The network charges 0.1 LTC/transc for low volume transfers. We had two options: either to implement a pool fee or try to enforce a higher auto payout! I see. You're not responsilbe for the transaction fee. Thanks a bunch for your explanation. Shame on me!  |

You decide what value you wish to exchange it for and send us the BTC at your desired rate.
We will input your transaction at the requested rate. If it gets executed we will consider your payment complete. If it doesn't gets executed (example: bitcoin value falls), we can wait some more or issue you a refund with the same amount of Bitcoins.
We will add 1% to the total amount because we need to pay 0.6% Mt. Gox and the remaining balance transfer fees to our bank account.

Die Difficulity wird vom Pool festgelegt. Manche laufen fix auf 1, andere passen dynamisch an, wieder andere erlauben Dir die manuelle Einstellung... Nunja, im Prinzip sichert der Hersteller mit dem CE-Zeichen lediglich zu, dass das Produkt mit allen (un)möglichen EU-Regulatorien konform und diesbezüglich geprüft ist, es also guten Gewissens in Verkehr gebracht werden kann. Das sollte einen Produktentwickler vor keine unlösbaren Probleme stellen.*
* Es sei denn, er hat eine Massenvernichtungswaffe konstruiert oder bringt schlecht zusammengeschusterte Konsumprodukte auf den Markt.

The pool hash rate dropped to 90.8MH/s... That's perfectly good explanation for why the pool hasn't solved a block in 4 hours. Has the entire ftc network also slowed to a crawl? Thanks for the advice. You're right. The network hashrate dropped from 5.x to 1.3 GHash/s. |

We've based our offer on a IC supplier that promised us a certain price for any quantity with immediate supply. When we've placed the order with them (immediately after receiving the first orders), they gave us few FPGAs and asked us to wait 8 weeks if we want more. Since then we have continued to look for the FPGAs.
Today we've only been able to get enough FPGAs for 50 boards (from another supplier) but this is not enough to clear our backorders. We'll put these in production tomorrow and should ship by Friday.
Meanwhile it looks that we've asked every company in Shenzhen for these FPGA. Most of them are indirect re-sellers but they did not told us this upfront. What happened was that they started to ask between themselves and they got the impression that the demand is higher than it actually is. For this reason they've upped the price by 30-45% which makes it impossible for us to sell them with the discounted price of $275/pcs. We are still looking for the parts but it appears that the only certain way to get them is to place an order from Xilinx which will take 8 weeks.
Would anybody be willing to wait 8 weeks if we can sell at $275?
We have now put the Lancelot devices "Out of Stock" on our website and will not take any more orders until we can clear the backlog and find a proper supplier.

wobei verbindlich ist dann ja eh nur was die Herren in der Amtsstube entscheiden.

Bin (auch) bei 85423110 gelandet. Verbindliche Aussagen gibt's IMHO nur, wenn Du es vorher anmeldest - also als Händler. Man kann natürlich immer (auch privat) die netten Menschen der lokalen Zollstation anrufen und unverbindlich plauschen. Bei der späteren Abholung hilft es dem Herren natürlich, wenn man die TARIC schon notiert hat und ihm damit ein wenig unter die Arme greift beim Ausfüllen der Formulare. |

Diesem Update entnehme ich, dass die Versandkosten mehr oder weniger individuell berechnet werden. Tippe auf DHL, da sie von Shenzhen meist günstiger versenden als UPS. Von EMS sollte man beim Wunsch nach schneller Lieferung wohl eher Abstand nehmen... Nach meinen Erfahrungen hängen die EMS-Sendungen mindestens ein bis zwei Wochen in Frankfurt fest. Also nichts gegen EMS, nur scheinen die beim Zoll eine untergeordnete Priorität zu haben... ...

It can be cheaper: As many of you have noticed, we have credited your account with us for the shipping difference (if we managed to get the shipping fee lower than $70). We can refund the shipping difference in bitcoins or you can use it for your next order.
Or it can be more expensive: If your package is heavy, we will ask you to pay the difference.
