I am curious. Why doesn't the whole "tell the truth" thing apply both ways? You guys demand GAW is truthful and transparent, yet you guys are not. You have posters literally just making things up. For example, that Scott guy has resorted to just making up facts, without a shred of proof. Most here don't bother to do any real research and present any real facts.

It was a scrap book or photo album of Uncle Stu and his family over the years, and it included many photos of Homero as well as news articles or something. That tidbit came to light when Homero jumped ship and detailed it when he joined Shinner's side and amended complaint. Crowing about how he was included in the family photos and even this book or album Uncle Stu received on his birthday. Interesting to me is that he refused acceptance of the Tesla. I recall betting that the reason he left the license plates on was because he knew Uncle Stu would not accept it and he would simply drive it home himself. It was clear this was the case because in the emails he went to great lengths to explain to sshh don't tell Elise, that he left the license plates on because he thought that Uncle Stu would want to drive it immediately. He detailed this twice or three times to her unsolicited. She never asked him, she didn't respond when he explained it the first time, and again didn't say a word the second time he said it, thus forcing him to say it a third time. Very very funny that. Fucking little snake.  I wonder how it benefitted Homero to "Crow" about his buddy's involvement in the scam? Wish there were more details about that. I'm guessing either he didn't want a judgement against him when he is out of prison or he was trying to whitewash his image before he is sentenced. Anyone agree or have another opinion? Interesting about the scrapbook. |

Doesn't seem like there is much interest in Doft. Gee, I wonder why? Maybe because these reasons.
1. Truckers are not technical people. They don't care about cryptocurrency.
2. Every trucker has a smartphone and uses whatever app they find in the market to find loads.
3. Most truckers don't find their own loads or have their own authority.
4. Trucking companies don't use brokers because they typically don't pay or they take forever to pay. If it is a business they are hauling for they have to pass credit checks since most loads are not prepaid.
5. 10% fee? Where is the savings?
6. Only 400,000 truckers are independents

My lifestyle is modest with a $50,000 a year salary working in a factory. At the time I invested $1500 in the GAW Miners Hashlets and Paycoin I was in school. I decided it was not feasible to mine with real miners in my apartment location. I made much less than $50,000 working part time and attending school. Maybe $10,000 a year. I "invested" in Hashlets with a modest $300 initially. Over the next few months from October to December I invested a little more and more until I reached $1500 worth in December 2014. I cannot remember the exact date everything came crashing down but by that time it was too late for me and my investment. I had a 100% loss. Now I don't have time to cry or worry about the $1500 I lost. I got my education in spite of a $1500 loss when I needed that money the most. That was around 5 bitcoin at the time which would be worth over $25,000 today. I frequently think how stupid I was to fall for such a simple scam that enriched an individual that did not even have the foresight to hold on to the money that we invested in him. He used it for wasteful vacations, expensive vehicles and other frivolities. Supposedly he has nothing left, which may be true, but I hope the court keeps a close eye on this. I work nearly every day 12 hours a day in a large factory. I probably will not be able to attend the plea hearing because I am over 1500 miles away in Oklahoma City, OK. I frequently check the forums online to inform individuals about this case so that their voices are heard also. My life now consists of working hard and trying to forget about this small mistake. Hopefully I do not fall victim to a similar scam since I have learned my lesson. I am a little concerned that Josh Garza is the only one being charged for this crime. There were certainly many more individuals that cooperated with him and profited from this scam that never alerted anyone to the possibility of this outcome. The financial aspect is another concern. While Josh Garza could have borrowed or otherwise acquired the finances to do what he did, the whole scam would not have been possible without the money that was provided to him by Stuart Fraser his close friend and investment partner. While Stuart Fraser may not be 100% at fault it certainly would never have been possible without his financial support and lending credibility to this scam. There was a Wall Street Journal article written about this that spelled out that his support came directly from Stuart Fraser and Cantor Fitzgerald. |

I've never been to this particular court. Last time I went to Federal court here in Oklahoma they took all your electronics. The lawyers had their electronics. I had to lock mine up in a lock box by the security station. I would totally book me a ticket and go, but I just got a feeling this judge is going to be wishy washy about sentencing. I bet that isn't even the actual date he gets sentenced. |
