I personally had a hobby of collecting loyalty program, discount, bonus card. I still have a big collection at home)
The biggest program was that when you have a big amount of cards - it's not comfortable to carry them. And people don't necessarily plan to visit some particular place in the morning.
Last years many loyalty apps were developed. But then another problem appeared - that you need to have each app installed for each place or each chain. And some people don't have enough free memory space on their smartphones or just don't want to keep lots of app.

I think it's combination of the interest of crypto world and making money. In general most of people became interested in crypto to make money, that's why now when the prices fell - this number decreased.

As for signature campaigns - even though I took part in lots of bounties in past, it's hard for me to evaluate it's effectiveness.
i remember one CEO of successful ICO said in the beginning of year :"Bitcointalk is not important, now Telegram rules" and they didn't have bounty
but after later when their token was on exchanges they decided to make promo campaign, and spent $170K for signature campaign and steemit, reddit, etc. it didn't give much result as it was organized unprofessionally and as I think it was a waste of money (token price only fell, but may be not because of bounty hunters sold tokens, but because of general market situation)

But in general I think signature campaign are good thing) People just need to consider them as small bonus but not as the ultimate goal

Yes but you don't expect horses to come to you, you'll need to find them, to make assumption which horses can become race horses, which horses are rare (i.e. have some unique expertise, and not necessarily in blockchain, it might be knowledge of rare language), etc.

Але я взагалі думаю що ІСО робити не треба, по-перше вже й багато ІСО нічого чи майже нічого не збирають.
Якщо є ідея токена і його реального використання - то можна було б випустити його на якійсь існуючій платформі. В різних спільнотах, наприклад ЕОС, НЕМ є "community proposal" можна запропонувати проект і отримати фінансування - можна так спробувати
або просто знайти інвестора

I don't think it will improve situation by quantity, I assume most of people will continue to write small simple posts and wonder why don't they get merit. But for some people it might be really helpful.
