I'm about absolutely certain that it is only one chain. However, the windows and mac wallets have not completed testing yet...

@FK Is there a better explanation?

Holy hashrate Batman!

Looks like I picked the wrong time to be without internet connection!

Я хотел бы пригласить наших российских друзей UN-EX и эксперимента DVC.

Пожалуйста, ознакомьтесь с его по адресу:

http://cryptoguild.com/

Я прошу прощения за плохое говорить.

EDIT: Can a Trusted Trader please re-verify me for DVC at cryptoguild?

Hey all, I hope everyone is well. I have missed you all, but been very busy and in places with no Internet. Imagine my suprise when I logged into Cryptsy and saw a bunch of orders fill at prices that I never thought we'd see again!  Shocked

Bummed at the dump, but enjoy picking up cheap $UNO!

Hope everyone is well!

He really didn't seem like a patient guy. Not much of an attention span. I would bet he still has quite a bit though. I wonder if many of those unmoved wallets are his?
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Current wallet 0.9.5 on: April 10, 2015, 02:43:56 AM
I've said it for a long time, we should all withdraw every last one we have on there in a coordinated fashion at a specific time, for a specific time period. That would at least allow us to know what we're dealing with.

Maybe they're doing it wrong at Cryptsy?

Trusted Traders:

# Wickedsick, one star
# IndiaMikeZulu (Mark), one star
# Edgar, one star
# Falling Knife, one star
# Bitcoin Charlie, one star

And let Mark's Experiment begin:

guys, I am a pensioner, so my budget is tiny. I have about .6 BTC coming in from our IMZ's last 'buy.' Henceforth, as an exercise, I am gonna try to buy no more BTC through the fiat-banking system!! I shall save my pennies; pay for silver bars to be delivered to Unobtanium community members and others (quite legal), and receive UNO for the bars. Go!!

m

I am confused: isn't this one of my posts? (tee hee -- back when everyone had just one star!)
Yeah, I saw that and thought I got demoted, LOL.

@Bitcoin National, that's a beautiful picture!

This has occurred at Cryptsy before with $UNO. It took them several days to get it fixed. Withdrawals were sporadic. I remember requesting to withdraw 100 $UNO and then getting 5, with the rest of my withdrawal cancelled.

Hopefully, this maintenance will be much smoother!

Anyone seen Benefactor?

Excited about CG!

Some deep thoughts I read recently about money...

Money, as defined by Lietaer, is nothing more than an agreement to use something as a medium of exchange. That’s it. An agreement. If the agreement falls apart, so does the foundation of what is called “money.”

Sounds a lot like trust?

Great news! Glad you got your UNO!

Hi TrevorS,
When you open your Uno wallet, go to Console > Information. What is the current block that your wallet is showing?
Current number of blocks = 582731
I believe the current block is over 584,000 now
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Current wallet 0.9.5 on: April 03, 2015, 01:59:43 AM
even with potato heads dropping +500Kg on the market
the wall @0.011 is still 857kg ... I'd say that is rather solid price support!
That is solid price support!

With all the positive aspects of the Unoverse, it's amazing to me that individuals dump like that instead of hodl more?

Someone above was advocating some regulation of crypto.

This article pretty well outlines why that is a doomed scenario regardless of the industry:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-03-31/government-corruption-has-become-rampant

We should do our own homework before we buy anything!

@sirsmokes That's exactly right, trade $UNO for whatever you want. That's already going on at UN-EX  Grin

Lot of cool stuff going on over here. Everybody should check it out:

Common sense and game theory. We will all do much better and accomplish more working together in our bargained-for exchanges than being a single actor trying to shyst the whole.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Current wallet 0.9.5 on: March 26, 2015, 11:21:14 PM
looking at CMC:

Ziftr coin below Uno already. Wasn't that hot last week?
Even Primecoin, Megacoin, Quark, Worldcoin, XC, Feathercoin and what not. All slipped down. It's a tragedy.
At this rate all we need to do is hold the value and 8 months from now even LTC and BTC slip down past Uno  Roll Eyes
I love the way you think!  Cool

Just sniped mdcn at .045 now I can buy some more unobtanium Smiley

How much are you looking to buy?

I forgot to post this the other day.

My vote is for a black logo. Maybe updated a little somehow, but definitely black.

There's a reason not too many people have a black AMEX.  We're the black AMEX of the cyrptoverse!

So, while we get our heads together – say, a century – the idea of nil-flationary currencies, the idea that one unit of money bought one loaf of bread yesterday, buys one loaf of bread today, and will buy one loaf of bread at any time for the rest of that century, is a really really really good idea (and so is buses pulled through the streets by the long-lunch-ocrats who got us into this mess.

(Except we did nothing, which makes us equally culpable . . . )

Does nil-flationary means no inflation? But the limited supply will rise the value of currency constantly in case of mass adoption so one unit of money bought one loaf of bread yesterday, buys two loafs of bread today.
@Baars It's difficult for us to understand a stable currency as we have been under inflation our whole lives.  Since 1913 (the advent of the Federal Reserve) the US dollar has lost about 90-some% of it's purchasing power.  What incentive is there to save under that regime?  Savings is required for future investment in production.  Because the price of wages in the United States is so high, it no longer manufacturers anything, it merely consumes. How long can that last?

A good exercise is to do a startpage search for purchasing power of gold. It is realtively unchanged over the same time period.  Gold is a real currency...it can't be printed
