The delay is actually working in the Prosecution's favor, and to the benefit of the GAWsuit as well. Trust me.  Yes, Yes, do tell! Well, besides the Victim Impact statements which are still rolling in, even more evidence is being collected. That's all I can say for now, but the Federal case is getting stronger & his defense playing the Sympathy Card for being made an Internet Meme is not going to be very effective in mitigating his sentence. GAWsuit victims will likely do much better in collecting restitution than the Cryptsy settlement did. Feds are theoretically fining Homero $10-$20 million to go towards restitution, (which Homero claims he hasn't got, but will start earning 18 cents an hour scrubbing toilets SOON ™) I thought the Federal case was strong enough that he plead guilty already? What good is more evidence? I am surprised more impact statements are rolling in? I wonder what is motivating them? For a guy with such a pervasive internet presence the internet is quiet as can be when you google Homero Joshua Garza. |

Can't believe we are four months with no future court date! Wonder what the deal is in the federal court system?

I seriously wonder what is taking so long? Usually a reschedule is like a month or so in the future. I wonder what is really going on? Has anyone called or heard what might be the next court date or what is going on?
Let's say you're a judge who loves having your balls cupped. The accused standing before you is a renown ballcupper. How many rescheduled court dates would you reward said accused? I think its more like the ballcupper paid the attorney that cups the judge's balls. For the right amount of money you get whatever you need in court I think. They are probably too busy cupping and washing each other's balls on the golf course to think about Homero. |

I am also a little confused how he was able to sell that house at HILLCREST TERRACE 0136 UNIT 2, Brattleboro, VT without having someone going after it? It was listed for $400,000!

I've been curious for a while where Josh has been hanging out at and what he is doing for work? He has been as quiet as a church mouse on the internet. I don't want to stalk him or anything. I probably live way too far away. Just wondering how things are going and where he is teaching Sunday school. Has anyone noticed anything? I saw some evidence he was in Ohio near Toledo and maybe he was living near Springfield Mass. Haven't seen much in a while though. He acts like he is living in Texas but I don't believe it.

Either this court is super busy, which I doubt, or a good lawyer gets you a lot of delays and more time on the outside. Personally I would want to check myself in and get it over with.

Uncle Stu will more than likely settle. Josh on the other hand will probably get a lengthy sentence as the good old USA treat people whom undertook fraud worse than murders. He would of been better off killing people for their BTC!
He sent @Goroz to an early grave, under the stress of having squandered his savings on Paycoin, meant to support his family after his passing. He murdered many hopes & dreams -- and the professional reputations of many former supporters, including the Frasers. So....book him now, @truckinusa! Got off my lazy butt and typed my victim statement. Hopefully I am not the only one. It will be an interesting read once all the statements are published. If you need any encouragement or help just read through a few Bernie Madoff victim statements. They are great reading material and also a great template for what to write. $1500 isn't much, but hopefully I do get it back. |

Had anyone here read this carefully? Just kinda lays out what he is looking at as far as fines and prison time. Might be old news for some. I hadn't read it. Dated in July 2017. http://docdro.id/UIqF1zGI hadn't seen this. NOTE how Garza is required to REIMBURSE VICTIM COSTS of attending proceedings!!! Last minute planes to Hartford sure cost a lot. The no-sale of Zen Miners, owned by Thomas FRASER seems to be one of the LYNCH-pins in this case. Uh, oh, uncle stu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 oh noes. Ohh that's nice..., I might grab Missys and make a mini vacation out of it.  Problem is that he is probably broke. lol I still go with the pirate with buried treasure theory. Hopefully they keep a close eye on where the coins went. I hope they have records that he cashed them all. If he did it on cryptsy of course there wouldn't be record. |
