381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: May 17, 2018, 06:41:13 PM
As the industry changes day from day. our views as to what coins will grow in long term seem to change.
many thought XRG was it in December, then it was Tron, then people thought less

so anyways
your ideas of 5 good coins you think will grow for 2018?
Privacy and Alt Coins

I am still thinking NEO.
But I like to hear from everyone else. as new ideas help to research other coins.

more feed back the better.

Ethereum, credits, mnx, this coins does have the best platform i a have ever see, most of this coins are well maintained in the market and developers are controlling their demand and supply in the market so it wont dump.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin are scam nowadays on: May 17, 2018, 06:40:10 PM
Hello, I am new in this forum but not new in cryptocurrencies,  I started trading cryptocurrency in 2016 and my first cryptocurrency I bought that time is vergecurrency and other penny coin. And I returned my money in bundle because they have good tech and very good team..So early this year I noticed that a lot of coin is now scam and failed promises. So please if you want to buy any coin don't go to coinmarketcap only because coinmarketcap can list any coin without verifying it well, just go to their telegram group and ask questions I think this can help you stay away from scam coin...

Not all coins are scam today, there are still coins in the market that are really profitable because they are good for long term investment and their platform is successful.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum below $600 on: May 17, 2018, 06:35:54 PM
What is happening now? Ethereum is now struggling to meet the expectations on its eco-members. Anyway, within each worst situation, there is an advantage. This is the right time to buy more ethereum and make some good profit during upswing.

its fine if ethereum will decrease up to $600 dollar because the normal price is $200 dollars and we were lucky that it grow up so we can save more coins even more for the future to earn more profit.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency? on: May 10, 2018, 07:53:26 AM
What do you think, how many people are ready to sell their goods or services on crypto? Let's say that we have service which help quick and easy to build online store and sell for cryptocurrency. What kind of reasons can motivate people to start a crypto business?

I do not think so, cryptocurrency business required to have a huge amount of capital in order to be successful because the market is volatile and you might lose your business if you cannot keep up immediately.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: May 10, 2018, 07:24:08 AM
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..

That is the reason why you always need to study the market before investing or selling your coins, in order for you to avoid losing a huge amount of profit since there are different people who are not well knowledgeable and that is the reason why the market is dumping its price.
386  Economy / Economics / Re: can you imagine bitcoin as your prime currency. on: May 09, 2018, 02:22:50 PM
Every one has his own speculation about bitcoin every ideas matter. Guys what's yours.

I will agree if the government will implement cryptocurrency as our primary use because the prices of goods or products will be cheaper since bitcoins is growing its value each day in the market depending on the amount of supply and demand.
387  Economy / Economics / Re: DO NOT SELL! JUST HODL - You've not loss any money if you haven't sold. on: May 09, 2018, 02:21:07 PM
Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

Just hodl it

There is always a time where you need to hold your coin and read different positive news in order to boost up your confidence because most of the traders are losing their investment because of panic selling.
388  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price stabilizes? on: May 09, 2018, 02:15:11 PM
Bitcoin fell 70% from 19500$ peak and negative headlines had wiped out billions in value in cryptocurrencies,
But top U.S. regulators testifying before a Senate committee called for greater oversight, without proposing industry-killing measures.
That was something different from crackdown on crypto that hapened in asia, and created picture of stable asset from Bitcoin.
That news gave enough positive momentum for traders to continue investing in cryptocurrencie market and Bitcoin, and returned more than
100 billion $ back in crypto market, as we can see in the last week.

Something that can give us a little more volatility in price is Chinese New Year celebrations for the Year of the Dog begin in China
and follow across much of Asia, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Chinese mainland markets are closed Feb. 15-21.

bitcoin price should not be stable because the volatility is important in order to earn more profit in the future but we can say that stabilization is required in order for government to accept bitcoins as a currency that can be used by different people.
389  Economy / Economics / Re: Money laundering tools on: May 09, 2018, 02:13:43 PM
In my opinion, BTC is not a traditional currency like gold and silver because it does not have any use value, so it is not a credit currency. It's basically just one use, money laundering tool. The tool explains why bitcoin prices are spread across the country and abroad. Domestic money is changed into bitcoins and then physical transportation to overseas exchange for foreign currency escapes regulation and the cost of money laundering is lower than before, and the risk is low.

The reason why cryptocurrency is created is to in order for people to use it in the future, founder of bitcoins is intending to have an online currency that will be used in the future for different people and it might even chance the world.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Feeling bitter in banks? on: May 09, 2018, 02:11:30 PM
I have notice that some of us here in the forum have this kind of bitterness feeling in banking sectors. They always compare banks and cryptocurrency and to the extent that they want to eradicate banks and to be replace by crypto. Are you sick and tired of reading this kind of post?

banks will not have the chance to over come cryptocurrency because most of the people today are finding an alternative way in order to earn more income daily or monthly and one of the answer is cryptocurrency trading.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Is banking still important in the bitcoin era? on: May 09, 2018, 02:10:08 PM
Financial technologies such as bitcoin, P2P lending and crowdfunding are just beginning to take off, and businesses involved in the industry pose little immediate threat to traditional commercial banks. Banks, after all, the country's economic lifeline, so I think the bank is still very important, do you think?

yes, if there a banking system in the future where everyone will get a percentage of their invested coin then i think that it will bloom even more and cryptocurrency will continue to progress up to the future.
392  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: May 09, 2018, 01:41:51 PM
The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

Disclaimer: I'm not a US citizen, and I've not read that law

Actually, the only problem in the government is that, they are banning cryptocurrency in their country because of the drastic change of economy due to people who are preferring to invest on bitcoins more than placing their money on the banks and it reduce the fund of government.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: May 09, 2018, 01:36:21 PM
Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

Cash will never be extinct, there are a lot of people who are still placing their money on the banks and if they cannot keep up to the growth of cryptocurrency then they need to create their ow coin in order to earn profit.
394  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto market demand is increasing on: May 09, 2018, 01:11:54 PM

Its normal for the price of cryptocurrency to increase even more, there are social media's who are spreading the updates and news each day about bitcoins and because of that, people are getting interested to invest even more because of the popularity.
395  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin be banned on Philippines? on: May 09, 2018, 01:00:18 PM
Over 900 Million  pesos worth of bitcoins been scammed.

Filipino couple amasses at least P900M in alleged Bitcoin scam.
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Police have nabbed a couple promising easy wealth through popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa announced on Tuesday, April 10.
Arnel and Leonady Ordonio were nabbed by PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives – the police division in charge of high-stakes and high-profile crimes – in Vigan City last April 4 through an entrapment operation.

The scam, Obusan said, is structured like a pyramid scheme but with electronic money.

The Ordonios apparently had middlemen who lured people to invest. They promised to pay victims with their earnings every 15 days.

Fueled by the worldwide Bitcoin hype, more and more people were baited by the Ordonio couple's promises.

The complaints started piling in when investors lost contact with the Ordonios.
Whats happened  next?
Around 50 angry victims stormed to Camp Crame on Tuesday, asking the couple if they could still get back the money they had hoped would grow.

Will bitcoin be banned because of that?

I think that it is possible for bitcoins or cryptocurrencies to be banned in the philippines since there are allegations about scamming concept in that country and most of the people are losing a huge amount.
396  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin? on: May 09, 2018, 12:51:41 PM
Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?Might cross-border activity often lead to better demand for bitcoin? So bitcoin will do better in the second half of the year. What do you think?

The price of bitcoins today is down to $10k dollar and i think that it was a decent amount to invest since we are expecting for its price to reach $50k dollar before the year 2018 ends.
397  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the worst thing did you did in crypto world? on: May 09, 2018, 12:45:50 PM
i sold my NEO bag around 43$. my worst case ever i did because 2018 will be the NEO momentum .
pls give your experience also.....
Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Every coin can grow in the market if most of the people will invest on that coin so it does not mean that neo will be the only coin that has the potential to grow on a very huge amount so what i mean is, you can invest on any coin you are interested.
398  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: May 09, 2018, 12:43:58 PM
As a digital payment system virtual currency has its own reputation. Bitcoin raised as strong virtual currency in 2010. Today’s global currency is developed in different way and comparing with others currency bitcoin is like more valuable than gold. Good reflection and better control system can make more valuable in economic sector. now by the help of bitcoin selling and buying system is easier than other transection. At age of technology we can collect or hire so many proficient worker for the purpose of different sector’s development and then we can provide their salary through bitcoins because of its popularity.
On above this conversation we don’t need to worry about future of  virtual currency or bitcoins.

Bitcoins or cryptocurrency will have a bright future because of the very high demand in the market and those people who invest a huge amount will surely earn profit because it was very popular today.
399  Economy / Economics / Re: The EU wants transparency on Cryptocurrencies on: May 09, 2018, 12:36:46 PM
Stumbled upon this article today.

http://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/security/20180404STO00913/plenary-vote-stricter-eu-rules-on-money-laundering-and-terrorism-financing

According to the European Parliament, in order to fight money laundering and terrorism financing, they proposed a new legislation to regulate cryptocurrencies. Quoting from the article:

Quote
The new legislation would also require virtual currency exchange platforms and custodian wallet providers to exercise due diligence and end the anonymity associated with such exchanges. “Now we say that platform providers and those who keep bitcoins in their wallet need to know their customers just as banks do. It is quite revolutionary,” explains Sargentini.

In simple words, they actually want wallet providers to require more information from us, similar to banks.

What are your thoughts on this? Could this ever happen?

Maybe in the future, wallets will be more secured in terms of transactions, there are a lot of people today who are earning a huge amount of profit and not getting problems without further informations about the wallet holder.
400  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: May 09, 2018, 12:28:39 PM
If there is a charity accepting bitcoins do you prefer to give some of yours Huh

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

EDITED:

Yeah it a hassle for now.

Another question: But what if there is fiat will be disappear in the future and crypto will conquered the world and all payment transactions will be on blockchain system?
So is this applicable right?

if you are asking about charity then there are different people today who are begging for cryptocurrency but what's gone are the people who are able to donate their coins because most of the people today are trading in the market in order to earn more profit.
