781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 30, 2017, 04:53:48 AM
hi all,
i have seen this ico launch on another forum and i asked a few question which i don't think its clearly addressed.

REcoin is supposedly 100% backed by real-estate less of cost, etc. and they are 100% compliance with US laws and regulation which i found it puzzling.

By virtual of backing the coin with real estate constitute this coin as a securities (howey test) and as such this coin would be regulated by SEC and offering to US citizen and some other countries such as Singapore would strictly be disallowed.

Exchanges that are registered in US would be extremely hesitant to onboard the altcoins for trading becoz exchanges need to be regulated to facilitate trading of securities which is coin is obviously positioned to be.

I am very surprised with their "result" thus far, $1,000,000 collected? that's amazing for them!!

Maybe the team could clarify further how they would like to address the regulatory side of the business? I like the idea but not the implementation and hopefully we get some clarity.....

Can't you see this is all a scam coin? It definitely will have to report to the SEC. How do you believe that 1 million number? Where has this been proven?

that's exactly my concerns and the number of "supportive and positive" comments is surprising and I just want to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them response.

everything in this world can't have only positive sides, not all ideal

784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 28, 2017, 08:31:09 PM
REcoin is a new cryptocurrency alternative designed to accommodate a wide range of financial transactions and investment goals. Its security is ensured through the use of one of the soundest and most reliable currency backings there is real estate.
I've heard that Recoin is backed up not only by American real estate. Is it true? Maybe there is some list of cities/objects?

yeah. Japan, Canada & others too
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RECoin sellings are started on: August 28, 2017, 08:27:50 PM

GUYS! Have you heard something about REcoin's brand new bounty campaign?? I've signed up for it and it seems to me like a pretty good potential of free bunch of money!
Well, a free bunch of money is not likely, but in general yes, I also registered, we'll see what's going on)

not all will achieve this "free" coins, so will wait & see
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 24, 2017, 06:36:28 PM
dont really like this coin Undecided
Could u explain me why?
bacause it is based on the real estate?

at first yes, but this is an ICO, so maybe in future more people will believe in it
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 24, 2017, 06:35:27 PM
Although I'm not sure about the concept of this project, but it will be an interesting project, hopefully it can run well and good luck for you guys!
And I'm on the contrary very interesting concept) At the moment this is the most real from crypto projects related to real estate. And take just bounty system, very cool did this chip.
And what exactly did not you like?
nowadays the of real estate in the us is falling down. it's better and profitable to invest in btc or eth. even now

I'm fully agree with you, RE isn't the best now
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 23, 2017, 07:19:35 PM
Guys? Did somebody invest in REcoin? I am thinking about it, but first I've decided to wait for a few days...What do you think?
no time to wait until the rate increases. You see what happens to bitcoin in the last few months, so as not to buy a high-grade REcoin it's better to invest now

but it's hard to believe in the new ICO, so I'll better invest in btc...
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 23, 2017, 07:18:28 PM
Well guys, I've red an article on Reuters that states that real estate is not an optimal asset to invest in for the next couple of years. Are there any other good investment options for a cautious investor?

lol are u seriously???
real estate is not an optimal asset to invest

so what do you think is better? BTC maybe Cheesy Huh or other crypto? RE is will always good investment if you know where should buying it.

why are you laughing? btc is very good investment, its price is rising everyday. real estate isn't the best today.

btc is good investment but can you live in that? or cooking? i don't think so. it good if you has some money and can spend it for it and then forget for a long time about and wake up one day billionaire. RE is will always better investment that other type

so you said that you can live in REcoin, interesting...
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 23, 2017, 07:16:59 PM
dont really like this coin Undecided
Lol, why? It's better to argue, because nobody likes prooflessness!

ok. say why you like it)

Not sure, about Reuters, but Bloomberg prognses that investing into VideoGames in-game cryptocurrency would be kinda nice idea, according they've already got 10 millions $ investments.

do you speak about blockchain VR project?
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre - ICO] REcoin - the first cryptocurrency backed by real estate on: August 23, 2017, 06:53:35 AM
As far as I know real estate is not the most efficient and stable and profitable investment resource. What do you think?

yeah, you're right, but everything today is very risky. so, maybe we must give a chance to it?
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RECOIN ICO on: August 17, 2017, 02:08:47 PM
The white paper looks good (https://101recoin.com/uploads/en/Recoin_WhitePaper.pdf)

There is one important section on page 16

Mining will be required to build the blockchain
for REcoin, with miners receiving 15% of funds
emitted from the mining process, while 83% will
go toward the REcoin Trust real estate
investments.

I guess we should read this as 15% of the value invested will go to the miners. So if you invest in the ICO for 85 cents on the dollar that would imply you are not paying for the mining of the coin, right?

what you invest in coin, it's like you bought it. when you mine recoin, it's like your work with the recoin salary.
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the other crypto currencies that exist? on: August 17, 2017, 02:06:36 PM
REcoin launched bounty campaign and I'm less afraid that this coin is SCAM. I have recently registred to campaign, and I advise you to do the same.
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: REcoin. How much did you invest? on: August 16, 2017, 08:04:30 PM
Did you heard about REcoin bounty? You'd better read & invest, later will be more expensive.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RECOIN ICO on: August 16, 2017, 08:02:37 PM
also they have started bounty campaign, so now you can be not afraid about your investments.
