: It is now official on: November 28, 2017, 04:12:42 PM
This is too overwhelming and bit bothering. I, personally never thought it would be this fast for bitcoin's price to rise. We never know what would happen after weeks or months, it may go up or down but still, many people continue to use this and we all know that of we continue to use it, bitcoin will surely survive. This is a great year for Bitcoin because more people have engaged in using bitcoin.
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 is crazy for bitcoin on: November 28, 2017, 04:08:08 PM
I remember that on 1st January 2017 , the price of bitcoin is about $1000, but now we can see the price is already over $7000. To be honest, that is why some people said this is bubble since the unbelievable rising of bitcoin. However, let us look back upon the history, we can tell that Email subvert the postal industry, Amazon subvert the retail industry. Furthermore, Will bitcoin subvert the traditional banking?

Above is just my personal idea.If you like or not, I wish everyone here have a nice day.

Bitcoin's price is really overwhelming this year and we can see that more people started using bitcoin. It is possible that bitcoin will replace our traditional banks because what we process and do in traditional banks can also be done in bitcoin. When everyone will have an access in the internet then maybe that's the time bitcoin will be famous and traditional banks will be less used and transactions are processed in bitcoin.
933  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: November 20, 2017, 10:42:41 AM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Fiat will never be crashed or gone. Bitcoin is powerful because of fiat currencies. We know that bitcoin's price became higher because of its value in dollars. Without fiat, how can we monitor Bitcoin's price? We have to admit that we cannot use Bitcoin today if we don't use fiat because we use fiat currencies in our country. Fiat currencies are foundation of economy of a country so it is impossible to be removed and be replaced completely by Bitcoin.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: November 20, 2017, 10:15:32 AM
I use bitcoin whenever I have it. I rarely store it because I need money and I convert my earned bitcoins into fiat so I can use them. However, I seldom earn bitcoins because I am waiting to have it on the right time. Waiting is alright especially if your expected salary will be given to you. Using bitcoin for my needs is essential.
935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: November 20, 2017, 10:12:30 AM
Bitcoin has been proclaimed dead 89 times. It has been labeled a Ponzi scheme and a failed experiment. Writers have argued for it to be forgotten and for developers to move on to greener pastures. But moving beyond this rhetoric, it’s not all that difficult to compare the rise of bitcoin to that of another technology: the World Wide Web. http://blockgeeks.com/questions/what-is-your-future-predictions-of-bitcoin/#comment-604
These people who said that bitcoin is dead doesn't see the potential Bitcoin has. Also, they don't know anything about bitcoin being used more and more people and many legit projects has been successful because of it. I believe in the near future, Bitcoin will be used by more people and almost everyone in the world will know about bitcoin.
936  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2017, 10:04:13 AM
Bitcoin has been really helpful for me as a student because I get to buy things that I want and I need on my own, without asking money from my parents. I plan to continue earning bitcoin in college so it can help me support my studies together with my parents. Also, when I have bitcoins, my parents has a part there as a thanksgiving gift for their efforts.
937  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: November 20, 2017, 02:22:02 AM
Actually it is possible for bitcoin to lose its value. If people who use bitcoin stopped using it, that's the time when bitcoin will slowly lose its value, because it won't be used anymore. If this will happen, there's a possibility bitcoin will stop functioning and it will shutdown. I think it won't happen, especially now, because more and more people are using it and its price is rising nowadays.
938  Economy / Economics / Re: plan for the future with bitcoin on: November 14, 2017, 05:51:52 PM
now this bitcoin has a lot to use as a place of investment
but I want bitcoin as a front investment who have done it
let's share with me how to invest with bitcoin for the future

I invest in bitcoin in the future by joining different bounty's which can help me a lot in earning money. I either join signature campaign which usually takes up a month or two or the other one which is the social media campaign which involves advertising cryptocurrencies on different media platforms which depends on what you've joined in. All of these ways can help you earn and invest in the future, all you need to do is to be patient and be hardworking.
I do the same thing. As a student I really don't have money to have front investment using money by buying bitcoins, so I found another way to have bitcoins. Joining in signature campaigns help me a lot. Though I earn a little, it still somehow helps me to start holding and storing bitcoins if ever its price will rise or fall.
939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: November 14, 2017, 05:42:19 PM
Buying drugs with bitcoin is not a good idea, because it will damage the image of the bitcoin to be used for useful things and purposes. Use and spend bitcoin wisely, and as users, we are responsible for what we are spending bitcoins with. We need to be smart that if we want to use bitcoin in the future more easier, we should be made accountable and worthy to hold such thing like bitcoin.
940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: November 14, 2017, 05:38:12 PM
I believe that cryptocurrencies will replace fiat currencies in the near future, when everyone can access the internet and uses digital currencies in their daily routines. That is not impossible to happen because today, bitcoin is slowly getting popular in the world and we, users just need to continue to encourage and convince others to use and invest in bitcoin. Also, my point is that fiat wil be replaced by cryptocurrencies but it will not be completely gone because this is one of the identities in each country.
