I would generally forbid any Ico that does not have any product that can be viewed and evaluated. This is the heart of every project, thanks to which it can win the investors or not, and on the bare enthusiasm and advertising you will not go far.

I agree, but only partly. Unfortunately, the market is arranged so that those who speak more grow in price. And we are investors, not sponsors. Therefore, you need to choose projects that will bring profit.

Unfortunately, now there are very few companies that organize ICO, having a ready product on the market. Most teams promise a "revolutionary platform based on the blockchain" or something like that. I do not take part in such campaigns.

Its more comfortable if we invest on project with good and working product. If that project back up by reputable company, its will be a good investment. Community must be want to know where project will going to be, and if project have a good and working product, adoption on cryptocurrency will more faster

Majority of these ICOs have no prototype /MVP but they're still doing pretty well. ICOs are basically ways to fund startups during their development phase and So I don't really see it as a necessity. Even ICOs with MVP don't perform upon being listed on exchanges. So the prototype may not be that important but a solid team and strong community are  much more important.

This is a true fact. Most of these new crypto base decentralized project have just a concept. some are not even feasible and practical. They just meant to run an ICO and collect funds. The probability of them to fail is high. People should be vigilant when investing in an ICO.

I do agree that as far as ICO's are concerned we need to make sure that the ICO has an actual product capable of being used or utilized by its customers or clients. Even beta prototypes as fas as I am concerned is a sign that things are going as planned and that the ICO is not a scam.

In fact, this is the correct reasoning. Projects that have only an idea are untenable. If this project does not have a famous team, you can be sure that this project will ruin you.

I agree. The project should have an interesting idea. But it is also important that there are: an experienced team, a well-developed business plan and more.

In most cases, yes, it's better not to risk and not invest in a company without a product.

In general, a token can go up in price after listing even without any product. But it is a good idea to choose ICOs with MVP only.

It can be used as one in the list of tips for ICOs investment, if i would choose i will try to find some ICO that already have some product or service because it is less risk when it have some real use value.

I agree with you. Right now there are so many projects that have only idea and looks like they only want to raise more money and nothing else.

I have an even tougher approach. I am stating as follows: never invest in an ICO. Even good projects in the current market are significantly falling in price and do not bring the expected profit.

I believe that the ICO sphere provides very wide opportunities for earning. And everyone chooses the most suitable method based on their individual situation. Who has money, invest, who does not have money - they earn money by bounty or some other way.

Your submission is quit reasonable, but not 100% correct, there are ICO without a working product that has perform quit very well, my concern at time is if you have a working product why come into the ICO platform again, but with good team and well developed realistic whitepaper I tends to follow, even without a an existing product.

In this statement that you never invest no product ICOs, I’m agree about it because you should invest to earn income or profit in ICOs that can help you sustain your needs and wants as a person.

I also think so. I will choose and trust the ICO project that already has the previous product. It will be more clear where the direction, process, progress and real what will be developed.

You're right.  Investing in a company without a product is a big risk and it's better not to do it.
