I agree with you, a hard cap can really be collected. To date, more than 30% of tokens have been sold from the amount claimed. But there is still plenty of time to get to the hard cap. In general, I agree, but I think that they need to collect as much money as possible, because the more the better. Yes, they need to collect as much money as possible as the cost for developing and caring the platform is not cheap to be threaten. I think that your observation on the matter has a point as the live feed is not being constantly updated,causing this issue. There may be a junk or a bug that is causing the platform, dev teams are currently working on he bugs and analyzing that may easiy get updated.
