What does the Windows download contain? Does the exchange run as a dedicated program instead of running in a browser?

What about the trade volume requirement? Does Ternion require a certain trade volume from previous exchanges so that the coin / token will be considered for listing? I don't have the information about that sorry, but considering binance or top ten exchanges, 35k is not high i think. |

Nodes receive tokens as an incentive so I guess that gas will be paid with their token, not with a different token like GAS with NEO or VTHO with VET. Which model is the best? I really have no idea  I don't think there is a better idea. Just some different approaches. Personally, i don't like a second token like Gas. Too confusing. me too. I dont prefer projects creating another coin for transaction fees. eth way is better for me. |

What i am loving is that this is Estonian project, because that's very crypto-friendly country that was planning to make their own national cryptocurrency.
Estonia is trying become a hub for tech startups, lots of my friends moved over there for this reason. Also Estonia supports crypto currency as a country. |

Transportation is big business. Emerging market like India can utilize this platform since rise of smart phone infrastructure.
Btw, where will they launch the platform? I assume in the US, since they already have an operating company there. Do they plan to expand their activities to other countries later on? As far as i have known, they will start in US market for starters, after being successful maybe they can expand into europe or rest of the world. |

The listing before having anything ready, not even the mvp is not going down well. In 2019 if im remembering right there should be some module going live as well, by what the time table was saying. I agree and i have the question, why invest in a project that doesn't showing a product. before listing in an exchange a mvp is a must for success. |

Will the KYC procedure be optional (case to case basis) or it is definitely required in order to use the exchange?
some exchanges require KYC for a certain limit but maybe if you will just withdraw or deposit in small amount, there's no need for KYC. but was looking for their exchange, not yet up? it says from the roadmap that by this time, they already launched the exchange??? Demo exchange is in their website, and the beta version will be coming soon, there is a limit for kyc in Ternion too, 1000 Euro or equivalent amount. |

Okay, so we have an interesting case here. A decentralized exchange with fiat withdrawal and KYC/AML. Benefits of a decentralized exchange are typically not having KYC/AML and transparency of transactions. Can you really call it decentralized when it depends on KYC/AML and an interconnection with a centralized exchange?
That's really controversial from this point of view, i don't like kyc or aml procedures while everyone is mentioning anonimity, decentralization or other concepts of crypto currency. |

Why have Ternion chosen to raise money this way? Binance are making millions of profit on listing fees and commissions, and now they are building a decentralized exchange too. Not that I do not wish them the best, but the Ternion team have no time to waste. Funding or not, they have to continue developing or be doomed.
You do realize that Binance was an ICO too? (least i think so... i need to fact check that)... We all have to start from somewhere. yeah you are right binance was an ico too, kucoin etc. a lot of exchanges did an ico as far as i remember. they will build the infrastructure and do the marketing and earn tons of money from listing fees etc. |

many people don't read the whitepaper because it's complicated, it's the thought of a beginner maybe, but to get into ico we have to read the whitepaper and the clarity of the team must be correct, to ensure a scam or not
Yes, it is complicated but people can understand what is it about if they know crypto a little bit. If they don't understand enough information about it, i think they shouldn't invest. Otherwise, it would be a gamble for them, not an investment. Your comparison is right, but nowadays people always demands for more easy readings, they have no time, yeah even for their investments:) so an easier whitepaper will help the sales. |

Are you guys going to attend a major blockchain conference or event? I'm really excited to see another Oscar like award or a recognition just like what you've won at Blockshow.  There is a list of at least three more events, including in the month of December as well, so I was presenting at the Blockshow where Scientificcoin was awarded, I hope many other news here They are very active in this area. And i don't know if there are oscars in every blockshow but if there are, i hope they get more. They have to be active in this area as they are not having an ICO. We are constantly building our network/partnerships: in the coming weeks our CEO will be in Korea, Hong Kong, San Francisco and Las Vegas. In Europe, we will be in a couple of German fairs. Nice to hear such news where CEO will travel around the world to spread the platform which will for sure boost the awareness from potential investors. You got to meet the right people at this stage. Crypto is not mainstream yet so you have to do selective marketing. I agree, social media is very important for marketing an events are the main place where investors are looking for new projects. The problem with social media advertising is that you are always on the verge of "spamming". ICOs are aggressively promoting on Twitter and Facebook and to stand the competition you must invest a lot in quality and visibility. In addition, returns are quite questionable. I agree with the twitter and facebook advertisements but other social media platforms like reddit, medium or youtube videos are different that those two i think. |
