Yeah, think I made quite a bit predicting their downfall and today the odds for them really appeal to me. As long as I get these kinds of odds with Central Asian teams, I always think it's worth it.

It's not even about team news, it's just the form and value. 1 in 8 times only to win, that has to be an underestimation of Azeri football... or an overestimation of Swedish football.

10 mins to go before I can claim my win =)

As far as I have learned from Steve you bet exactly 3 btc on the betslip above. Enjoy the show while watching the Formula 1 race in Las Vegas at the weekend. Cool

The news came before the Wales match that Cengiz Ünder and Hakan Çalhanoğlu were removed from Turkey squad. Especially Hakan's absence will be quite bad for us.

I thought that Israel wouldn't be able to score a single goal therefore I decided to pick 0 goal to be scored by them in the pool. But they scored a goal in the last minutes.  Sad  Thankfully my opponent also picked the same answer with me. Otherwise I might have been really regretful for not picking 1 goal instead.

We have quite many questions related to Euro 2024 qualifiers because of this national break so I hope that it can bring about some luck for me as well.  Grin
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 15, 2023, 11:29:06 PM
Exactly. It is such a group that even the last team can defeat the strongest team of the group on paper which are PSG. We have seen that before by a win like 4-1 as well. PSG are just really bad when it comes to away matches in the Champions League. They lost to Milan recently as well you know.

This weakness of them could even bring their end in the Champions League really early. I would like to see PSG being more competitive however for now Luis Enrique can't make this happen. When they start playing in coherence as a team then they would be more trustworthy.
PSG and Manchester United has a lot of things in common. They are struggling so much, even they can't beat the lowest team in their group table. It's funny that a very strong team like PSG will be leaving in this first round. And same thing goes for Manchester United

Currently they are in second position but after the next match they will go below that. Yesterday I was talking with a friend about PSG losing form and he concluded that what has affected the team so much is because they sold a lot of players last season and now the players they have lacks experience and are too young to withstand the pressure in the UCL. Definitely PSG is not ready yet, let's hope that next season they will improve on their performance and quality of play

I must admit that they have something in common. I believe the common point is their defending strength. Because both of them have been quite bad and inconsistent about that since the beginning of the season.

Manchester United have conceded so many goals in the Premier League and Champions League combined. PSG's statistics might seem better than them about that but they have inconsistency problems about that. They are vulnerable especially in away matches in the Champions League. The 4-1 loss against Newcastle and 2-1 loss against Milan are great examples for that.
644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: November 15, 2023, 11:20:05 PM
Liverpool have a pretty easy group and this has been a big help for Klopp to do rotation in their lineup quite often as well. Maybe this led to their losing the Toulouse match too but still there is no problem for Liverpool. They are currently the biggest favourite for the Europa League title by far according to bookmakers as well which isn't surprising at all.

After this stage the matchups would probably get more challenging so Klopp would need to manage a tight schedule in an effective way. To be honest I believe that he will do this job successfully.

I'm very regretful for removing Haaland from my squad. And now there isn't any way for me to take him back without using wildcard. Unfortunately there is still plenty of time until the 2nd wildcard arrives. I was never expecting Haaland to manage to collect 16 points against Chelsea. At least for the sidebet I made with cryptofrka at the beginning of the season each goal Haaland scores is valuable for me. Smiley
647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: November 15, 2023, 08:27:27 AM
The problem for Wales is that their last match is against Turkey.

Yeah, but the problem for Croatia is that in that game Turkey's got nothing to play for.
They aren't really known to have German mentality, I think they won't give a shit about that result and I feel that a bet on Wales in that game might be a smart thing to do.

Crazy as it sounds - I feel that Armenia is a bigger danger to Wales than Turkey.

As Turkey have guaranteed qualifying from the group it is really very hard to predict how they would play against Wales in the last match away. I'm very happy for us to have managed to qualifying from this group. I'm expecting Croatia and Wales both to win tomorrow. However it wouldn't be an easy away match for Wales against Armenia.

Cro2, question for you two, since you are interested parties, not just because a question

what happen if Wales and Croatia win both matches till the end, Turkey is already assigned as qualified, and all teams will have 16 points, probably some goal difference in a group, where Turkey is best?

interesting questions this round, nice combo, and opponent is last season winner CLS63, good luck and may the luckiest win

I'm very excited to play against the leader. After getting an easy win last week we are aware as a team that our job is very difficult this week. Because of the penalty we got in the 2nd round we aren't in the place we want in the standings now. I hope that we can manage to make our supporters happy by returning with at least 1 point from away this week.
649  Local / Konu Dışı / Re: La Liga 2022-2023 Sezonu on: November 14, 2023, 11:29:49 PM

650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2023/2024 on: November 14, 2023, 11:22:43 PM
Unlike the expectations by so many people this isn't a tournament in which Manchester City are very dominant. But they won the cup in the previous season and completed the treble as well. I believe that Guardiola still keeps the same mentality for this season as well. He wouldn't like to back down from a target like this after achieving it new.

By the way they have never won the FA Cup at least twice in a row in their history. Maybe this would be the season to do it for the first time. Teams from the Premier League care about the FA Cup a lot as well. Manchester City should be ready for a good challenge.
651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: November 14, 2023, 11:16:42 PM
Fenerbahçe looked really promising in the first half by a huge domination. But it was in vain I'm afraid. After not being able to score a single goal they wasted a huge opportunity to win there. Adana Demirspor looked way worse than I expected in the first half. They should be really grateful that they didn't concede any goal.

This was Fenerbahçe's 3rd point loss in a row together with the Europa League. Everything started to go upside down after a lasting winning streak. But still I see it as not a big deal thinking that they would improve their game again.
652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Lega Serie A 🇮🇹 (Italian League) Prediction Thread 2023/2024⚽ on: November 14, 2023, 10:18:22 PM
By the way did you see that penalty call by the referee in the Inter - Frosinone match? It must be a joke I mean.  Grin  Thuram literally tried everything there to get that penalty. There wasn't actually any foul there. Even VAR didn't check it or called it penalty after a check. It is really a huge mistake while you have technology for this to make sure whether there is really a foul.  Sad

Bad referees are like everywhere this season. I have been criticizing the English Premier League referees and now I see this. It is really sad.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: November 14, 2023, 10:09:11 PM
I'm really interested to see how Wales will do in Armenia. Armenia won 4-2 in Wales, and if they manage to do so again it will mean a great deal for Croatia's direct qualification.
Wales's got everything in their own hands for now - but they also have to win against Turkey (the group's leader) in the last round.

I still can't believe we've lost 2 games in a row. I don't recall when it happened to us in qualifiers. I just hope there won't be some surprises in Latvia.

I'm wondering about the same match as well. As you also said Wales don't have a good history against Armenia in the qualifiers. On the other hand they are quite inconsistent as well. For example despite losing that match by 4-2 they defeated Croatia by 2-1 home in their last match. They are currently on a two-match winning streak as well.

These all look positive things for Wales maybe but I still don't believe they can be trusted easily. Armenia also still have a chance for Euro 2024 now. They would do their best as well. If Wales lose points here it would be very useful for Croatia.
654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 14, 2023, 10:02:22 PM
Group F is still open to every kind of surprise. Even the last placed team can finish as leader. I mean Newcastle by saying that. Because Milan were also doing really bad by not scoring a single goal but this PSG win made them start to believe in for last 16 stage. PSG are still not trustworthy at all.

Because the inconsistencies in their performance continues. They are quite dependent on Mbappe's score contribution I'm afraid. I don't see them playing good very often when Mbappe doesn't perform strikingly well. I don't know if PSG can make it to next stage by playing like this.  Sad

As long as newcastle know how to prevent mbappe and i think PSG may also lose a chance to be qualified for thelast 16. Anyone is in curiosity to know which club that will be qualified for the last 16. Any clubs in the group have the same chance to be qualified but this totally depends on the how bad or good their performance are. Newcastle and acmilan became the teams with lowest chances to be qualified for the last 16. I think that if anyone is also trying to bet on these matches with a lot of doubtness. It's caused by any clubs in this group were equal. It's pretty hard to know which team that may go to the last 16. Any surprises can come from newcastle and acmilan.
I would rather than pick save bet like double chance in these matches. The result is very hard to predict at this moment as any clubs have same chances.

Italy is really conservative when it comes to choosing managers for themselves. They have always preferred Italian managers so far just as they have done with Spalletti last. Mancini could have kept his job if they didn't get a shocking result against North Macedonia. Now there is another psychological war for Spalletti this time to move North Macedonia out of their way.  Smiley

I hope that Spalletti will be victorious unlike Mancini. I'm just hesitant about Italy after seeing their recent performances (even the one against Malta).

This team actually have a bigger capacity than this. Spalletti needs to have a good chemistry with the players.

I can agree with that. Brazil is another example for this. They also prefer Brazilian coaches. No matter from what nationality they choose their coaches the most important thing to bring success to the team. Italy haven't been able to meet the expectations until this point. That elimination in the World Cup qualifiers was really dramatic as well.

Now they are still in this for Euro 2024 and I assume they would do their best to make it here this time. Spalletti has a big responsibility now.

^Ajax is a talent factory. They've relied on producing and grooming talent to sell on and make profits while being just good enough to win a historically less competitive league to qualify for UCL, which brings in further revenues.

They'll always be attractive for young players because of that route -- their problems now are club management and scandal, and eventually not having enough good players to keep making the difference. And I said two seasons ago that they actually need to rethink their strategy. You need to retain players and cultivate a little more instead of churning them out, particularly now that their league competitors are getting much better.

P.S. Yes, yes, I'm trying to get over Liverpool. But better to purge the bad results at group stage with second stringers.

Since Erik ten Hag left the team something odd happened to this team. They are having a huge downfall in every tournament they are in now. Even in the Eredivisie they have had serious problems on winning matches so far. The Europa League has almost finished for them as well after losing against Brighton twice in a row.

This team deserve a much better management and we will see if they can find the right person. By the way maybe Erik ten Hag would return to Ajax in case of not being able to improve at Manchester United for a longer time period.

What's new about the league getting corrupt? Both players held themselves but only one got booked, so attackers are permitted to pull defenders but defenders are not allowed to grab attackers; the double standard of officiating this season is worrisome and will only worsen. Antony Taylor was demoted for his terrible decision against Wolves, only to return for another disasterclass. Lol

I've always respected bald refs until Anthony Taylor came into the picture.

Mourinho criticized and got really angry at Anthony Taylor in the Europa League finale previously as well. It looks like Anthony Taylor is still drawing a lot of attention to himself.  Grin  This season the referees are really bad in the Premier League. I mean there have been a lot of bad decisions in many matches so far.

For example I still don't forget Diaz's disallowed goal in the Tottenham match. It was called offside but it wasn't. PGMOL also stated that after the match. I hope to see some improvements in decisions but we are just seeing more mistakes.
