1281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everyone loses money when the market is down right? on: May 10, 2019, 11:52:38 PM
If you try and trade in the same way in a bear market as in a bull market then you will lose money. You have to adapt your strategy to the market you are in. For bear markets that often means shorting or just selling and buying back later.

Perfectly right supposedly depends on the traders overview how to make money either in the time of hype or in the time of bear market.
But many people lose huges because of fast downfall of price from the history of 2017 bullrun people didn't expect the continuesly down grade the price, but in the help,of their skills and knowledge some are slowly recover their loses during bear market they use marginalized to earn profits.

1283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: May 10, 2019, 02:36:03 PM
After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

Are ICOs really dead and do you still invest in ICO projects?

Nothing easy to earn money at time, to avoid loses learn well before investing sorry don't be offended, I don't believe icos really dead.
Just because you can experience to iinvest in the wrong project that's why you're so disappointed, lesson learn for this experience. Becareful choose well icos to avoid scam project.
1284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another gambling strategy! on: May 10, 2019, 02:10:43 PM
5consecutive losses before changing sides? Which means you lose many time before you get the win? I don't think it's profitable in the first place because it's 4L-1w.

I was about to say that also. I think it will just be a waste of money since you need to recover your losses first when you change side and change side doesn't guarantee you that you will win in every bet. It's not viable to adopt this strategy.

That is the reason op said prepared amount ready to lose because we need to accept nothing guaranteed strategy in the gambling.
1285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook To Announce FB Coin In Third Quarter 2019? on: May 10, 2019, 01:23:50 PM
in other words in third quarter of 2019 yet another centralized token is going to be added to the list of centralized tokens. the only difference is that this coin has a big name behind it so it can get hyped more compared to others and unless it is a stable coin we can expect big pumps out of it.

If ever this is a true FB coins launching this 3rd quarter of this year and to be include at the list in the market big advantage and for sure the devs can use the fb page to promote and encourage people to invest fb coins.

1286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what will happen to ethereum in this bullrun? on: May 10, 2019, 12:35:46 PM
bitcoin has gone up to $6200, but why is ethereum still stagnant at $170. Does this mean that ethereum won't rise again?. I was thinking of buying ethereum but if I look at it like this I might cancel it.

does this mean that ethereum will be one of the altcoins that won't rise in the bullrun this time?
it's still too early to comment on ethereum bro. try to look in more detail, not only ethereum but all altcoins also don't move. I think this is normal, because when bitcoin goes up altcoin will be red. but after that all crypto coins will be green so wait and see what will happen in the market a few days later.

I agreed bitcoin is just starting to recover and doesn't mean the queen is quick to follow to the king pump their price, be patience ethereum including altcoins will rise coming soon if bitcoin strong enough stay at 6k$ upto 10k$ according to the prediction.

1288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big is the role of the government in the development of Bitcoin? on: May 10, 2019, 11:45:25 AM
In my opinion, the government plays a very important role in the development of Bitcoin in a country. For example, a government announces that it will accept Bitcoin in that country, so I'm sure the development of Bitcoin in that country will be very fast!
BTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTC
What do you think, the Government or the community who play an important role in the development of Bitcoin?!

Of course government have big role for the development pf bitcoin worldwide because without permission of each country to use bitcoin as legal tender to buy things  and very things in that way bitcoin is useful currency.
1289  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-05-08] Bitcoin to be offered as collateral during Uber’s IPO on: May 10, 2019, 11:06:49 AM
at a time when it has taken a hit due to events such as the Binance hack.

That 'hack' didn't cause that much panic and in fact, the price of Bitcoin is relatively stable around $6k. While it's true that Bitcoin price could increase if there are services such as this one, it doesn't guarantee it. I'm not sure how many people will use it and how much money will be used up to buy new bitcoins. It might never change because people who're interested in this 'new' service already has some bitcoins.

How will a new service like this can impact the movement of Bitcoin depends on the number of users actively engaging in the platform and their volume of transactions. This service will further promote more and more speculations which can be a two-edged sword...it can be helping Bitcoin in some ways while bringing in some limitations at the same time. Anyway, this is business and for me the more business that use Bitcoin the better it will be for its long-term viability. Good thing that WCX is offering education to its users on how to trade the Uber stocks.

Offering education for this new service  to promote and encourage people to use the new  platform to trade bitcoin is preety great ideas and interesting. And obviously this new platform can help for bitcoin mass adoption for the new investors.
1290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japan as the Next Big Destination for iGaming Operators? on: May 10, 2019, 04:38:05 AM

1291  Economy / Speculation / Re: the bull run is confirmed. on: May 10, 2019, 04:17:01 AM
Hey guys, what are you thinking about this bullrun. whether this increase in bitcoin sacrifices altcoin prices. I see the volume of bitcoin trading going up but on the contrary almost all of the altcoin volumes go down. Does this mean that Bullrun needs sacrifice this time?

is this just the beginning, until everything turns green. I think all possibilities will ultimately benefit Bitcoin. what are you thinking right now?

would not say its confirmed just yet, but i agree it sure looks good. have to see if the price keeps on increasing for the next 2 months or if this run the last couple of months is just a fomo driven run.
Seems to be alot of people thinking the bear market is over and i hope its true but im not realy sure yet.

Yeah we hope that bullrun is coming very near and truly correct not comfirm until the price of bitcoin is not over 6,000$ in the market cap to become stroger to reach 10,000$ prediction.

Traders are just buying this move, most of their alt holdings are being sold for bitcoin.

they don't want to miss this train.

Traders grab the opportunity at this moment they have possible get earn huge profits at this recent bitcoin price increase..
1292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS at $36 by the end of July on: May 09, 2019, 11:51:07 PM
All EOS owners must read an important notice from the company. It remains only 2 days before the end of registration. I will leave here references to the mention if some investors have not seen.

https://twitter.com/eos_io
https://block.one/news/important-notice-for-address-registration/

About the price, I would not be so optimistic. It depends on the market in general, not only on the good work of developers.

I agree with you mate it's depends on the market demands but there was nothing possible to reach 36$ price of eos at this moment eos is in good bouncing at the market cap.
1293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How did today bullish trend affect gambling! on: May 09, 2019, 11:37:25 PM
Not much I think because people still gambling and they don't have to just bitcon only. They can also use altcoin to play gambling and you know that. Unless bitcoin price could go higher for more than $10,000 then it will give affect to gambling and betting and people doesn't have to use big money to bet.

That is right mate and I think even bitcoin too much become very expensive nobody can stop gamblers to gambling because there a lot of ways and alternative solution to continue playing gambling.
1294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin now supported by Coinbase! on: May 09, 2019, 11:31:36 PM
Two days ago, Dogecoin officially supported and listed on Coinbase. From now on, users of Coinbase can be able to store their Dogecoin in wallet app on Coinbase platform. Additionally, Coinbase also supports testnet of Dogecoin. The coin is the newest one, after BTC, ETH, BCH, ETC, XRP, and XLM supported by Coinbase. It seems that Elon Musk did not make a joke with his tweet on Dogecoin months ago.

1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Psychological Technique - Play without Pressure on: May 09, 2019, 11:13:40 PM
Playing gambling without pressure is to condition of the player mind to,play gambling for just fun not for source income. In that way is very good way to control minds to avoid psychological effect become stressful and to avoid into addicting. Because brain is the main controllers of the  decision being a human.
1296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs. EOS on: May 09, 2019, 11:02:22 PM
We are writing a provably fair lottery run by smart contract. We decided to build on top of EOS, it seemed so much easier than Solidity. Is there anyone that thinks we made a mistake?  Anyone thinks we did the right choice? The interface of Scatter vs Metamask sold it for us.

There are no mistakes from your decision build EOS on top we know ethereum is useful, for icos project but but we need to accept ethereum isn't in good stable as of now.
1297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Binance have been compromised. on: May 09, 2019, 10:36:26 PM
And now what is your opinion about decentralized exchanges after this event? I think people will finally consider the DEXes more seriously.  Smiley

DEXes are obviously more of an ideal, but thus far decentralized exchanges either lack user-friendliness or volume. I believe scaling solutions will be a prerequisite for their success. For example, OmiseGo is working on Plasma. EtherDelta and IDEX aren't bad, but they are not good enough just yet.

Yeah I agree with you yes IDEX aren't bad and also not good enough as of now, but is good for long term hold for sure in the near future they follow to the top rating coins in the market cap.

1300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 08, 2019, 11:55:30 PM
What other cryptocurrency are you using and which casino are you playing at? BTC is getting to expensive to be depositing and playing in just BTC.

Yeah because bitcoin is getting too expensive their price then you we can use altcoins, I can use dogecoin or litecoins.

Its only going to get more expensive as the price continues to increase.
I just sent a BTC transaction and it cost me about $1 which is about 99 cents too much.
For this reason alone I am not gambling as much since it costs me too much to send the BTC.
If the deposited amount isn't that much, a $1 fee is too much. But when it comes to fees, I'm not really looking to it as long as the deposited amount is also high.

As an alternative, you can convert it first to litecoin, dogecoin or Ethereum so you can save yourself on fees.

I agree with mate ignore the fees to avoid hurting of high transactions yes $1 is much especially if the player want to spent money a small capital for their just relaxing.
