they should be more focus on advertising their company thru social media or most likely a way that people can easily know what the C Estates is. we all know that nowadays people now can access easily to the internet, it's more easy to advertise thru social media for my own opinion only.

this is a big challenge to the team, how they will introduce the use of blockchain/ bitcoin to the public in order to use such currencies vs local money. we all know that not every people here in phillipines can afford, instead they use bank financing to acquire a properties. bank should have a good idea in this case...
