Maybe you should contact your Lawyer first, the legal boundaries you seem to deprecate, are among the largest known feces infested BS you could muster....

Can someone translate this?  Where did this rant come from?

Maybe he hates Jew lawyers?

Thanksa lot man. Much appreciated.

No judging just kidding around.

I get why you're angry at the guy, yet I doubt he's a 'professional'.  So can you fault some regular guy trying pawn his silver mint to get the best deal he can?

You both tried being "Fair" to one another, you just couldn't reach an agreement, and J.W. was not playing it cool going back and forward and trying to bait you as in the exchange going back and forth.

He's probably a teenager.

I think you're being too tough on the guy for a deal gone sour. There's plenty other people willing to sell coins after all.

I'm a Libertarian, I like to voice my opinion onthe market with my money, so buy elsewhere is what I'd suggest, plenty of competition keeps the market honest.

I think no one is in the right, in this situation. Tec you couldn've agreed to escrow I mean, both transactions are  after all, not exactly "Refundable", and if the coins where in escrow he'd have some partial comfort in knowing your coins would be "half-way" there.

Then again he offered to video tape himself mailing the coins to you, so you'd have that assurance as well.

And then threw a hissy fit, and you're throwing a bit of a hissy fit on here too.

So, nobody wins, meeting adjourned.

Case Closed.

As a self appointed judge I demand to be paid too -> 19b8BGLuYtz3rwYzifCFCoJZ2ngmyTMWKg

I need to talk and communicate with a friend who's having issues and because of censorship I don't want his messages read, or become privvy to third parties.

I'm looking at PGP and what a good way to send him my certificate.

Could I use Pastebin? I can make an unlisted file, make it last 10 minutes and hopefully believe in the animal spirits that guide the internet that that text certificate will not stay on their servers.

466  Other / Off-topic / Re: Someone accessed my facebook account internally? on: December 31, 2012, 03:23:26 AM
I don't think it was an e-mail, I've had a similar spook with Gmail, where I am warned of some odd behavior with my account happened due to smeone trying to guess my pass from a place in China.

It could have been someone trying to brute force.

469  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your regrets for 2012 on: December 31, 2012, 02:30:41 AM
I regret never having had initially invested when BTC was pennies on the dollar.

I kinda regret being born.

For 2012 I don't have anything to be regretful about.

471  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BITCOIN MAGAZINES ORDERED NOV. 11th 2012 NOT RECEIVED on: December 31, 2012, 12:56:49 AM
Where are the mags shipped from and where are you?  If it's the Russian post I assure you you can forget about receiving anything early, same as Argentina.

I've never had trouble with mail from, Poland, Spain, Austria or France and USA.

My son was home For Christmas.

In his circle, buying stuff on Silk Road is high prestige. He got the Tor browser but couldn't manage the bitcoins. Dad wins again.

What did he have difficulty with?

Keeping his Bitcoins secure!

479  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [ANNOUNCE] The Bitcoin MALL on: December 30, 2012, 06:53:27 AM
Your website is called Bitcoin MALL, but there is only links to things to buy in OTHER sites, it will make people think you are trying to cheat them.

isn't that what a mall is? a collection of other people's shops?

when i go to my local shopping mall, i don't buy things from Centre Management or the information desk.

Yeah, well, when I go to a mall I can expect to find what I'm looking for in the same building, not visit the mall and then drive elsewhere with directions.
