With cheap and faster transactions, smart contract opportunities ETH is better than almost every other coin. My guess is at the of the 2018, ETH price is above 4000 usd. if bitcoin is expected to be 100000 usd at the end of 2018, keeping same exchange rates with now Eth has to be 3900 usd by standard. so we'll keep watching.

experts are expecting a price for bitcoin like 100.000 usd, so bitcoin is going that way,  maybe with little corrections it'll continue to increase, More and more people are entering to crypto world and making trades with bitcoin and altcoins. Also big firms are investigating bitcoin shopping opportunities, in germany bitcoin has future contracts so we have an ocean to go. This all means : bitcoin is not a bubble.

Ether delta is working (if you say that "working") very slow and bad. People are losing some ETH's during the transactions,
and a few moments ago my friend sent some ETH with 60 gwei gas price in 9 minutes.
Thats bad.. hopefully it will lose some momentum in a few days.

I think if you have time and good instincts, trading is way better than investing. But if you a white collar worker, you don't have enough time (probably) to follow the market and make the right move at the right time. So in that case investing is better.

A dump won't be a surprise those who are following Bitcoin this year, I think before 2018 it will rise above to 20000 Usd and turn back from there to 17.000 usd.  But my 2018 forecast is 100.000 Usd (not just hit and decrease, steadily stay in that line)
