any word on what prison he will call home for the next 22 months? I wonder if they will house him in Connecticut instead of where he supposedly lives?

Gotta be a Happy New years behind bars card we can send him!

Yeah, wish someone could tell us all about his wonderful new business that uses 10 contractors and his wife and him work tirelessly to make succeed! All detailed in his begging for leniency.

I wonder if his wife is using the glass dildo on him to get him prepared for his time!
I am still curious where the fuck the little weasel is hiding out? Is he still teaching Sunday school and where is he getting money to support himself? I would love to know!

How does this compare to one of the old 21 bitcoin miners? Seen them for about the same price. My goal is to do some small time mining with as little heat as possible.

I was reading around on PACER and found a document stating that he is ordered to pay $9,000,000 at $1000 a month! Muggles! LOL a mere 750 year payment agreement. The only problem is a typical repayment only lasts 20 years. I didn't see where that was spelled out. The cool thing is if he ever wins the lottery we will too!

Assuming he really pays the victims back, I wonder when they will decide how it will be divvied up? There was some note that the method of repayment is not decided upon yet.
I am also wondering why we don't have a right as a victim to know his current business/businesses? I am not only curious, but I want to avoid doing business with him again. How would I truly avoid doing that if he is able to conduct business as normal. I posted a while back that a family friend was convicted of similar crimes and he was prohibited of EVER being a principal in a company for 10 years. I wonder why this was not the case or at least it appears it is not the case.
Does anyone have any ideas or methods to out this so called business of his?

Did anyone happen to download the victim statements? I’m thinking that is where any entertainment lies.

Don't expect to get much from Fraser? I'm not sure how that works, but I'm sure he had time to squirrel away anything that can be attached to besides real estate.

Either Homero will somehow use this to delay his sentencing, or whoever does the deposition will finally get to see him in his orange jumpsuit ! Maybe we can convince them to take some pics? The other good thing is that J O S H fits on the knuckles of a fist. Wonder what Garza's new gang name will be Thursday, August 09, 2018 92 order Order on Motion for Extension of Time Thu 10:29 AM ORDER. The91 joint motion to extend the discovery deadline is hereby GRANTED. The parties shall have until October 15, 2018 to take the deposition of former defendant Garza. This deadline may be extended upon a showing of good cause. Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 8/9/2018. (Self, A.)
Wednesday, August 08, 2018 91 motion Extension of Time Wed 6:44 PM Joint MOTION for Extension of Time Additional Limited Discovery by Stuart A. Fraser. Motions referred to Donna F. Martinez(Cave, Sarah) The cool thing about a deposition is we will have a series of questions and answers from Josh. Should be interesting if his attorney lets him talk at all. I bet he will plead the 5th to not self incriminate.

Conference call coming up. What on earth do we need to know that we don't already know? If anyone has any suggestions for good questions I can try to submit them. The United States Attorney's Office will be hosting a conference call for all victims on August 10, 2018 at 10:00am EST. Assistant United States Attorney John Pierpont will be on the line to discuss pertinent updates, and to discuss the sentencing proceeding which is currently scheduled for September 13, 2018. Mr. Pierpont will be the only person on the line speaking. If you have any questions you would like to submit in advance of the call, please do so by emailing Ines.Cenatiempo@usdoj.gov. The conference call details are as follows: Dial-in number: 888-391-6582 Passcode: 6774443

I think the victim statement will be a big source of entertainment if there are more than 10 of them. I wonder if anyone will even remember this fool. Its almost been 4 years now. I am thinking it might be more effective to write the judge and ask why he hasn't sentenced this fool.
